I love this place. This is a great place for anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are quite nice and helpful, and they make you feel at ease. They understand how to push you to your limits in the most effective way possible during your workouts. You will not be dissatisfied! I strongly recommend checking out this gym because it has such a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.

So I am attending Lyfit gym from past 5 months and I feel incredible change. The staff and the trainers here are so good ,they always push you towards your goal. Ambience is also good I highly recommend anyone staying nearby to join here. Overall 10/10 from me.

I went to lyfit gym for a month while I was on break and had an amazing time. The place is very neat and clean, something I imagine is difficult to maintain for a place so busy. Most importantly, they have machines and weights for any exercise you want to try. And the trainers are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good workout and work with your schedule. If anyone sees you are doing a move wrong, regardless of whether or not they are your trainer, they will correct you. Cannot recommend this place enough!
