This was my initial visit to Waccamaw Dermatology. Everything about my visit was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming upon my entering the office. Completed the in initial patient information and was back in exam room at my scheduled appointment time. The nurse, Courtney, was very nice, took vital signs and talk with me about the reason for my visit . She was very good at putting me at ease. NP Olivia Miller came and was very professional and had a caring attitude. She did an exam and was very reassuring in her diagnosis and what she thought would need to be done. She gladly answered all my questions. I can not say enough good things about my visit.

This was my first time visiting this practice and it was very pleasant. I was greeted, filled out a form and was called in almost immediately. I had barely gotten changed when Dr. Clark came in. She thoroughly examined me, took the time to explain some things, made recommendations and we were done! Super fast, efficient and knowledgeable. So glad to have found this office.

Very friendly, helpful staff from the tine you walk in the building. I came in for skin screening being I had skin cancer in the past. Olivia Miller, my provider was prompt, Pleasant, knowledgeable and engaged. Test results was given to me quickly. Great experience.

My first existing with this practice was very warm and encouraging. All questions were answered in a relaxed atmosphere and I felt very confident in my choice in going there. I saw Misty P. And she gave me very relaxed confident interaction. I was facing a second MOSE procedure and discovered that there was another way to approach my cancer. I feel so confidant coming here and I will be recommending this practice to others.

The staff upfront was friendly as my son is a new patient. NP-Kinon was attentive and answered all of my many questions. She was very helpful and caring with my sons skin situation. This means a lot when time is taken to listen to you at your visit. Her Assistant that day was also very nice. I definitely would recommend this Practice to others!

Have been getting Laser light therapy for my Psoriasis and Dermatitis for years now... Was also given medication to help. Both conditions are still prevalent. But they've improved a bit compared to my first outbreak. I think the Laser light therapy and Meds. help to a point. The staff in the Office etc. are usually nice and helpful. and the building is clean. When my primary Dr. left they failed to update my Medication prescription... It took a very long time to straighten out. And to get help. Our calls were never returned. I wish someone had kept my Prescription info on file before they left. It would've made the experience easier... But I'm gonna assume Covid has also made things more difficult behind the scenes. This is my only negative experience and it was eventually corrected.

They are always so friendly. Dr. Olivia and her staff are the best. They listen and they make sure you are taken care of. I would give them a 10 not a 5 rating

I went to my first appointment and I must say Mrs. Cheryl Ziedman is great at what she does and I would definitely refer her! Keep up the great work! So professional and know what she is doing!

The Entire Staff was Very Cordial and Professional! I was taken in exactly at my appointment time! I was Especially Impressed with Kristen Clark, PA-C, Very Sweet, Knowledgeable, and Professional, including her two co-workers, (I’m sorry I never got your names) who assisted her, working very well together plus allaying any apprehension I may initially have had. Full exam and biopsies took only 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this practice! Thank You All!

Dr. Misty made sure my skin problem was addressed and was knowledgable on what and how I could get rid of it in a timely manner. I had a lot of anxiety even coming and asking for help and was really nervous about showing that kind of vulnerability but it was addressed in a professional manner and I will be clear and free of my issue quickly. One of the nurses wish I got her name was so good with my 2 year old and my 2 year old has sensory issues and delayed speech and took to her right away which surprised me because shes not fond of many people . There were snacks for my child to have to keep her busy and I'm really just glad to have this issue taken care of I waited to long to ask for help for something that could have been fixed quickly.

I am extremely disappointed in this practice. My first visit was 5/4/23. With Olivia Miller. I had a punch biopsy. My next visit was 5/18/23 to get the stitches out. When I asked about the results I was given a copy and told that someone would call me to schedule a follow up. I have not heard a word from this practice and it is 6/30/23. I was also told by the front office person that all I had to pay was what I paid that day. Not true. I received a bill two weeks later. This is a very poorly run dermatologist office!

Dr Coakly and Tiffany were awesome. Very thorough, professional, obviously experienced and knowledgeable personable people. They made me feel relaxed and at ease and explained every detail about the surgery. When it was over I felt very confident about the outcome. Thank you both for taking care of me.

I had radiation treatment for skin cancer on my head. Everything went very smoothly, no adverse effects. Bonnie, the radiation specialist was very professional, thorough and friendly. I would recommend Waccamaw Dermatology and Bonnie to anyone.

My wife had to wait for 45 minutes from time they rescheduled, left and never got co pay returned. Actually ignored by receptionist.

Bonnie was so wonderful to me. I actually looked forward to seeing her smiling face each morning Never having radiation before was certainly frightening until I met sweet Bonnie Snow. My Results were great! Dr Hamilton was so kind and encouraging it was a delight to meet him in person for my final appointment. My visits with Dr Coakley were also great and encouraging. I so appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone. Yes! I feel very BLESSED! Martha Knight I can certainly highly recommend radiation therapy.

Dr. McKinnon was great as usual. However, this is the first time in a long time that I have not been insulted by the nursing staff. The male nurse was polite and considerate.

The receptionists were very friendly n professional. The MA that took me to the examining room was polite n professional. Dr Winter explained everything n even did a body check which I wasn’t expecting but very glad she did. Overall I would definitely recommend it altho it is kinda far from MB.

Dr. Winter and her staff were very professional and caring. I felt I had a thorough exam for the 1st time since I moved here. I will follow her recommendations and feel confident this is the best dermatolgy office for me.

I had my first Dermatology exam yesterday with Olivia Miller at Waccamaw Dermatology. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The new patient paperwork was available online and they also texted me the paperwork to fill out on my phone ahead of time. The office staff were friendly and professional, and I was called back to an exam room almost immediately. I was given a very thorough exam, all my questions were answered, and two biopsies were taken. I was told they had a pathologist and Pathology Lab on site and I would get results within 2 weeks and that someone would call me with the results even if they were normal. All in all I was very pleased and I'm happy I chose Olivia Miller and Waccamaw Dermatology. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't have had a better experience, the staff and Doctors are great and treat everyone like friends and family. Very comfortable setting, and will continue to go for years to come.

We love Mrs. Olivia and all her staff. She is the best and excellent with kids! She will have you in and out within 30 mins. Dr. Coakley was fine but some of the staff handling patients were rude and dangerously ignorant. Unless you have a medical degree and are licensed please DO NOT GIVE medical advice.... or speak on behalf of the Surgeon you work for.
