We have stayed her a couple times and have always had a great stay. The front desk gal I believe her name was Julie was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is great compared to most hotels and the dinner/snack hour is great as well. My kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool as well. Rooms were clean and exactly as described. Hotel is with in 10-15 mins of all the Columbus happenings.

Follow me for more adventures! I've stayed at the Drury Inn in several different cities over the last few years. One thing I can say... They are consistent. This visit: 5⭐ for room cleanliness and comfort 5⭐ for facilities 4⭐ for food 2⭐ for safety I was surprised to find a conference table in my room! Thought it was funny but I did sit there and enjoy my 5:00 Kickback meal. I was starving! And the food, for prepackaged warmed food, was good. My room was clean and comfortable and the AC was icy which was just what I needed. I didn't use the pool or fitness center this visit but peaked in and everything looked good. I know at least one person had their car broken into in the parking lot overnight. With the Drury Inn being right on the interstate exit ramp I guess it's to be expected due to the quick in and out --- however, at $145+ per room per night the Drury could invest in a nighttime roving security guard. ⬇️ If you found this review helpful, hit the 👍

The cleanest hotel I've stayed in with very friendly staff. The bathroom was a great size and I liked how there was a wall between the toilet and the sink. The sink had ample counter space with a nice sized sink. The room itself was spacious for a hotel room with little to no noise. We stayed here after a day after the Columbus Zoo which was about a 30 minute drive. The location is in a safe area and the parking lot is well lit. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff are friendly, kind, and dependable. It was great to meet some helpful kitchen staff. Breakfast was delicious. The biscuits were extra soft. I didn't hear any complaints. All I heard was the kitchen ladies jamming while organizing the area.

My daughter's and I stayed 1 night. We checked in at 3 and was greeted by 2 ladies who had personalities the size of Texas. They were amazingly friendly, informational, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is stunning. Very well kept clean and up-to-date. My favorite part is the swimming pool. It's an indoor/outdoor pool. I had no idea when I reserved the room. You walk into the pool area (indoor) and can swim through to the outside. There's also a door that leads outside. Was the best time ever! I also didn't know they served dinner from 530-7. The food was OK. (Hot dogs, baked beans, salad. Soup, nachos, BBQ pork) The 2 ladies that served dinner/drinks were also friendly, kind. Here's the crazy part. With your dinner, you're served 3 drinks. They have a list of drinks they serve. You have til 730 to order those 3 drinks. Was quite the experience. I reserved 2 queen beds. Very comfortable, and pillows were surprisingly soft and fluffy. Our room was very VERY clean. Creds to the housekeepers!! Their breakfast was a wide variety of food.. oatmeal, boiled eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, variety of juices, milk, and cereal. Location was Convenient to other stores and restaurants. Traffic is insane but that's nothing unusual for Columbus. We had an amazing stay and would recommend staying here!!

Great hotel for a road trip stop. The staff are super attentive and the general manager was greeting every guest during their evening "kickback". Drury often costs a bit more than many of their competitors but the service and quality of accommodations makes it worth the added spend. The double queen bed with separate living room was a good size for our family. The lady running the bar and helping with breakfast was super friendly and efficient.

Stayed one night at this location. Fancier than I expected given the discounted price I got. However, it did not have any premium movie channel or a refrigerator. Also, my bro appreciated the beds better then a next door competitor. If I can get a good price I would return.

When we first arrived for check in, everything was clean and both of the guys at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and fast! Our room was clean and spacious! House keeping did a great job! The pool area was fully stocked with towels the whole visit. The kickback staff was polite, kept plenty of food available and was cleaning up the dining room the whole time. The bartender was kind and personable. The manager on duty was so funny and made everyone feel at home! He was always making sure each person had what they needed! He helped everywhere he could to keep the guest happy and safe. The night auditor helped us immediately when we lost our keys! My whole family had a great experience and will definitely be back! The customer service was top-tier!

I stayed here for work and the hotel is very nice. Extremely clean and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The continental breakfast is good and they provide free drinks and snacks in the evenings from 5:30 to 7. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable and the shower was nice, plenty of hot water and good pressure. I didn't hear much if any noise from the hall at night, although my room was kind of tucked away in a low traffic area. One of the few hotels I've stayed in recently where you still get a microwave in your room. Lots of strip malls nearby, so it's easy to find a variety of places to eat and easy to run out if you realize you forgot to pack something. I'd highly recommend staying here.

When I say the most amazing customer service all around I really me it. Everyone from the GM to the kitchen staff were so polite and accommodating. I would go out of my way literally to stay here again. Wish I could give 10 stars. Make sure to meet Mary she was especially amazing. Thanks guys for making my stay so pleasant!!!!!

The front desk personnel was polite and checked us in quickly and explained everything we needed to know. Beds were comfortable and noise level was good. Only complaint is the housekeeping knocking on our door well before check out. I’ve done housekeeping and unless it’s past your check out time they have no reason to knock on your door waking you up when you have plenty of time left. I did not ask for a wake up call nor did I request any additional services. Plus I had my DND sign up and it was IGNORED. DO NOT DISTURB!

