Allison & staff have been so wonderful to deal with. Maintenance has been helpful and friendly as well. My wife and I love our very spacious and new apartment. Great pool & fitness center, plenty of parking. There's even a nearby walking/biking path along the Intercoastal Waterway. The location is close to everything but still off the beaten path enough that you have a nice level of peace & quiet. We're so glad we checked here before signing a lease elsewhere. We highly recommend Coastal Exchange Apartments!

We found our little paradise here! For 1 week we fell in love with our new home and moved in 😍 The amenities are great! Grills, club house, great pool, amazing gym and a bonfire. The apartment itself is very spacious with huge windows and very big balcony with a view. Suzanne Palmer helped us a lot with this hidden gem. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our choice and we love our new home and our new community at Coastal Exchange ❤️ The staff here is just amazing! Thank you, guys: Brian, Suzanne, Karley and Alison! You made our dream come true!

We had an issue with our stove on a Saturday and Thomas was very quick to come by our place check out the issue and swap out our stove with a new one. It was our daughters Birthday so his quick response allowed us to finish cooking her special birthday dinner! The maintenance crew is always so quick to handle any issues that arise! Much Appreciated!

Great first experience. Lauren Williams was the first person to greet me, and also was very accommodating to all of my requests and questions throughout the whole process. She is most of the reason why I chose this property. She went through and showed 5 units that day and made sure I was happy with my decision through and through. Will definitely recommend that if you are in the market I would run to Lauren. Look forward to being a resident.

I absolutely love living here! My apartment is spacious, the amenities are clean, the pool is beautiful and it’s been a great place for my golden retriever Peanut to live! I have no complaints, the staff has been so warm and welcoming since the day I moved in. I do want to particularly mention Elsie Spencer, she had been incredibly accommodating and professional. I’ve had to ask for her help a few times and she not only is she there help immediately she always does so with a smile. This is definitely the best apartment complex in Myrtle!

Firstly I must say very nice property with great amenities, however everything else is like living in hell. From not being able to sleep at nights due to the noise coming from upstairs to very rude office staff, especially Allison. The people upstairs goes on constantly, from parties to fights, to playing loud music, kids constantly running and jumping every single day and night. Had to make a report almost every other day and absolutely nothing was done about it to the point where we were told that we should understand and let them enjoy their apartment like we weren’t entitled to enjoy ours, especially given the fact that the rent was so high peace and quiet, especially after certain time should be a must. Communication is at its worst at this apartment, the staff that was there when we got there had it altogether however as soon as these folks came in all things went down hill. They are scared to talk to tenants about complaints, they claim they sent out emails and nobody seems to receive them, I honestly think they should go back to property management classes as they have zero idea of managing a property let alone know how to communicate with someone. This lady was supposed to send us emails through which we would respond whether or not we are renewing our lease and I went and remind this lady 4 times to send the email and still did not receive it. All because she was scared that we would put that we are not renewing given the fact that she knew what we were dealing with from the neighbors. She tried to fix things when we decided that enough was enough we r leaving, when we gave her multiple chances to do so prior. I wish this property would get better management and staff, as over the period of 1 yr living there they have changed staff over 4 times and it gets worse each time. Also if u do end up renting there please try and get the top floor as otherwise you will hear everything from both upstairs n beside u, I was scared to even walk around in there thinking I might be disturbing the neighbors. Please explore ur options if looking for an apartment as u can find better with better management at better prices. Get a new manager please or send her back to do some more classes as she is not ready, rude and have no clue to what she is doing.

The only reason I even gave 1 start is because of the patio, which I will never actually be. I toured & applied here recently. I should’ve stopped at the tour. Very hard to get in contact with staff. Online application process not user friendly at all. Then, I was denied because of my criminal background, which is from a long time ago and was a misunderstanding, but I was never given the opportunity to explain the situation. I feel like this violates something in the Fair Housing Act. Don’t waste your time on this place.

I have to say this has been the best apartment complex my boyfriend and I have ever lived in! The complex is lovely, there's always some event going on, and my senior dog adores all the office staff. We stop in almost daily to chat with the ladies in the office and are always happy to run into the maintenance staff around the buildings. Allison is not only a wonderful hostess, but a caring and considerate property manager as well. She's always taken our concerns seriously no matter how big or small, and is always ready to offer her assistance in any way she can. I've traveled extensively and lived in several different states (and had my fair share of not so great apartments), and I can happily say the staff here have helped make these apartments into a rather lovely place to come home to.

We recently signed a lease to move in to our new home in February and the entire experience was amazing. Lauren gave us an initial tour and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the property. She then followed up with us every step of the way to ensure all of our questions were answered. She made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. Would highly recommend!

We have been living here for about a month now and we absolutely love it here! Rich and Vicente on the Maintenace staff have been very accommodating and efficient! They both have excellent work ethic that speaks for itself, and they go above and beyond! They also helped me with a last-minute request before they went home for the day, and they did it with kindness and a good sense of humor. They have wonderful personalities! Thanks again!

Units are spacious and clean with modern appliances. It has great amenities and a dog friendly community. Savannah was very polite and helpful addressed any questions or concerns making it a great experience. Location is clean quiet and safe. They do a great job making us feel welcomed to be part of their community with thier outstanding customer service!
