I just toured this place & I immediately felt like it was my home. It has a very comfortable atmosphere & from what I experienced by talking to a few of the residents, they’re friendly & I feel like it’ll be easy for me to make new friends here. This place has it all, a well equipped & clean gym, a tanning bed, spa services, amazon lockers, a pool/hot tub, starbucks machines… the list goes on. Not to mention the entire inside of the community smells so good (I’m big on how a place smells lol). Can’t wait to call this place my new home!

I toured the Belmont House apartments today and I fell in love. I knew after pulling in the parking lot that I would feel at home. Everyone was helpful with explaining the differences from the layouts, styles, and pricing. The staffing are amazing! They work with you along the way though the application process to make sure your needs and requests are met. I’m glad to hopefully become a Belmont resident!

DON'T MOVE HERE. Unless you want to feel like you live in a frat house, have frequent car break ins, have ever changing management, and be charged nickel and dime for normal wear and tear once you move out this is not the place to be. We lived at Belmont House for 3 years and it NEVER felt peaceful. There was always something happening at this place. The pool was unenjoyable to go to because it was out of control and used for excessive partying. There was always something unsafe going on there. One night we woke up to fireworks being let off literally right outside our window by residents, it was terrifying. Cars are broken into constantly. Peoples dogs were unleased all the time and on multiple instances there were peoples dogs attacked by other dogs living here. The list goes on and on. This place was simply out of control and management had no handle on any of the issues occuring because it has a new management team each year. We lived there 3 years and had to call the cops MULTIPLE times due to things happening. Even after all the negative things we experienced here, Belmont tries to charge us over $300 to replace a carpet that was left in normal condition. Truly just a money hungry environment that does not seek to make this place a home for people.

This place stinks. Its basically a frat party every weekend by the pool. People throwing up from excessive drinking, cops being called constantly, etc. They also made the entire move-out process hell. Did not return our deposit until we complained 2 months after move out, used money from our deposit on routine maintenance of the apartment that should be their responsibility, both of which are technically illegal. They will scratch and claw to get every cent out of you before you leave. Would not recommend.

I toured the Belmont house recently and it was amazing. All the amenities were nice and the outside of the apartments are gorgeous. The tour guide JADA was really helpful and also showed that she cares about the residents and potential renters.

We toured Belmont House this past weekend, and fell in love with the property. It’s a really great building with several amenities, in a prime location. It is apparent that the staff cares a lot about the applicants and tenants, based on how well-kept the area is. The leasing manager Christy has also been wonderful, answering any and all of our questions right away. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family:)

Today, my family and I was at the Belmont house, and we are so excited to move to this beautiful place. I feel peace and happiness in the community. Jason was really nice and kind making the tour, helping us to apply and him attention was amazing. Definitely Beltmon House it’s the perfect place to move
