Well maintained place. The sound quality is good and sets are comfortable. One of the best place in Muzaffarpur for watching movies. It is located in The grand mall, 5th floor. The behaviour of staffs were also good.

I went to Cinepolis first time For Watching "JAWAN" Movie. The recline of chair was not feel comfortable. I sit in the Section-G seat no.10 . Cinepolis has Dolby5.1 which was extremely good as expected. The Air Conditioner was very low I don't know why. Overall experience was good

Everything is good but seats are really so uncomfortable and that screen is closed 😡😠 basically my experience is average PVR seats are so comfortable and their screen is also at a good distance which gives you an premium experience.

I had always loved watching movies and most of my weekends were spent in front of a tv but seeing a movie on the big screen was a game changer. The cinema wasn't overly impressive: the seats weren't made for comfort but they were bearable and the crowd was quiet. From then on almost every weekend was spent in a cinema.

I have watched two movies here one is Spider-Man no way home and the other one is Avatar. I had a very good time watching both the movies here. Best movie theatre in the city and that too in the most popular mall in the city. Value for money and 3d experience is best in this mall as compared to other theatres. Has four different screens.

1. Manager shows no interest in solving the issue I faced while watching the movie. 2. No punctuality: The show was supposed to start at 6:30. They open the entry gate at 6:40. 3. Next 10 minutes wasted in Cinepolis animation ad again and again. 4. Even though it's inside the mall, there is no access to a wheelchair. 5. At the time of exit, the lift/elevator was out of the order. 6. Seats are not comfortable. You can't recline the seats. INOX has much better seats as compared to Cinepolis. 7. PJP CINEMAS in Bela industrial area is much better than Cinepolis as INOX/PVR is not available in the city. 8. First 5 row of the front are useless. Don't Book them. You will suffer from neck pain. 9. THIS WAS THE FIRST & LAST TIME WITH CINEPOLIS

The best place to catch a movie in muzaffarpur. Has 4 screens. Brings almost all Hollywood movies in the release dates. Most of the other multiplex bring it in Hindi but it had atleast one show in English as well. The snacks and popcorns though are on the expensive side. Situated above Grand mall so is a full day outing.
