Awesome restaurant and hotel. The food is really delicious😋😋. The customer service and care is also superb and outstanding. The way of talking and behaviour of staff is really impressive. Yeah, one more mention from my side please try it's hot n sour chicken soup once with grilled mushroom.

We live in this hotel regularly as it's a tie up hotel with our company. I had a sudden plan and i visited without informing but staff not even opened the gates & talked with me from the other side. I requested if it can be managed. I can change the room later. But denied and now I m in a better hotel. Who gave me check in at 6 Am.

Booked this hotel through MMT as it was offering better deal plus I had to stay for a week. However I also enquired at hotel but they were not ready to offer something better than MMT. Now, room service was really good. Staffs were really polite. It has also has a restaurant, so the food was also good. In complementary breakfast I was given choice of ordering 2-3 items including tea, which was really nice. Room was spacious for a single person. I stayed there alone. Over all experience was good and also I felt safe.

Food is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is courteous. Chandan singh ji insists on a feedback and rightly so. Everyone here deserves appreciation.

I really loved the hospitality received here by the staff and manager. The starter was top notch but the main course was not up to the mark. Need to improve main course quality otherwise everything was quite good.

It's a decent size hotel. I used their party hall to organize a family function. But their music system was not good enough and we faced a lot of problems. The catering commitee was not good in organizing things on time either as a result our guests had to wait for another 30 minutes for the dinner to get served. So be careful and ask them to get things ready atleast 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time.

Not expected. Whenever I have ordered food from Zomato/Swiggy, I always got good quality. But first time I have visited Eden Restaurant and I owes will not ever come to this restaurant ever now. Very bad quality of food and very bad service from the people there. Hope they should improve quality of their restaurant in coming feature to increase churn