We always love staying here. The staff is so friendly. We enjoy the breakfast and drinks and the snacks they have in the evening time. The rooms are wonderful. Showers always have hot water. Just can't say enough great things about this hotel

We had a great stay! Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, awesome room and close to everything. We had plenty of room in the suite for our family of 5. We had to check out a day early but it was past checkout time and past time for a refund. We did not ask for one knowing what the policy was. Without asking, we received a refund for the night we did not end up staying which was very unexpected. We highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here on our way home from vacation and it was top notch. Room, lobby, grounds were all super clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was fabulous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening snack were both outstanding. Remarkably quiet too, considering proximity to I71. Don't hesitate - first class place.

There are a lot of great things about this hotel, but the staff is actually the best feature. Everyone there seems genuinely glad to work there... and glad that we were there. They went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were super clean, as was the whole hotel. The pool is indoor/outdoor and our kids LOVED swimming outside in the winter. The breakfast is tasty and hot, and the evening happy hour and dinner is a really special touch. And we'll go back to that location for all of those reasons. But mostly, we'll be back because of the staff.

Stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. This will be our go to hotel every year we travel to and from Florida. All Staff were friendly and made us feel as they truly appreciated our business. Breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was awesome. We have stayed in many hotels and no other hotel offers a light supper and 3 free drinks. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and hotel was quiet. Thanks for a good night stay.

This was our 1st stay at Drury Inn & Suites. This has to be one of our favorite hotels! Staff were extremely helpful & friendly! Being a Rewards member got us a complimentary buffet dinner and hot breakfast. The price of the hotel room was very inexpensive! The indoor/outdoor pool would be very fun in the summer but very cold on our trip (coldest day in January). You can swim under the window and be outside. I was a little disappointed that it was too cold for me to swim but the whirlpool was very nice!

Very clean. Staff super friendly and kind. The happy hour staff were so nice. Drinks and snacks more than met expectations for a free happy hour. Highly recommend.

Will never stay at another hotel if there's a Drury near by! Free continental breakfast, free dinner, 3 alcoholic beverages per adult per evening (beer, wine, mixed drinks), nice pool with hot tub area! Staff is friendly, rooms are good. Our mini fridge could've been a colder, that was the only issue we ran into...highly recommend Drury!!!

Drury Inn Grove City was an excellent place to stay. Mike at the front desk is awesome, friendly and ready to take care of your needs. The Drury is very clean. We stayed there for a wedding and were impressed with the room which was a suite. Second time we have stayed at a Drury and we will again when the need arises. Only slight issue was it may have been time for a new mattress on one of the beds??

Greeted immediately by friendly staff. This place is beautiful, clean and very inviting. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean; has shampoo, conditioner & soap dispenser. Food is appetizing as well. Very impressed!!!

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. The facilities are clean & well kept; staff were all friendly & helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature. The Kickback featured entree items; all delicious. The mattress was comfortable. It was wonderful that they were pet friendly too!

Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. My boyfriend, a United States marine, stayed there before being sent out and they treated him like trash. The day he was supposed to leave he tried to go into his hotel room and it was locked. Which was fine I get that his time expired they had to rent out the room to another customer. Totally understandable what was not understandable was the way he was treated when he tried to get his belongings back. First they claimed the room was empty and the maid left for the day. The manager would not check personally to see where his belongings were located but instead sent their “agent”. They kept telling us that they had nothing of his. Then we get a phone call saying that some of his belongings were found. When we tried to retrieve his items they asked us to describe the contents of the bag. Absolutely disrespectful. When my boyfriend returned home and was able to look at the contents of the bag he realized not all of his belongings were there. So not only are they LIARS they are also THIEVES and no respect for our troops. Stay here at your own risk.

2 night stay while visiting family. We have been staying for at least 7 years and have always had a great experience until this visit. Went to use the pool and key did not work. Went to front desk where I was then asked for an ID, my name, my hometown, and my Email. Was told I would have to sign a paper. Seriously?? I am a senior citizen and felt interrogated and uncomfortable. This is not how you treat a guest who simply wanted to use the pool.

I rarely venture outside of another brand of hotels, but so glad I did and that I chose the Drury Inn!! What a fantastic hotel! Hands down the staff and service are the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Heather at the front desk is just amazing. Very informative and so kind. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We stayed in the 2 room suite with queen beds. There were 6 of us and plenty of room to spread out! If you’re considering this hotel, book it. You won’t regret it!

This is really a great hotel - it was absolutely packed for a sports tournament when we passed through on a Friday night in July, but the service was still great. We arrived in time for an evening social, which was well-stocked and very popular; our kids had a great time in the indoor-outdoor pool; and the rooms were comfortable and quiet (despite being brimming over with young athletes!). In an above-and-beyond display of hospitality, the manager was present at both the evening social and the morning breakfast, checking with guests about their stays, making sure everyone had what they needed, and just pleasantly chatting.

