Really clean restaurant. Not much wait time. The outside is under construction but it doesn’t effect normal business. I would recommend this place.

Dont usually give arby's 5 stars but this place was the exception. On 7/12/23 we were waited on by the 2 most professional kind ladies. They worked together, and the place was spotless . They were very kind and just amazing. Those 2 are what makes Arby's so great. Thanks (she even remembered to see if i wanted to donate for the kids charity) Ladies

I really like Arby's food but I've been disappointed a lot lately at their drive-through service. I ordered a double beef and cheddar, paid for a double and received a single. Which I didn't find out till after I got home. I've gotten used to checking the order lately to make sure everything is there but now I guess I'm going to have to open up the individual sandwiches before I leave the drive-thru.

Their so-called new macaroni and cheese was awful. Tasted like it came out the microwave oven very dry and overcooked. Got the regular french fries and tasted like they wouldn't cooked all the way through. Tasted freezer burnt.

Food was kind of awful. The chicken sandwich was dry and tasted old. The sprite tasted weird. The fries were ok. Overall I didn't like it and won't return to this place. Arby's has really gone downhill the only thing that is consistently pretty good are the shakes.

Ordered a jamocha shake with my meal. Got a vanilla shake. Manager claimed it was a Jomaca that maybe the needed to be recalibrate. Offered a replacement but I had no time to go backed. Frustrated I didn't get what I ordered.

There is an Arby's right up the street from where I live but I found myself in M.B. and decided to stop. It was like a 5 star restaurant. Kim (cashier) was extremely friendly & professional. My food was very hot and fresh & brought to me at my table. When I left, I rang the bell LOUD & PROUD! Thank you Kim and others for a wonderful experience.

Worst Arby's ever. Ordered a beef and cheddar and I got a burnt bun (wrong bun) with no cheddar! I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Literally made me gag.

The associate who was attending the guests was best at her service. Two times i ate from Arby's, I didn’t like the crinkle fries bcz of almost no salt in it.

I loved there new pecan chicken salad sandwich.

I ordered from the takeout window. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant. They were out of Horsey sauce packets and the young lady went to the restaurant section and put it in the small cups for me. She went up and beyond what I would expect. I wish I knew her name to give her the credit she deserves.

I ask of hot curly frys, and they give hot ones! It doesn't taste as good as it is, too, but it was ok! The place needs a little update. The carpet needs to be replaced ! The people were cleaning all the tables when we were there!! They were very nice!

My family stopped by Arby's to get the Mrs. Good Burger Combo in North Myrtle Beach.

My to go order was ready. The lady was smiling and greeted me with no wait. They thanked me when I rang the bell and left. Quick efficient polite.

When we come here the service has always been really great. Food is good. There have been cats that live in the alleyway next to the drive through for as long as I've lived here, so just watch your surroundings and look to your right and say hello! My son get excited to see and count all the cats.

Clean and staff was attentative and friendly but food could have been HOTTER and rolls a bit fresher.

My family and I came here on our vacation after an absolutely horrific experience at the McDonald’s next door where half of us weren’t even able to pay for our food because the staff was completely ignoring the guests in the lobby. When we walked into the restaurant, the atmosphere felt really inviting. The lady at the front counter greeted us with a smile and happily took our order. The whole staff seemed to be in a great mood and really enjoying their jobs. When we received our food, everything was hot and fresh and tasted really good. I will definitely be returning to this location the next time we are in Myrtle Beach & looking for something good and quick to feed our family.

This place is the worst. It took 10 mins to get someone to the drive thru.. Then they couldn't get our order correct. Kept missing an item.. Get to the drive thru window, it took forever to get our order.. Like 20 mins. I kept seeing a girl with purple hair looking over the thing like she was waiting for food..it never came.. We had 3 cars behind us.. They have no clue what they are doing.

Talk about super slow! I think I could have made the sandwiches faster myself. One vehicle ahead of me and still took ten minutes to get through a drive-through. Won't be back here again.

