Nice place to visit, a lot of people visit there, one of the beautiful beach in Myanmar, not very far from Yangon, seafood are fresh, clean water, good place to rest for children, old people and anybody, any religion, plenty hotel, motel are there, can swim, can walk, can ride a hose, bicycle, boat, see sunset, drink coconut water and enjoy.

If you wanna enjoy the different taste of beach, please go there at rainy season. You can see the amazing beauty of clouds during the whole cloudy days and get promotions at most of hotels. Not much crowded. Chaung Thar beach is famous for having plenty of seafood cooking services, water is less clear compared to other beaches though.

The place all the stress out from city pressure. Being in front of ocean is the best medicine to cure all we suffer from everyday life, difficulties and unconditional situation. 100% recommend to visit this amazing place.

This is Chaung Tha beach that is most popular beach in Myanmar because more ok to come and price is fair for all person and also many kinds of Hotel and Guest House are there. If you want to meet with big surf, you should be go within the end of rainy season around September. But sand of this beach is mix with mud so water is not clearness.

Natural beach near Yangon. Normally crowded at weekends. Can enjoy various seafood.

Amazing place for local people.

The beach is clean, the water shallow, the sand is hard, the wave is calm, and it is not crowded. So it is not dangerous to swim even for children. Almost 100 metres is save for swimming. It is my most favorite beach.

Myanmar's a popular beach destination. Variety of accommodations are available for different budget travellers. People usually choose this place for holiday trip so most of the time is crowded especially in weekends and public holidays. You can also get sea products in the local market. Although you can eat in the restaurants, you can also order to those who come and ask for cooking and delivery service. The reason for only four stars is to improve cleaning not only in the beach side but also inside.

The beach is also beautiful. There are also many hotels. There is also accommodation for budget travelers. But if you want to touch the sea, only sea view hotels are convenient. Or it will only be convenient to go to Foe Kalar Island. This is not very good.

The water is not the clear and clean, it’s been always like that. Maybe because of the inlet water from the streams nearby. But there’s a quite a number of reataurants available compare to Ngwesaung beach.

There is a nice place to visit.It is closed to the Yangon.Seafoods prices are so cheap.So we can go day trip or short trip.I love it.
