Although it is a guest house, the rooms are clean, the service is good, and the price is very reasonable

Seems to one of the cheapest in town. 25k for a small room (103) with no hot water. Mattress still had the plastic cover so was both noisy and hot. A/c worked. Had to look at 3 rooms to find sheets that were not stained (all seemed to have been washed.) Rooms up stairs ( some ? ) have bath rooms but not on suite Its out of town so you need your own transport but i have been told they rent scooters. Staff are nice and it seems you can also eat here. ( not done) . No breakfast.

It's absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, clean, very friendly receptionists. Hot shower! All of this for 16 dollars/night. We supposed to stay there 2 nights but stayed longer. Thank you!
