This is the place to be! Dr Brown is AMAZING! He always knows what to do and how to help. I have also had massage therapy with Shannon many times. She is THE BEST! What a pair to get you fixed right up! I’m sorry that I will not give the other massage therapists a try, but it is only because Shannon knows exactly where to go and what to do. Since moving to Myrtle Beach I have searched for a chiropractor who had the equipment to do decompression of the back. I have suffered from sciatica for a long time and this machine makes it all better. No back or leg pain I highly recommend the extremely great Dr and his friendly staff.

Best place ever!!! Kaitlin and Sarah upfront are so nice and personable. Dr Brown is amazing and great at fixing the aches and pains. I love their decompression machine. It has helped my neck and back so much. Jo is the facial goddess and absolutely the nicest person you have ever met in your life. Sarah S. has absolutely magical hands for deep tissue massage. So if you are looking for a wonderful place to go this is 100% the place.

Doctor Brown has always given me amazing adjustments/treatments. Sarah is a fantastic massage therapist and helped me with my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend taking care of your well being here!!

My new favorite hangout!!! I have been seeing Dr. Teresa now for about 6 weeks. She has been amazing for shoulder problems I have dealt with for years. The DRY NEEDLING is simply the best, she gets right to the problem spots! She is always so welcoming and cheerful, I can actually say I enjoy going to the Dr's. Also Dr.Brian has been working with my husband and is doing an amazing job as well. You must see Sara for the best facial around!!! One stop pretty much does it all :) Thanks everyone for taking such great care of us.

Absolutely the best chiropractic adjustment and therapeutic massage experience you can ask for! While on vacation I scheduled a massage and adjustment here. The treatments I received were so great, I scheduled a second treatment that same week! Sadly I cannot take them home with me but they did make me consider moving to Myrtle Beach. Very friendly customer service as well. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I only wish I could visit more often.

I am firm chiropractic believer. From Tokyo Japan, NJ, Metro DC and to Myrtle beach SC, I visited so many chiropractors office and have met at least 15 drs. Finding good chiropractor is real challenge. In SC, it was quite challenge, I visited many but had no luck until I met Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown is probably most caring Dr and having excellent skills. He really knows what he needs to do. Not only his great adjustment but also he uses equipments, machines from massage table to cupping, dry needle, etc to get rid of pain as quick as possible in very short period of time. I usually get great relief within a couple of visits. I usually stay in his office getting his treatment 45 min to one hour every visit. I also highly suggest the massage therapist Shannon. She is wonderful, also knows what she needs to do for the fastest recovery. Front desk assistants are very nice and friendly, too. I am living in Conway but it’s worth the trip to Family Wellness Center.

I had a deep tissue massage with Shannon and it was amazing! She worked on every muscle, very strong and gentle at the same time. the place is clean, relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Dr B is the most comprehensive chiropractor I’ve ever been to. He took time to understand my pain and tried multiple methods to reduce it. It’s hard to find an out of town health care provider. I’m so glad I found Dr B!

I was diagnosed with sciatica and called for an appointment in”tears”. My connection with Sarah was astronomical as she did her work on me. It was phenomenal how much better I felt during the session! I highly recommend these professionals for any of your needs. Sarah is the best.

Cannot say enough good things about the people/services/prices here! I have received Chiropractic Care (From Dr. T) and Reiki Healing. Both experiences were amazing. Dr. T literally changed my life and fixed my horrible back pain - she is soooo friendly and knowledgeable, she really makes you feel comfortable (it was my first time seeing a chiropractor so I wasn't sure what to expect) and my Reiki healing experience was out of this world. I actually don't have to words to describe such a magnificent spiritual experience! Would recommend to anyone and everyone that is open to it!
