My overall experience with this hospital was very positive, even though it occasionally necessitates a couple of hours of waiting - which is understandable considering how challenging it is to find a hospital that runs on time in the unpredictable healthcare sector - where the doctors will have to deal with unanticipated emergencies that will tamper with their appointment schedules, like patients with serious health issues may need more FaceTime with the doctors. The negative comments I saw about "Waiting" are what motivated me to write this! Always keep in mind that even if waiting is inconvenient, we would appreciate it if we were the ones who required extra time with the doctor 🙂. I am confident in saying that they provide the best services available in their facility with the help of their wonderful faculty members since we can believe what they say without the worry of the cliche "we need to perform more tests on this." Where they provide such services at such a reasonable and competitive price, it appears to be unsurpassed in the industry. The staff seemed to genuinely care and be interested in the situation; the doctor also takes his time in responding to our questions and never rushes us or treats us like we're a burden for being there. I recommend Sabine to my friends, colleagues, and family !!

This is a review of my experience in Sabine Hospital - I have never seen such poor administration of organisations out there. I FINALLY understand why it is so busy in this hospital.. it's purely because it's created by the lack of efficiency, administration and communication by the staff and the doctor there. I am absolutely appalled and furthermore, never been this embarrassed to see an organisation in India function by creating people's despair, frustration and grief into a form of business. This. is. not. okay.

This is an honest review for anyone who has heard about this hospital but are having second thoughts after reading the google reviews. If you want to have children and have not found a favorable result anywhere else, I suggest visiting this hospital once. I had been delaying visiting Sabine hospital due to all the negative reviews online. I chose other hospitals and was not satisfied. Finally I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Sabine. When I called for booking the appointment, I was informed that I had been booked for September 1, but I would be able to see Dr. Sabine only after two or three days. This did not come as a surprise after reading the reviews online. So we went with the intention of staying at Muvattupuzha. When we reached Muvattupuzha, we found advertisements for plenty of rooms that could be availed on a daily or monthly basis and chose one . We then proceeded to the hospital where we were registered. We were then asked to get our vitals checked after which we were referred to a gynecologist who did some primary checks and recommended a few tests. This took around 1 hour. Later, we went to do the blood tests (1/2 hour waiting) and we were told the results would be available by 7pm. We then went for scanning but since it was lunch time, we had to come back at around 2.30pm. We went to have lunch and came back for scanning (45 mins wait). After the scan, we went back to our room since the blood report would be available only around 7pm. We took the time to take rest and when we received WhatsApp message of our test results, we went to get the report. Now, the only step left was to meet Dr. Sabine. We went to the lobby where people were waiting for their turn. When we consulted the hospital staff we were informed that the patients who had booked for 30th August were still being checked. So we came back the next day and waited around, checking with the hospital staff about the timing, they informed that 30th was still being checked and that maybe we could check back at 9pm. So we went back to the room. Finally we met Dr. Sabine on the 3rd day at 3pm. But the wait was worth it as he wasted no time in diagnosing the underlying problem of the so called 'unexplained infertility' that all the doctors had been referring to so far. Sabine Sir is so positive and I respect his selfless 24 hr service. He takes really short breaks in between, replenishing his energy with juices and snacks. The treatment cost is also really low compared to other hospitals. One example is IUI, which costs around 8000/-, is being provided at 1000/-. Oodles of patience and 5 days off your work will be sufficient for your first visit. Also we find that if you are planning on staying there, you could get the tests done at night since the hospital is 24hrs and your wait time could be reduced further. I hope all those who are desperate to be parents give this hospital a try.

    * Poor facilities * Rude staff * Long waiting time. It's not like one or two hours, You will have to wait one or two days to consult doctor even with appointment!!! * No proper lab facilities * Even with appointment for today, staff told me to wait because doctor is in meeting. She says if you have luck you can meet today or you have to come tomorrow but not sure even about tomorrow also😭 * No COVID protocol * Government hospitals manage more patients in a better way Update : I went back home after waiting whole day and came after two days after confirmation from hospital, but when I reached, they say doctor is not here and they don't know if doctor come today or not. They are shamelessly asking us to wait but they are not sure if he will come today!!! Update 2 : Met doctor after 3 days wait and now waiting in pharmacy for last 4 hours just to get medicine!!! I don't know what to do now, I am not sure how this hospital is still running like this!!! It's not one or two days issue, this is how Sabine hospital works. I will never suggest this hospital to anyone

Opt only if you have abundance time to spend and your only motto in life is to have a child. The best disastrous hospital management i ever saw and will ever see in my life... Nb for hospital management: dont make yourselves a joker by putting apologizing coments for the reviews.. until you can properly manage the place

