It is a beautiful beach of Mon State in Ye. This place is popular for travellers or visitors to feel relax in the beach. Many restaurants serve different menu of seafood in many styles. You may come here to feel the sea, sun and sand. You can order foods and drinks while you are relaxing in the beach fresh air and sea breeze.

* Kabyar Wa Beach * It is a beautiful and peaceful place although the sea water is not enough clear. It has wide sand bank and safe to play water in the sea. You can learn sea creatures like hermit-crab, snail, gaper and how to made dry fish in the fishing village. You can buy many kinds of dry fish cheaply there.

The wide, beautiful beach is one of the better ones in this country. Even if it is still hard to get to, it is quite worth-it. There are small canoes that can be rented with ease and comfy bamboo chairs placed relatively close to the shoreline which allow you to get a good view of the beach. There is a small pagoda as well. The shallow water is good to wade around in. However, the water is a bit murky and the beach requires a lot of time to get to; around 30 or 45 minutes to get to the beach from the main road. Altogether, quite nice.

Highly recommended for a day trip from Ye. Beautiful beach that is just being developed. You can rent a chair and an inner tube, and buy drinks and snacks from many local enterprising residents. The road just behind the beach is full of eateries. The water is excellent for swimming and is sandy and shallow with small waves. Our 8 and 9 year old girs loved it and found a pack of local kids to play with. There is a changing area and toilet to the right of the small stupa on the beach (look for the blue and green tarps).
