This hotel is a located in maripur Chowk. Main road there are my friends birthday party celebrated 🍾.. friend Yuvraj (Outlook photography) 🖤 they are awesome vibes and superb interior design's a restaurant.. but food are not value for money.. men's average quality.. but quantity is good... overall review this hotel good for me

The room was fine a little problems here and there but I guess that was only a problem with my room... The food was amazing actually the best I have had ...all its food are superb... And the staff were great too... Overall it was an awesome experience for me...

We booked the hotel for my sister engagement. They said they will organise everything like decoration, food,and accommodation. I am pointing out cons first because overall service was not good. 1.decoration was good .but the sofa that the put on the stage was bad.Sofa was dirty , torn out and was damage from some places . I don't know what they inspect in decoration. They replaced it in the last moment when i point it out. 2. room service-we booked 8 rooms ...in which they didn't have room keys for 2 rooms . We have to ask every time to open the room if it get locked. 3.food was good but tea very bad ... don't order it from hotel rather than you can get good tea from local shop. 4.there lift was out of service for some time.lift was small and shaky and not air conditioned. 5.i don't what there valet was thinking, they were simply standing there and watching, didn't help us in loading and unloading of luggage and goods we brought for engagement. Pros. 1.Good staff 2.Good food. 3.Good rooms. Overall i say it is good hotel to stay but not ideal for big parties like engagement. Reason:they always say jab tak aap bolenge ni toh ham ni karenge. Ab ham guests ko attend kare ki unko baar baar bole ki drinks, coffee and starters service. Ham bolte hai hall ka ek a.c band kijiye. Wo saare band kar dete hai. According to the experience i had there is little bit issue the management and they should work on it.

The first ever dinner once we moved to the city. The food served is quite good but service was bit slow last time hope it changes.

I visited there on my birthday party and what a amazing hotel and amazing service ,our service guy Mr Madan kumar very amazing and charming person. I enjoy here too much as amazing was the food Will visit again 😍

It was a great pleasure to have this opportunity to have some times with family.. Here we enjoy our food like chicken lollypop, kebab, chicken do pyaza & chicken butter masala.. all the meals are so delicious Specially the chicken lollypop

Rooms are good and adequate in size. I experienced premium room. Foods are fresh and excellent perhaps one of the best in Muzaffarpur. Staffs are friendly specially in restaurant

Poorest service I've ever experienced in Muzaffarpur. No support from front desk . Telephones are dead and when i called through Mobile , responses were very less. Also rooms are looking like very old

Service of hotel is worse. Not getting room clean daily. Some product price is high.eg- water. You can't get fill fresh because bathroom get full with water. I have complained but getting no solutions

The Perfect Chair warming attitude absolute nuisance. You have keys that doesn’t open the room. You have hanging rods in almirahs, but no hangers. You have switches that doesn’t work. Absolutely nuisance. I hope you have not been bribed to spoil the reputation of the host?

Mind blowing stay it was for me? Superb staff service and food quality. All staff member are so humble and polite behavior. One of the staff member Named 'Madan Bhaiya is so polite and great man. Happy with him so much