I am writing this comment to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that I received from Sabine hospital. Hospital is good at treatments. Attitude and caring of Doctors are very much good. But the Nurses (not all) are extremely annoying. If we ask them anything, they just get angery towards patients. On the discharge day Doctor recommended to do all the necessary formalities before 3'o'clock. But staffs were very irresponsible and we got discharged at 10o'clock night. I won't recommend any one to this hospital. .Irresponsible attitude towards patients by Nurse/Staff. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The doctors are really nice and caring, but the customer service is terrible and they have zero sympathy for the patient at hand. The nurses have a terrible attitude; much, much worse than government hospital nurses. Keep in mind, the mental state of a patient going in for the fertility treatment is already vulnerable. These so-called nurses treat them like street dogs. If they don't want to show compassion, that's fine; but they don't have to act like the monsters that they're to someone who is already having the worst day of their lives. If there is any chance that the patient will be pregnant it will be non-existent by the time these monster nurses are done with them. They have terrible time management. Your appointments has zero validity. They won't call you for hours, if not days, late than your scheduled appointment time. That too with zero explanations. I have inquired multiple times about the delays with zero explanations. The patient will have irreparable trauma if they undergo treatment there. If any of you really love your loved ones, don't bring them here.

Dear all, this is my humble request that please don't refer this hospital. I haven't seen such an irresponsible administration.Their attitude is like if we want we need to wait till the doctor is available, whether it is a day or a week. They don't have any concern towards patients and especially in this pandemic situation it's like a concentration camp, ie, no security even you've booked earlier.

I had recently visited Sabine hospital in regards of my child's treatment. The facilities and atmosphere are satisfying, but something caught my attention. I saw a lady dispensing medicine with some kind of skin disease. It was really disgusting because dispensing medicine is a job with utmost care and importance where one should have personal hygiene. And the administration was also not satisfying. So I recommend considering this matter.

The crowd management. It’s ridiculous. There is no synchronization between the doctor and doctor's support staff.. Looks like the management also wanted the patients to wait for hours' could achieve this mega milestone of meeting the doctor only after waiting 2.5 hours ..the next day too we were told to come by 4.30 pm being the doctor would be leaving by 5.30 . ..we waited for two hours ..no doctor ..was told doctor is in scanning ..then rounds ...hospitals were using these ideas ling back …who knows the truth. They themselves don't know whether the doctors was really present in the hospital or not ....no value for patients waiting time ....the doctors should know how to handle the crowd ..no doubt this hospital would get business as they are specialized but this is not the way to enrich your business ...finally we dropped the plan and consulted another doctor .

"Everyone I have ever dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Sabine sir is the best doctor I’ve ever seen!” And i think the first negative comes from the waiting time and appointment, when anyone thinks like you will not getting appointment or you have to wait more time its just because the hospital is that much important to make your dream of having a baby come true. Dr. Sabine and the entire team doing everything throughly and correctly to the best to fulfill your dream to become a dream parenthood life. Its so easy to write bad comments but its not an easy task to doing a job 100% successful. Dr Sabine and the entire team doing there job 100% without sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR DREAM OF HAVING A BABY COME TRUE❤️

One of the worst management and they asked to do initial checkups and tests and then need to wait for number of days to get a doctor visit even if u have token number. People were waiting like anything for number of days even in revisit and they dont even have courtesy at all. There is no fan or anything if power gone. Very worst experience and didn't able to see doctor even after 2 days full day wait. No covid protocol nothing, no directions and its very over crowded.. Its not an hospital, like a business center. I simply wasted 2 days leaves too.

Success rate is very high. Dr. Sabine is a gifted down to earth person and he is spending all his time to consult clients. Treatment costs are comparatively very less when we compare to other hospitals. Staffs are cool and friendly. Extremely long time to get prescribed medicine from pharmacy thats the big worry

Very much positive experience. To be honest, it is hospital for people from all backgrounds who they have the desire to have a baby. Staff are very friendly and understanding. They also have the wish to see their patients to have a kid. Dr. Sabine is a gifted person and he is investing all his time to consult his clients. Treatment costs are comparatively very less when we compare to other hospitals. May be they don’t have the capacity treat you as a VIP due to rush hours, however the will provide accurate treatment method for every individual and at the end of the day you will be gifted. Its all about your patience and trust. Thanks heaps to the entire team and Sabine Sir. You guys are unique and hard working.

We were childless for 5 years and had twins after treatment here. 8 months ago I had an operation and the babies were in the incubator for 21 days. When they are fully healthy. I appreciate the ability of the doctors to take a decision at the right time. I have a good experience.

