The workers in this store were really disrespectful. The workers were very unsanitary the workers removed hair from a pizza and placed it in the oven. The manager Eva Odom was over all disrespectful she had a nasty attitude she didn’t want to hear what we had to say about our order she said to us their system charges people cards twice daily. We placed an order online at 7:50 pm and it still wasn’t ready when we arrived. Curbside was an option online but the manager said “I can’t do curbside I don’t feel like it. We were double charged for our orders and she refused our refund. Don’t come to this shop 1706 kings hwy myrtle beach. If you can avoid this pizza shop please do so.

I bought two cheese pizzas. Both were badly burnt and torn apart. Wouldn't buy again from this place though I like Dominos but this pizza store didn't do a good job. I should have read other reviews seems like the place is a mess. See my pizza pictures and read other reviews before ordering.

I honestly wish I could give no stars for the terrible customer service and food quality at this establishment. I ordered online and have at at this dominos on previous trips to Myrtle beach and never in my life have I experienced being talked down to as a paying costumer in the manner I was talked to today from the employees especially the man who worked the front counter I brought in 3 Alfredo’s that literally had a little bit a sauce and barley even a handful of pasta and asked for my money back or a replace the Alfredo’s and the rude man in front counter was super rude and not helpful whatsoever and did nothing to resolve the issue or give us a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Our pizzas came over 2 hours after I ordered. The kids were sleep by the time the food came. The delivery driver was nice and he said they are short staffed and busy. I can understand that, but I don't understand why they wouldn't put the correct time on the tracker. If you know it's going to take over 2 hours just say that.... Don't say 73-83 minutes.... We could have gotten something else and I could have fed my children before they went to sleep. I ordered at 10:30pm after a long day and it came at damn near 1am. I was literally about to cancel the charge because I couldn't get anyone on the phone but a closed recording after midnight. I spent $70 for cold smashed pizza. Yay.

While I’m not one to complain because I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and know how it can be. However, we ordered delivery while on vacation and ordered several items including a pizza. The pizza was extremely doughy to the point it was inedible. After calling and speaking with manager he pretty much accused me of lying “there’s no way a pizza left here doughy”. Terrible customer service. Delivery driver was kind and quick. Other food items were good. Do not recommend this location. (Pictures do not do justice of how doughy)

Absolute worst customer service. After waiting for a delivery for 40 minutes after the pizza left the store and speaking to the driver twice over a typo in the address, I called the store to see what the hold time was on the food, if it would still be good when/if it was delivered. I was told "it will get there when it gets there".

Ordered a pizza from here earlier today. Once we got it it didn't have pizza sauce on it and taste like they used garlic in its place. They were supposed to bring us another one at 4 when the delivery guy came in. After waiting 5 hours we called back and they told us we waited to long after telling us they would be here at 4 and not showing up. Then they finally called back and told us they would bring us another one. Again we told them a cheese pizza and got one with everything on it and they told us we ordered it. I guess just like I ordered the one earlier without pizza sauce with crust made of garlic. Sat here all day waiting. Whole day gone. Do not recommend unless u want to have the same experience. Still no cheese pizza like we ordered. Ridiculous

Stale croutons, the core of iceburg lettuce when it’s supposedly romaine. Sat in “quality check” for 20 mins before I got delivered the wrong order and they had to switch it 40 mins later.

Rude staff went in asked for the 10.99 5 topping pizza and he didn’t want to take my order and told me to go outside in the 90 degree weather to make the order online when the restaurant was completely empty talking about capacity when no one was there at all

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 medium 2 toppings pizza (hand tossed) and a baked chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Pizzas were very thin with almost no cheese and overloaded with sauce towards the outer crust. The sandwich had very little ranch dressing on it and was dry.

Always late, cold a lot more often then hot. Used points for free pizza and they took points but charged me. Try calling and never a answer. One night placed order and it said 35-45 minutes, 3 1/2 hours later our food was delivered cold and gross. Spent over 50.00 and they gave me points for a free medium pizza that cost 5.99. Totally messed up. They should have gave like a refund or enough for 8 pizzas.