We love Arby's but today.. just wow. I walked in the lady looked at me then her boss and said "oh another customer." (There was one other person there) The manager was on her phone. Just looked at us and then they both walked away. We weren't able to get service. We left.

Stopped in at this Arby's after playing golf. I ordered a large fry and a pop. The large fry container that they gave me wasn't even half full!!! I said "this is a large fry" the cashier waited on the rest of the crew I was with and another lady came up front and I asked her "is this a large fry" She said you got a large fry? I said yea so the lady doing the fries took my container and put more in it. Not much more but more. To pay $4.45 for a large fry, I expect my money's worth!! Just make sure you pay attention when you are getting food and not get cheated.

I came here just a few minutes ago and ordered 3 milkshakes. Got to the window to pay and she told me my total which didn’t sound right. I asked if she got 3 milkshakes and she said “no two” so we added it. She was very rude when in fact it was her mistake in the first place. I said “thank you” to which she ignored so my daughter said “thank you” and she looked at us and ignored her then proceeded to shut the window in our faces. Absolutely ridiculous that those are the people handling our food/working in these restaurants. I’m here from out of town and just was just not expecting that kind of attitude over a milkshake. Zero stars if I could.

Arby's are reasonably consistent, the service is the variable. Need to keep the crisp fish sandwiches year round.

Food was decent , kids meal curly fries were very cold, roast beef sandwich was “ok” which my mother stated.

I think that new prime rib sandwich looks so tasty. So I decided to order it the total was over $9 for one sandwich. It didn't look anything like the picture and had one onion ring on it! Nothing at all like the picture! I took the sandwich back in the restaurant and they told me oh sorry we ran out of onion straws in the middle of your order. Would have been nice to be informed I wasn't getting the sandwich as it should have been served and or tasted after spending over $9. I Will never ever ever eat at this Arby's again! If I wouldn't have been working and on a time crunch I would have asked for my money back and went and got food elsewhere! Major disappointment!

It was slow when we got there. The manager was kind enough to give me a sample of the chicken salad to see if I would like it. The place was clean. After we ordered, we waited to here our ticket number called, but he the manager just brought the food to our table. As we enjoyed our meal, the place started to get busier. Overall a pleasant experience.

⭐New update: 10/31/2021: I consider that this Arby's has been very inconsistent during the summer of 2021. And they were closing at 7 pm. But, lately they seem to be better. And I bought the 2 for $6 Classic Roast Beef and a drink. Today was a success, compared to 10 months ago, so I have upped my rating accordingly. Previously: Ten months ago from today: I miss Taylor from a few years ago. She was super nice and friendly. This place used to be great, but it is much less efficient and much less friendly. It used to be run like a machine. They just gave me stale roast beef, and charged me for an item I did not order. They even threw the brown pieces from the end of the beef. How nasty! How could they go so downhill? Even the girl at the drive thru, tried to charge me 4.00 more. How many times do I have to repeat the easy order, and they still get it wrong! Wow! Boy, do I miss Taylor. Even the Black gentleman manager did a great job years ago.

we ordered the gyros off their menu through the drive-thru and ask for extra sauce the I said there's a ton of sauce on them and it extra sauce would be too much yet when we got home there was no sauce on the gyros very disappointing

I didn't order any food but the person I was driving did. Pretty simple order, nothing too fancy. # 2 meal, soda no ice. Cold sandwich and half a container of crumbs of what you might have called curly fries at one point. Soda mostly filled with ice. Very disappointing for him but also for me because that's a trip I probably shouldn't have made. We've never visited this location before. The Surfside location is usually pretty good so we figured it would be similar.

Crinkle fries!! The Reuben was good but not enough sauerkraut ot thousand island dressing. My friend had the Wagu classic cheeseburger and said it was excellent. But again, I was so excited to find crinkle fries on the menu. And the were delicious!

The evening female manager, a position she has held for a while now is beyond useless. Minimal knowledge to say the least.
