The biriyani was good. Spices could have been more. The mutton pieces were cooked well. The quantity was enough for one and well served in a banana leaf plate. We also ordered guntur chicken as a starter. The masala was fantastic. However, the masala didn't stick much to the chicken pieces. Boiled chicken pieces could have been cut smaller and cooked in the gravy for more time. The ambience was good. Sofas were a little low for the tables. The service was okay. There's a good amount of seating. Parking space is also adequate. Restroom facilities are available.

This restaurant is located on the Airport road (&) highway of Salem ... The Ambience is very good. Especially for Non - vegetarian options. Awesome Ambience and authentic dishes... people Must try mutton biryani. However I do see a change of taste from Bangalore to coimbatore dishes but that's okay...

I went for a late lunch around 3 PM, and the restaurant was quite busy; we had to wait for a table. Unfortunately, some items on the menu were unavailable. The food overall was disappointing. The soup tasted like it was ready-made, and the biryani was unusually dry. The drinks weren't served cold either. The gun chicken was a big disapointment. However, the fish finger was a standout dish, providing a glimmer of hope. On the downside, the restaurant's AC was struggling; it experienced frequent power cuts and lacked a proper backup power source. One positive note was the decent parking available in front of the restaurant, which made it convenient for diners.

It was my first experience in dindigul thalappakatti Restaurant, very delicious and good quality. The waiter was so patient and took orders without rushing time.I personally recommend mutton meat balls and mutton biriyani

The Name of the hotel is not going to give you the taste of any food you order here, so don't expect to much about the place just use this when you have no other place opened for dining. The cost of the food is also is not affordable for the quantity & quality they offer. By just being in the large buliding and keeping costly furniture you can attract people for once a while.

Worst food! Had gastric issues and heavy acidity (stomach burn) after dinner. Taste wise average too.. I don't know what they add to the preparation.. Worst experience. The waiter also didn't come for taking next order for very long time even after repeated request.

I had ordered the mutton family pack bucket. But received chicken family pack bucket at delivery. And the bill made for mutton briyani bucket. no response from the restaurant for the balance refund. Thanks for the follow up. I got a good re support by your office staffs.

Always my fav restaurant. Whether it is Chennai or Coimbatore, this place serves me the best Mutton or Chicken biriyani. And also Pepper Chicken . These are my fav dishes. The staff at Neelambur branch, Coimbatore(Mr Arun or Saravan , sorry name I forgot) was very helpful.

Super quick order served from the time order was placed. Excellent place to have seeraga samba rice biryani with the delicious taste of Dindugul biryani. Went on the founder's day which had attractive offers on the menu. Parking space is somewhat a constraint during peak hours or weekends.

Had dinner with 3ppl. Alfaham chicken - juicy n tasty Tawa fish - ok- average in taste. Jigarthanda- good but not authentic

When we reached, it was fully packed. We had to wait close to 30 minutes before getting the seats. Food was worth the wait.

They had only plain Biriyani at that time we went. Biriyani was top notch. Chicken 65 was over cooked in dark black colour. Moru moru chicken was ok but they served this dish after we finished over food n washed hands too.. coloured lime water was served named as mojito, Worst mojito in my life.

While the food tastes decent, there is still space for development as we have noticed a decrease in taste from the beginning to the present, and the handwashing area is not clean.

The taste of the food was very nice but service is a total disaster Totally dissapointed I ordered kari dosa , biriyani and kal dosa For kari dosa they gave sambar and chutney when asked for gravy they said its being prepared After i completed eating i got the gravy And kal dosa they said its not available after 30 mins of placing the order When tried to report it to the staff while paying the bill his reply was we dont provide gravy for any dosa items and even if its kari dosa we provide gravy only if the customer is requesting We again said for biriyani also it wasnt provided , Kal dosa order canceled he started shouting at us, one of the worst way i got treated It was like we were eating for free of cost and he had the right to shouting at us thanks for the hospitality would defenitely not visit again

We had very very worst experience in this restaurant. We ordered roti - one roti costs 50 rupees. We felt ok it would be of better quality. But the roti was like pappadam. We literally broke it and ate. The server with kind heart replaced the remaining rotis but that was also like pappadam. The gravy - taste is ok. But quantity is very very less for rotis. Its price which is 280 rupees, it would come for only two - three rotis. We came out with complete disappointment of wasting time and money on those food.

As the brand name "Dindigul Thalapakatti" is enough for the review. The taste of briyani's are very good (the rice they using giving additional taste to the briyani). Delicious and yummy. 😋😋 There is so much of space for car parking. But there's little space for dining, nearly 100-150 members can only be sit at a time.Need more spaces, then only we can go and eat freely without waiting time. The people who are serving and managing are quite good. Staff behaviour was great.❤️❤️

One of the best biriyani option available with more than 90 outleta in southindia. Had food in many outlets abd all taste same. Food combo offer...i tasted both chicken and mutton biriyani. Ftied rice need improvement..soups was very tasty and different...good parking. Good interoirs and seating

Had a great biriyani both mutton and chicken. Great ambiance, family restaurant. But the parcel food was not warm even for 15min kindly focus.

No disel no electricity reason customer has to suffer, worst rest room without cleaning and maintainence regularly. Combo offers are ok but not served hot except soup and fried rice.

I stopped here on the way to Nilambur. The restaurant is visible from the road 🛣️ and is noticeable from the inside of your car as it has a big board. The place is quite spacious inside with good seating arrangements. The staff are friendly and helpful, though a little slow in my case and somewhat forgetful. I had to remind them a few times of a few things. Good atmosphere and huge windows to look out from. You'll have to park your vehicles 🚕🚖🚗🚘🏍️🛵🛴🚲 out in the open area and there is no shade or coverage from sun 🌞 or rain 🌧️☔. Food is good. It is a good place to grab a quick snack or lunch with your friends and family members.

As a biriyani aficionado, DT isn't really all that stand out. They have a consistent flavour and the chicken is always perfectly cooked. So this outlet of DT also lives up to this popular franchise's fame. But what really stood out for me is the absolutely excellent service. The system worked like a well oiled machine even when the restaurant was close to the closing hours. So the place is must visit, if you're in the area. Rate.. Food:7/10 Service:9/10

Parking your vehicle in the open area is not an option since there is no shade or protection from rain or sun. There is nothing better than food.
