Very Irresponsible behavior by Mr. Ajesh of delhi. I sent him models for denture for my patient. He told me that he has recieved them and even forwarded to headoffice. After waiting for 10 days, the models are coming back to me since he did not even picked the phone. Poor coordination by such a high profile lab. Never getting associated.

AVOID IF YOU ARE SEEKING A BRIGHT FUTURE. Working environment was very uncomfortable. The attitude of the management towards the employees was not fair. They dont even provide a descent pay and the salary date changes every month. The shift timings are not fixed. if the company is delayed with pending works they extend shift , which had extended up to 30 mnts.

Unorganised Lab , no coordination between technical team and doctors. Pathetic work . Single implant prosthesis repeated multiple times of different patient. Set of their own rules in fabrication of prosthesis. For every thing they blame doctor. They never accept their mistakes. Full mouth work done by them are pathetic. Bihar team head mr Sanjay is very rude and unapologetic . He doesn't know basic terms of prosthesis and argues . Team visiting clinic chews tobacco and argues for not doing the same. Pathetic . Have been trying to connect with MD since September 2020, raised many complaints. He is not bothered to entertain them. I have all audio and whatsapp chat data with me . Can update if some whishes in the company to know more. Not recommend any one for giving their work

I have given my hybrid implant prosthesis work to dentcare lab after seeing trail they lost my work and telling that we will repeat the work take impressions from beginning.How foolishness doing hybrid implant prosthesis again to all of us .There is no proper communication.Nobody wants to take responsibility.Imagine 80years old patient undergoing all these procedures.From past 3to4 months dentcare people are telling will deliver the wok in right time few days back they said we will do it again will start the case from beginning.what to do ? Who will help us? We lost the credibility in front of the patient.

Very bad lab. My bridge crown Zirconia solid plus just broken today in less 6 months after installation. You cheat me also in measurments

So much of attitude that they won’t deliver the work timely. One of my patient even had to cancel the flight ticket. If not possible they should have informed beforehand.

Very bad experience from the lab.. Gave us very poor quality work and again failed to keep up with their commitments... There are better labs now providing higher quality work at more affordable rates... The sad part is that there is nobody we can take up our grievance with....

NCVT, BSS Dental technician courses are illegal. Dental courses are only can run by the Dental Council of India (DCI) approved Dental Colleges and it is clearly mentioned in DCI 's direction dated 12.04.2018. So please stop violating our legal system through your sister concern DIDT.

Very disappointed. Lack of professionalism. I think the doctors are treating patients based on last come first serve basis. Very bad.

By hearing regarding this lab from one of my best friend, i feel it’s such a disgrace and complete unorganized lab that is getting its image tarnished due to few irresponsible staffs. The management ought to review their staff performance and validate the KPI’s to keep them from shoving their business down the drain.

The products of this place might be excellent. I have no experience using it. But if you go for a consultation there, I doubt about the quality of their service. Giving an appointment and keeping us wait for more than an hour is not acceptable as if they don’t care about other’s time. And one more thing, addressing the client with their place name, then why are we giving names while fixing appointment? Whatsoever, can’t accept theses things from such places.

One patient of mine hospitalised and there is one week delay for work delivery and payment, but the representative behave like money lender and rude, never had such an irrespective behaviour from any1 in my last 10 year experience, never expected from Dentcare , There are much better labs now ,

Today (06.02.22) I called Dent care enquiring about the warranty period of the Zirconia solid plus cap that i had purchased. I called the company as my Dentist informed me the warranty period of the cap is 20 yrs where as it is showing as 10 yrs in the Dent care website. But the Dent care staff whom i spoke to was not willing to give any information regarding this in-spite of me telling her that i can give the warranty card details that i had received from Dent care. Utterly Disappointed.

Fantabulous international standard lab with friendly staff. Honoured to meet CMD Mr. John sir who was working when we went at 8PM . Quality of work is awesome. Been their customer for more than 10 years.

I recently had a bad experience they have done poor upper denture with out retention I sent back and got relined denture with complete change in occlusion and so .still no response from the lab authority my patient got irritated and went out .

Definitely appreciate the lab for their quality of work.But what is the use if they cant keep up with the commitment. We have to keep calling them for status update on our work way past the committed delivery date.
