I recently visited your bar and had a great time! I was looking for a place with an evening vibe and your bar really caught my eye. The view from the roadside wasn't that great but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside - it's so spacious! The food was really tasty too and I must say, the staff were so friendly and polite - definitely added to the overall experience!

The worst hotel receptionist i ever experienced in my whole life. start with a very rude face female staff she is not approachable and not treat like a guest and this hotel is not very cheap but they treat us like a cheap hotel guest.,reception staffs were very unprofesional there without a uniform or anything.never ever visit again

Wayside hotel in Moovattupuzha near the Government Hospital .We had lunch from there in the first floor.Other floors occupy bar and rooms.Good place to eat.No rush and hence good service.

Overall a very nice hotel with clean and cozy rooms, feasible rates, and tasty food. Access is a bit difficult due to the busy road in front. Kindly take care of Parking assistance, security is not that helpful.

It is just an overpriced two star motel. The food was ok, but unprofessional restaurant staff. Reception staff were helpful and qualified. The bedroom amnesties were not up to a four star standard as advertised. A very hard bed, no noise insulation in bedrooms. The plus points are best location and a very relaxed checkout timing 👍

I have known Paray's Residency for years and it has always been a decent place to stay in Muvattupuzha. As a 3-star property, it offers comfortable rooms that are worth the money we pay. The hotel has a parking area that can accommodate its guest capacity, which is a huge plus in this area. The service is very decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the hotel is its restaurant, which serves delicious food. Overall, I highly recommend Paray's Residency for a comfortable stay in Muvattupuzha.

Tried their buffet lunch . Very little spread , average quality . Costs around 200/- . Don’t get wow feeling . Parking is not a problem. It is before KSRTC bus stand towards Kottayam

Overall i like paray's residency and will suggest for everyone. Its a luxury business hotel at the center of city. Rooms abd surroundings are clean and well maintained. As I am a regular vistor I have faced only once a bad approch from thier side. Aminities, towels were not provided and when I tried to inform the reception the phone was also not working and also was cooling was not proper. But only once i have faced this issue otherwise i will give them 10/10. Restaurants are good. Breakfst is yummy and upto the mark.

This is a great place to crash for the night. We stayed at Paray's Residency for one night while driving back from our Kerala Trip. The hotel is located on the main road and has some parking in the front, but large cars may face problems. The staff were courteous and helpful. The person at the check-in counter even changed our booking to another, lower rate card when he realized that we wouldn't be staying for breakfast. Though the rooms felt a little cramped, they were comfortable. Food was good. Overall, this is a good place to crash for the night.

Visited the restaurant here two weeks back. Dishes were very delicious and awesome. We all including the kids loved their food. Waiting time was around half hour after ordering

Grant Hotel. But very poor food and customer service. I went there to attend a small marriage party. There was only less than 50 people. The service from the part of hotel staff was very poor. Right from the welcome drink. The boy serving the spring don't know local language. The food served was so poor that I never expected such a food from that hotel as I had previously visited ther few years back. How can I recommend you that hotel for food?

The staff is welcoming in nature. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. However the size of the rooms are small for the price. Room had all facilities like wardrobe, mini fridge, ironing board and safety locker.

Very neat and maintained rooms. Good restaurant. Good hospitality. For the standard, should provide Kettle, milk powder, Tea& Coffee powder for making bed Coffee..

Not everything is great other than the fact that's its in the middle of the town....AC in the room is centralised, so you cannot control the temperature....fridge in the room was not working....had to handover some costly medicines to be kept at a common fridge......

Very noisy. Getting a proper sleep is tough here
