I went there to buy a silver necklace set and upon finalising and payment, I requested to gift wrap it but they simply denied saying they do not have material. Also they refuse to consider the discounts and offers shown online. Customer satisfaction is something they don't care about unlike other brands. Sad and did not expect this with the Bhima Brothers store.

I brought a small stud for my daughter which is actually pair of nose pin for extra earring just now I came back within 20 min of purchase for exchange as it had sharp surface on one side not comfortable for my daughter. I was ready to pay extra also but they did not oblige. I hope customer satisfaction is imp for business ppl. I am unhappy.

Nice n cheap silver design toe rings are available here,n other items also ok .but limited collection, compared to Bangalore

I love their collection. Cool store will lovely silver jewelry collection. Especially, the finger rings and necklace sets. Not too expensive. Best store to check gifting options.

Very bad experience, I had purchased 3 pair of toe rings, after coming home saw one stone was missing, when I went n told abt it, they denied to agree it, though it was not my fault I paid again to fix the stone. Very bad experience, money minded people.....
