    Unfortunately my experience today was very frustrating. I entered the store, one customer was there and bring helped by a different associate, I was asked if I needed help by someone else who was working on inventory , she helped me find 2 bras to try on , sized me, and told me to go in the fitting room. She didn't come yo check on me at all. The other girl was working constantly with her client. I was frustrated went out and found another color to try on and a different size. She saw me again and I asked a question which b she couldn't answer. She said she could order if she didn't have what o wanted. I was so frustrated because I couldn't find anything to fit me correctly. Finally I left the store and ended up at Victoria Se retail where I got better treatment and bought 4 br a s! I have been a customer Soma for years but that experience may have changed that fa t!

    I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I called the day before to confirm I would be able to try on bras and receive assistance in doing so and was assured I would. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out that way. There was only one associate on the floor. She measured me and only gave me one bra at a time. Needless to say, she had to helped others in between. So I waited endlessly multiple times. The purpose of going to these specialty stores is to have someone help you in the dressing room. I could go to JCPENNEY, KOHLS, etc to purchase bra’s but I specifically wanted assistance and customer service that your store is known to offer. Totally dissatisfied. I also did not like being told it’s because of hours changed due to COVID. We must move forward with life, we women still need to purchase undergarments.

    The customer service in this store was beyond horrible and it put an awful taste in my mouth, they were extremely snooty and rude; I had recently purchased some bras online back in February and was informed by customer service when I called for a return that it may be easier to take it to a store for return since shipping and returns were so delayed due to Covid without being informed of a 60 day return time. We do not have a Soma store close by our home so I held onto them until we were visiting the beach house, upon arrival the cashier seemed irritated with helping me right off the bat, huffing and standing there looking at me like I’m incompetent when all I wanted to do was exchange them and shop for more items. Finally, after she said she couldn’t help me due to the time frame I just informed her I would just take the loss and gift them to somebody but continued to look around the store for items seeing soma is the only brand I wear, the entire time I shopped I was followed and asked 100x if I needed something or if I even knew what I was looking for as I answered 100x just looking, thank you. If I even so much as had a small pile of items in my hands they were taking them and putting them behind the register “for when I checked out” …side note I had my 19 month old on my hip the ENTIRE time so as if that’s not stressful enough shopping I have somebody following me around like I’m going to shop lift the entire store. They’re welcome for the hefty amount that I spent while I was in there but I will not be back, I’ll keep my soma purchases online. They need a course in courtesy and to wipe the judgmental looks off of their faces when dealing with paying customers.

    I received a $100 gift card as a gift so that I could but a bra for myself. I come in for a fitting and they couldn't give me one since I was too large. Therefore I ask to return the gift card and they refuse to give me my money back even though it is not possible for me to buy anything here. Will never be back to one of these stores and will be contacting the corporate office.

    Worst customer service ever! I’ve been shopping there for 15 years! Employee told me she only had two bras that would fit me and got an attitude when I asked to see them. I’ll take my $200 bra budget somewhere else from now on!! What a disgrace! And I’m a business owner in the retail industry myself! Would never be that disrespectful to a customer!

    I have bought 4 bras from Soma in the last 9 months. The bras give great support and are very comfortable. However, three of the bras have broke in the nine months that I have had them. It's a shame that you can spend this kind of money on a bra that cannot seem to offer both support and quality materials. I have purchased cheaper bras that offer quality materials but lacking support. I would like to see Soma offer both as I do like their bras the best.

    The last two visits were awful. Nobody would help me. I approached a sales woman and asked for help. She seemed very bothered by my presence. I had to keep getting dressed and going out of changing room to look for different bras. I did end up purchasing 2 bras. I had to exchange the bras because they were defective. I have never had a more difficult exchange. The sales woman was awful. She was so difficult to work with and I was within 60 days. Again, I had to dressed and out onto the sales floor to get help. The best thing was she did the exchange and she forgot to put the bras in the bag. I left the store with no bras. Luckily I discovered this at the next store. She didn’t even realize it and put the bras back into inventory! Crazy!

    I was in the store half an hour, noticed that 5 or 6 women worked there, yet no one approached me to see if i needed any help... once i finally located what i was looking for, i went to find a changing room. All 3 will taken, not a problem, i waited. 20 minutes later im still waiting, not one employee asked me if i needed help, they all just kept running in and out of the backroom right past me. Eventually i put my stuff down and walked out. Wont go back.

    Allie was wonderful, recommended a variety of bras and kept pulling more to suit my needs as I had very specific requisites for a well fitting bra. It was a good experience, may come back if I need more.

    I LOVE Soma!! There products wear and last through washing after washing. I would not purchase undergarments and sleepwear anywhere else!

    8/19/23 Fabulous experience with Margo! She was excellent in measuring, recommending and fitting bras for me. Her kindness, patience and knowledge of the bras was superb. From the moment I walked into store when it first opened and I met Margo, I knew this would be a good “fit”! Thank you Margo…you are a gem!
