My dad, mom and myself all came in for eye appointments and to pick out new frames and had a great time doing it. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always asking if they can help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good on you or not. All doctors are really good. Staff is very knowledgeable and again, really a great help picking out the right frame for you. You have a great staff! I have recommended people all the time to you. The staff makes you feel like you matter. Been going there for years and it always feels like they know me and care about my life. I've always been impressed with their pleasant, yet professional atmosphere. They did a great job examining. They were very nice and explained every part of what was going to happen

It was very poor, even though there were only 4 or 5 patients since it was covid situation, they took a lot of time, and I just had a stye, but the doctor couldn't even diagnose it, when I was back home only I found it was a stye, even I was such a fool not to explore my own eyes, thank god , they atleast did the stain test. Staffs are very tardy, may be because of the COVID situation, thanks for the service that you could provide, anyways that was my last and final time.I will never ever visit again.

Very bad reception... They have no any idea about doctor's availability. Besides they engage several their own matter. Due to this problems we have to wait lot off time as worst.

The receptionists on the front does not know how to behave. Rude reply to someone who is a patient. If the doctor is not available and nobody is there to treat a patient, why should it be open ? Went to the hospital on a Saturday evening, got told by the receptionist that the doctor is not available and to return on Sunday. Came back on Sunday afternoon and the receptionist say the doctor is not available. Still it's shown as open in Google and morethan that they don't behave well.
