Owner of this hotel Mr Manish is a BIG TIME FRAUD. We have supplied uPVC windows and toughened glass to him in 2019. We are still waiting for our payment. I pray to god that this hotel gets shut down so that he never cheat on anyone’s hard earned money. I am pretty sure that customer won’t have a pleasant experience by staying in this hotel. Already writing review on most of hotel booking applications. I’ll make sure that his real face is shown to all.

Hotel Grand Madhav is quite good hotel for parties and stay. I liked the breakfast/ lunch food a lot. Must to say, food was delicious and ambience too good. Would suggest to stay here or can go for parties without any doubts. Hotel rooms are spacious with lot of amenities like water heater, AC, clean and hygienic bathroom, coozy bed, sofa etc. Why I gave 3 stars? Despite of lot of good things, there are few considerable painful points. Need improvement for these. 1. TV without connection 2. Only one people lift, other lift most of the time occupied by staffs. Long waiting. 3. No proper parking area, have to leave cars on own risk on the road. 4. No refrigerator in room, everytime have to call to hotel restaurant for water. 5. No door magic eye to see who's at door. 6. Bad placement of toilet tissue paper. I hope hotel management will look into these improvements and my best wishes to them. Overall I enjoyed my stay and loved the food and staffs are really very helpful, kudos for them.

Situated just next to Muzaffarpur circuit house i.e. Govt guest house on the main road. One of the best hotels listed in Muzaffarpur. Rooms are spacious and having all basic amenities. Food served in restaurant is ok types which you can have once. Staffs are courteous and polite however service takes time.

Great experience. We had an entire wedding arrangement in this hotel & the service was too good. The only additional thing to suggest is - Kindly have a food package service for drivers as well.

Hotel is good. Food is also good. Staff is active. But is located near a railway crossing which causes frequent traffic jams.

Very poor service. For everything you will have to call to reception to let them know their responsibility. You won't get their service on time . Offcourse they will promise many things, but they are not at all committed to their responsibility. Ground staff are good but overall supervisory and management is very poor. Very much disappointed with their service.

I usually find it really hard to find clean and spacious rooms in towns. This hotel surprised me with its cleanliness. My room was spacious, bathroom clean, and linen without any spots or dirt.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with amenities. The food served was delicious & staff are well behaved and cooperative.

The food in the restaurant is pathetic. Went for dinner on one of the family member's recommended. Not a single dish was close to tasty. Turned out that if you think that it is a good restaurant and they will serve tasty/good food by default then you are at the wrong place. Each and every staff needs to be scolded every 5-10 minutes for minor things, so that they understand the value of customer then only they serve better food. Inshort, just do not go in this restaurant if you are looking for good/tasty food.

Rooms are so good. Staffs are so gentle and polite. Overall best property to stay.

The rooms were lavish and spacy. Had a great work from room setup with very comfortable office chair. I also got a chance to visit the wedding hall at 6th floor. It was decent. I just didn't like the way they were handling requests from the guests.

Stayed for seven days. Had a great time. The room was great. Food was great. Felt like home.

Stayed here for a night and grandly treated with insects & mosquitoes in our room. The lady who answer calls is not very professional, when we talk about discounts as it was already 10pm she behaved unprofessionally. We called them for our second stay within 15 days at this hotel but listening to their no discount policy we searched and moved to Jamun Tree Hotel which is better managed and available at better rate. There are few more problems with this hotel like, No proper parking area for car, no key hole at door, TV without connection. Breakfast was well served with plenty of options. Overall can be considered if you have no further options.