This hospital has wonderful doctors and nurses but it is run in a highly unprofessional and unorganised manner. I have been waiting here from yesterday noon till now (time being 11.59 pm now) to see Dr Sabine with around other 25 - 30 couples. When enquired almost all are waiting for the past 3-4 days to see Dr Sabine as he is the most experienced and sought after doctor. But Dr Sabine doesn’t have a fixed time schedule so no staff member here gives you even a rough idea about when he would be able to see you according to the token number. He keeps going for surgeries and some IVF, IUF and other exceptional patients are also squeezed in between the regular token holders. Token number and date are simply a joke here because you will surely end up waiting for at least 3 days more than the given date. As this is a popular hospital especially among the poor, I recommend the following to the hospital management for their growth and if they genuinely value their patient’s time and well being : 1. Doctor Sabine should appoint at least 4 assistant doctors who can handle his patients except highly complicated cases. 2. Dr Sabine’s busy schedule should be communicated to all patients who come for booking. They should be encouraged to book his assistant doctors for a speedy and hassle free consultation. 3. Due to unexpected or unforeseen circumstances a doctor is not available or his service delayed, then patients should be informed in advance by the hospital staff and should be given next appointment with at least 3 hour window. Text messaging or calling customers with up to date information will not only help the patients but will reduce unnecessary rush at the hospital. 4. Until enough assistant doctors are appointed, Dr Sabine should only see a fixed number of patients according to his limit and hospital’s current capacity. SINCERE NOTE TO DR SABINE - It is really saddening to see people who have come from far away places with a big dream of giving birth to a child being treated this way. All are humans and everyone’s time is precious.

I recently visited the hospital, and I must say that the doctors there were excellent. They provided thorough and compassionate care, which was reassuring. However, I was quite disappointed with the non-medical staff and the overall organization of the hospital. My visit got off to a frustrating start when I had to wait for more than an hour at the reception just to get my OP ticket for the ultrasound scanning department. The queue was long, and it seemed like there was a lack of efficient processes in place. To make matters worse, after finally receiving my token, I was informed by a staff member that my file was missing. This was incredibly frustrating and wasted even more of my time. It's essential for a hospital to have a well-organized system for managing patient records, and this experience highlighted a significant flaw in their administrative processes. Another issue I observed was the apparent preferential treatment given to the relatives of staff nurses. They seemed to have a special privilege that allowed them to bypass queues for lab tests, scanning, and consultations. This type of preferential treatment can be frustrating for regular patients who are already dealing with the stress of illness or medical concerns. In conclusion, while the doctors at the hospital provided excellent care, my overall experience was marred by the inefficiency and disorganization of the non-medical staff. It's essential for hospitals to prioritize both medical and administrative excellence to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all patients.

I can tolerate the wait for seeing the doctor as there was more people who came to see the doctor we came in the morning and saw the doctor at 11pm , the problem is some of the staff are not helpful. They don't focus on clearing our doubts, they just send us to another department On Monday the Pro in the morning was not helpful, the lady who was on the night shift was helpful and she cleared all our doubts. Doctors and kind and helpful, it's just the staff that needs to improve. Hospital lacks a proper and guided system, if feels like only half knows what they need to do. Please improve token system for doctors , it would be easier that way, we could go out replenish ourself if we could know our token

We have undergone fertility treatment in many hospitals in Kerala during the 8th years of our marriage and no positive results before visiting Sabine hospital. We have visited Sabine hospital and started treatment on December 2020 and become pregnant in June 2021. We are blessed with a baby boy on 22-2-22. We express our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sabine, Dr. Soumya. Dr. Smitha and Dr. Ranjith for their support and help during the treatment. Thanks to all nursing staff and Other staff for their kind support. It is a very good place for fertility treatment. Only thing is that we should have lots of patience to wait to see the doctors especially Dr. Sabine. It is worthy to wait and meet Dr. Sabine. I received full support from this hospital till delivery though we have located in a different place.

It's a dream of every married couples to have a baby. But here it's utilising by the inefficient management and administration. Here the treatment is good and cost is comparatively less to other hospitals. But the point is you should forget about time and your other activities. I think genaral hospitals are much better in adminstration. If you need to see the doctor you must spend a minimum of 48 to 70 hours. And after consulting him need to wait hours to get medicine. But every one is forgetting all these ignorance, because they all came with a dream "to have a baby". One more thing. In the entrance it is written "equality", but if you have any known staff working here, we will get priority, (personal experience) Files can move fwd and back ward like government office. I am writing this in a stage that my wife is attending laproscopy. Date given for admit is yesterday 8.00 pm and still waiting for getting admission pass 8.20 pm today 😄. As said, still waiting for a dream "to have a baby"

Very poor customer management....they are giving tokens at the time of registration but not calling the patients in the order....have to wait for more than two days to consult with doctor....not giving any value for our valuable time....i think their target is to make more customers rather than treating more patients....this is out of my personal experience....very poor management.. hospital is over crowded due to poor management in this pandemic period....nobody is keeping any covid protocol and nobody is insisting to follow the protocol from the management side.I met some perosn here who waited from the morning to the next day morning, also they didn't get any information from the authorities whether the doctor is available or not...here the business is first not the treatment...