Very dry. Asked for extra sauce on both pizzas and there were next to no sauce on them. The tall slim guy that took the order, was not friendly at all. A frozen pizza would have been better at more than half the cost. 👎👎👎👎 Three days since publishing review and not one word from the franchise owner or corporate. Pathetic. I love Dominos, but will NEVER order from this location again.

Fast delivery! Hot food! No complaints really! 1 star taken away because pizza was requested to be half cheese, half pepperoni and there were only 2 slices that were completely all cheese.

Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves for my sons birthday! It’s very fun for the kids . You can take pictures with the decor and meet a live dinosaur!they even song happy birthday.. Will most definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible we ordered two pizzas they text saying on the way and it took them 45 minutes to deliver it when it said driver on the way and then boxes were squished and pizza wasn’t hot and we cannot get ahold of them on the number we’ve been on hold for an hour

1706 South King's Highway Domino's - The pizza was awesome! Delivered fast at just the right temperature. 2 of us almost ate 2 pizzas in one night. The thin crust was just right. It was so good we'll finish it for breakfast. The employee taking the order and the delivery driver were super nice!

Great pizza. Quick and good customer service. Had an issue of having a 15% tip added to my online order, but they made it right. Just be careful ordering online. It automatically defaults to stuff like rounding up, donations, tips, etc. It was kind of tricky, and that was my only issue. I'll tip, donate, and round up. It just doesn't seem right to automatically default it to something that people get tricked into.

I ordered a pizza and some chicken wings, the delivery person called me 2 hours later asking me if we still wanted the pizza, I did not hesitate to ask why they took so long, then he said they were super busy. I told him the person I spoked to when I ordered the pizza told me 30 min. and then he cursed and hung up. As you suppose we never got our order. Bunch of dam loosers. Do not order from here!!!!!!!!

Very good hot and fresh … the prices are amazing especially if you have a big family like me I’m able to get five pizzas for under $40. You cannot get that anywhere else. so it may not be that New York style. We all love that you can fold, but it saves you money in your wallet.

Ordered online from this store. This is how my pizza looked when we got home with it. It was burnt black on the edges and several places in the middle and it was cold. We live around 5 minutes away it should not have been cold. Was very disappointed with this purchase.

Typical Domino's. Very friendly staff always attentive. Great selection of pizzas (specialties and choose your own toppings), parmesan bites and cinnamon sticks are great add ons. They often have good deals or manager's specials, be sure to call and ask. Look for deals on the App. Easily accessible and very convenient parking. Handicap accessible parking.

If I could give a lower star I would! Wow so I ordered a a pizza for my son just cheese and waited over an hour for the time to say pizza has been out for over 30 mins. Then I call and ask if there is an issue or something the lady on phone states they only have 1 driver and it will be another hour before they can get food out for delivery. 🤔 so I have 2 wait an hour and a half for my pizza after already being made for it to be delivered within 2 hours! I mean wow you could let someone know that. Her response was I’ll just cancel your order then hung up the phone on me. 🤦‍♀️ Amazing customer service! I’m so annoyed with this place at this moment Unacceptable.

Used the app for carry-out order - 2 for 6.99 each. The two pizzas, pan with pepperoni and hand-thrown with chicken, spinach, feta, garlic parmesan sauce, were done perfectly and ready within 1/2 hour. Only issue was the app. The price for the pizzas were higher than $6.99 each. The standard pizza with only one extra topping was $9. While I expected my custom pizza to be higher, it appears to charge for sauce and cheese substitution. Domino's needs to provide a priced menu and pricing details of the order. App was not updating status line or sending texts which made me wonder if my order was happening. Still, the pizzas were delicious, better than I remembered, and worth the app bugs and mystery upcharges. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered online drove up for pick up....still had to go there and wait an extra 12 minutes to get the food, baked to perfection but the staff needs a little pep in their step.
