Just went there for check in as I have to stay in muzaffarpur till today...the receptionist heard everything and then said that you'll have to pay for 2 days as our policy for Check in and Check outs are 12 PM to 12 PM...I requested him a lot but he denied to give me room.....and then said baaad me aaao check in kr lena.....I replied to him Paise deke hi rukna hai to kahi bhi ruk jaaunga ...baad me fir tumhare paas q aaunga 😠😠

rude behavior of front desk staff, washroom dirty , mattress dirty, quit closed location, you will feel saffocation in, even ac room,door handlele and bed fell chipchipa...bad smell..avoide it.

Price's are so high but atmosphere with hotel working person is bad not good..then changed my hotel

When I visit Muzaffarpur for official purpose , I stay here. I have chosen this hotel on the basis of reviews and ratings only. Pros: 1)Location is just infront of railway station. Though for me its so far from the bus stand because I visit there by bus. 2) Rooms are budget friendly 3) Size of the room is average and clean Cons.: 1) You have to go to the entrance by a narrow path. where always water is dropping from upward. I don't know whether its dirty water or not. But every time you have to face it. 2) Once they give me a very small room with a window at the passage size. Which was not at all okay. 3) The main complain I have to the hotel authority is that every time I was going outside of the room and informed them not to need to clean the room. But every time I don't know why , staffs entered my room when I was not there. I think this is beyond the rules of hotel authority. But every time I have noticed that and it is punishable offence.

Nice one for students also as it is cost efficient, only 430 charges for dormitories of one person and very neat & clean rooms, beds and bathrooms. Behaviour of staffs is also good. Overall good one...

The quality of mattresses in this hotel are very bad, I couldn't sleep well,My whole back hurts. They seem luxurious and fluffy but Your back will hate it your sleep will hate it.

Hotel is good. I paid 2500 for one night and that is too costly for what services they are providing. Average interior, no complimentary breakfast even at that price. But food was very good 😋.

It was the Worst experience of my life in terms of Hotel Stay. Receptionist was rude . And there is nothing like privacy.If you are planning to stay here then drop it. Receptionist uses Abusive language ...... stay at your own risk

Hotel is just front of muzaffarpur railway station. But the main gate of hotel is inside a narrow street. You have to go through street to enter in the hotel. On desk Hotel's staff behaviour was formal. I paid 1250/- rupees for one night. Hotel room was good and clean and also a smart TV was available. Bathroom was okay. For any service a telephone was available in the room. You will have to call on telephone for taking the service. Everything was okay. You can go here I'm sure your overall experience will be good.

The hotel is very near to Muzaffarpur Railway Station. Once you exit from Platform 1, start walking in right direction and one can find many hotels there. After walking 100-200 m from railway station this hotel is located. Hotel ambience is top notch. It has dormitory and rooms. If you are visiting for exam purpose and staying alone, you can stay here in dormitory. In summer charge is 400 and winter charge is 300. There are ACs in dormitory which makes stay comfortable.

Very neet and clean due to bpsc exam they charge some extra amount but the service was too good and all staff are very supportive.

Highly maintained and arrangements are also of very high quality. cleanliness is also good and maintained. All staffs are active and show good behaviour. Therefore I am of the opinion that this is one of the best hotel in Muzaffarpur to visit.

It was very bad and shameful experience in this hotel This is not good for couples, reception staffs are not maintained good behave and Talking just like We are a thief, our more than 2 hours Waste in front of reception they all Loughing and Searching identify card we are shared all identity card which is Enough for Take a room but they are demanding give some other identity card give, some other identity card And lastly they are said no room and Loughed I think this hotel is not good and not safe for couples and family

Room were quite decent and were cleaned , talking about bathroom was decent but the staff members need to learn hospitality else they won't be any customer reaching out to them

The hotel RK Residency Muzaffarpur is just a awesome. No other word for it. I went in here for the first time in my life and was really good and fascinated by over all shoe of this beautiful property. No doubt it's called a luxury property..

Rooms are clean spacious with basic amenities..there is a minifridge available at our room.. though room light was very low Having lift facility..u can park your car outside but not as such parking space available Service was satisfactory