Caption is "hope is born' but I would correct it to 'patience is born' by all means. Don't know how others praise nursing facilities or their services! Then you should certainly pay a visit to other infertility clinics to experience the difference in patient care. Kindly don't give patients appointment when you can't accommodate them at your hospital. Nothing more to comment neither would recommend anyone 👎🏼.

By God's grace, we are blessed with a baby boy with the help of treatment at this hospital. From our experience money making is not the main aim of this hospital like other infertility centers. More than 6 families are now happy with the success of treatment here by our recommendation. It is worth mentioning the kindness of Dr. Sabine. We are ready to recommend more couples to this hospital because of the happiness of our and other families.

I give 5 reviews they give value for money services. Not a five star hospital. Doctors are experienced, treatment is result oriented. Well coordinated team and system to reduce unnecessary delays. Simply professional. Considering the huge number of cases attending everyday, one has to expect little delay. This team work like a well oiled clock. Two suggestions: Canteen outside the hospital should have been little more hygienic Too many people accompanying patients, kindly restrict it

I am compelled to share my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional care and support my wife and I have received at Sabin Hospital during our IVF treatment. After two years of trying to conceive and visiting various clinics, we were fortunate enough to find Sabin Hospital and Dr. Sabaine, who has been instrumental in guiding us on this emotional journey towards parenthood. Our initial visit to the hospital was filled with anticipation, as we hoped to find a place that would understand our struggles and provide us with the necessary care. Dr. Sabaine carefully examined our test reports and recommended a laparoscopy, a step that proved to be crucial in our treatment. We trusted his expertise and proceeded with the procedure. Throughout our wait of three months, the staff at Sabin Hospital continued to provide unwavering support. We were fortunate to stay in the nearby luxury apartment, Zara Residence, just minutes away from the hospital by Tuk Tuk. This convenient proximity made our visits stress-free and allowed us to focus on our treatment. The hospital staff, from the moment we stepped through the doors, greeted us with warmth, compassion, and genuine smiles. Every visit, whether for injections or scanning, was met with exceptional kindness and assistance. We are especially grateful to the IVF coordinators, Bindhu, Nisha, and Naby, for their continuous support and guidance. They have been instrumental in helping us navigate the complexities of the IVF process, answering our questions, and providing us with much-needed encouragement. The nursing staff, pharmacy team, and all the hospital personnel deserve special recognition for their kindness and dedication. Their professionalism and compassion have made a significant difference in our experience. Their expertise and attentiveness have eased our anxieties and created a supportive environment throughout our treatment. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the reception team, whose friendly demeanor and efficiency have been exemplary. Their organization and seamless coordination have contributed to our overall positive experience at Sabin Hospital. It is with utmost respect and appreciation that we acknowledge Dr. Sabaine. His expertise in the field of reproductive medicine is matched only by his humility and dedication to his patients. He has proven to be not only a doctor but a true service-oriented leader. His guidance, compassion, and unwavering support have instilled in us a renewed sense of hope and optimism. While our IVF treatment is not yet complete, and our embryos transfer is scheduled for August, we are confident that we are in the best hands at Sabin Hospital. The exceptional care we have received thus far, coupled with the compassionate and skilled team, reassures us that we have made the right choice. To anyone seeking fertility treatment, we wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend Sabin Hospital. The outstanding care, remarkable staff, and supportive environment make it an ideal destination for those embarking on the journey to parenthood. Our deepest appreciation goes out to everyone at Sabin Hospital who has played a role in our journey. You have provided us with hope, compassion, and an opportunity to realize our dreams of becoming parents. We are eternally grateful for the exceptional care we have received. With sincere thanks, Areef & Nish

I am very happy to write on the occassion of the first birthday of my twin children born at Sabine hospital. I extend my gratitude and thanks to Dr. Sabine and Dr. Ranjith John for making my dream of motherhood come to reality at the age of 46 years. The systematic methods followed there, the expertise of these experienced doctors, the care they give in each case and the low cost without any compromise in quality treatment are commentable. Thank you doctors.

We just went to get our RTPCR test... We already had symptoms and the hospital management was so poor that the people who are negative would get covid from test center.. And in this modern technologically advance world you have to go back to the test center to get the results... Such a pathetic service I have never seen in my life🤬🤬😡😡😡

Crowd is created by giving tokens without responsibility. Give room to stay and make money. Trouble the people. The doctor is sleeping full time😭
