Back
in
the
40’s,
a
local
watering
hole
in
Seattle,
Washington
changed
it’s
name
from
Sam’s
Tavern
to
Sam’s
Red
Robin.
This
was
based
on
a
song
of
that
era
that
the
owner
sang
in
a
quartet.
Fast
forward
to
1969
where
new
owners
dropped
Sam’s
from
the
name
but
continued
the
tradition
of
never
seen,
never
tasted
before
burgers.
Now,
the
ever
growing,
ever
popular
burger
and
bar
chain
offers
a
plethora
of
gourmet
burgers,
tavern
burgers,
finest
burgers,
soups,
salads,
sandwiches,
appetizers,
desserts
and
a
selective
offering
of
entrees.
On
the
adult
beverage
side
one
can
partake
of
wine,
cold
drafts
and
craft
cocktails.
My
Pig
Out
Tavern
Double
burger
was
a
feast
to
both
my
eyes
and
my
appetite
with
two
grilled,
brown-sugar-glazed
patties,
melted
American
cheese,
strips
of
hardwood-smoked
bacon,
fresh
lettuce
and
tomato,
bacon
crumbles
and
mayo
on
sesame
seed
buns.
Throw
in
one
of
the
bottomless
sides,
steak
fries
for
me,
and
we
are
good
to
go.
Burgers
are
juicy,
flavorful
with
plenty
of
toppings.
Service
was
friendly
and
efficient,
bringing
our
drinks
right
away
and
our
burgers
soon
followed.
Inside
is
a
lively
mix
of
colorful
decor
and
comfortable
booths.
Pay
at
the
Table
was
quick
and
easy.