Only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because I booked and paid for a high floor king room and received a double queen room on the fourth floor. Customer service very friendly upon check in. The girls working the “happy hour” at 5:30 were great! Smiling and engaging in conversation with patrons. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I give this place 10/10! Just wish I would’ve received the room I booked and paid for. Hotel and room itself is very clean. Would return!

This is the first time I stayed at a Drury Inn, it was awesome! Breakfast was delicious and hot, plenty of different options to choose from... Room was clean and comfortable... The Staff was great, very attentive and respectful... The only draw back was the pool is too small... But I will definitely make Drury Inn my go to place, when traveling!

Great experience while on my business trip. I will definitely be using this hotel chain if I can when I go out of town again!! The hotel staff here was awesome from the front desk, to the cleaning, to the managers walking around checking in on guests while I ate the free breakfast(very filling and the eggs taste like eggs!!!) and during the 530 to 7pm free dinner and drinks. It was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed my time away from home here! Thank you!!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with all the Drury Hotels that I've stayed at. They're always clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. I've stayed here several times during our trips to Columbus and I'll never stay anywhere else.

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about the staff here! We stayed here this past weekend for a volleyball tournament and it was wonderful. Breakfast normally starts at 7 but they started early so our girls could eat before we had to leave. During the dinners, staff and management were walking around asking if we needed anything. The food was really good at dinner. At the pool, there was a staff member walking around asking if we needed anything and she ended up bringing out bottles of water for us. There were some dirty towels laying around the pool area and she cleaned everything up and kept a smile on her face the whole time! We really had a great stay!

This hotel is the BEST in Grove City! Mark was so friendly and made sure my family’s stay was great from asking how our day was to letting us know the history of the hotel.Kayla was also a great bartender in the dinner area. The food every night was great and the hotel was spotless. I have worked for 8 years in the hotel industry and I can say that these people are top notch. My family had a wonderful stay here and will be back.

We came to town for Sonic Temple fest. We checked in on the Saturday of the busy memorial day weekend. The check in was quick and the staff was very friendly . The rooms were perfect we have never experienced a hotel so quiet even though it was sold out. The property is clean and well stocked. Dylan was at the front desk he was very helpful and supplied us with extra coffee. This property checked all the boxes for us including the afternoon snacks, swimming pool and laundry room The neighborhood is safe with many nearby restaurants and even a Walmart.

We went to Columbus to celebrate a birthday, and on our way home, we made a reservation at this Drury Inn to spend the night.this inn was very clean, staff was very friendly. We enjoy the food they serve in the evenings. The pool was very nice, the hot tub was excellent. This place was very clean around the pool area, restrooms were very clean. The morning breakfast was very good, the manager was very nice, he came in and was talking to all the guests that were having breakfast . His name was Brenden, he was very attentive to every, we spoke for several minutes, very nice man. He cared very much about his guests. I highly recommend this Drury Inn. We will stay here again when we travel.

The best hotel experience here at Drury Grove City, Columbus, OHIO. I was visiting from Canada and unfortunately left a few items in the room. They found the Iran’s and send them over. Much appreciated!! During my stay, the hotel was, clean comfortable and all the staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and had an excellent view of the the downtown Columbus. The Drury Hotel is located in a very convenient location and only 10 -15 minutes drive to German Village. In addition, there are many nice bars and restaurants are close to the hotel’s location!

Very nice hotel especially for the price point. I used the fitness room and outdoor pool deck, both accommodating. Check in was a breeze though a few of my work colleagues did not have the same experience. My only request would be to add some type of nondairy milk for breakfast cereal, as there were no vegan breakfast options except for bananas not ripe enough to eat.

I've stayed at the Drury many times, my company's training center is in Urbancrest and after my family visited during my last training session they liked it too. Never had a problem before but this time the toilet was flushing slowly when we got there and eventually stopped emptying completely even with only liquid waste. Long story short by the second night of our stay the entire room smelled like a sewer. Reporting this to the front desk resulted in an employee bring up a plunger. The plunger was smaller than the one that I have at home and did absolutely nothing. Needless to say I spoke to the manager the next morning and he seemed genuinely shocked at the way his staff handled the situation and his apologies seemed to be truly sincere. I was really impressed at his response to the situation and was completely satisfied with the way that he handled the situation and the outcome of our interaction. My family and I will definitely be staying at the Drury Inn when we next visit Columbus.

We 1st stayed here about 10 years ago and since then we've stayed about 6 times when visiting Ohio. We loved everything about this hotel from the half indoor half outdoor pool to the kickback food and complimentary drinks and great breakfast. The staff is so nice. And they were great to my dog too! We're coming back next week. And very much looking forward to it.

This hotel was amazing. Literally everything was amazing. Especially the guy, Dylan, at the front desk. He was super helpful and when an unprecedented situation with my Aunt happened he was so nice and helpful and sweet. He went above and beyond and is such a wonderful person. I also felt so comfortable and safe the entire time. I absolutely loved the location. So many food options near by. I will always come back here.
