No customer friendly environment. They are just there to grab as much money as possible. If you don't take full package from them they will make you pay more with other ways (from personal Experience).Don't know about domestic tours but I will not be able to recommend anyone to go to these people for europe tour. PS. This people calls the customers when they write reviews and suggests they are liar instead of solving the issue. And says we are giving wrong review. All the positive reviews seems paid after getting such kind of reply from this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Skyway International during our trip to Coorg. I thought they were very professional and organised and safe. We really liked their driver whose driving skills were good, he was polite, and had a lot of knowledge of the surrounding. Plus since we were only ladies we felt safe with him. Great job! Keep it up. What an experience it was - to book Dubare Jungle Resort as well as pick and drop from Bangalore to Dubare. Full 100% marks to Skyway International Travels for their highly professional and easy dealing over what's app. The driver was very courteous and on time to pick us up from Bangalore. At Dubare, there was a boat 🚢 waiting for us. The full stay at Dubare was all inclusive of all meals, stay and jungle safari and nature walk and elephant 🐘 interactions. We made a life time memory.

As a traveler from Scotland UK I was delighted to find Skyway to help with our 13 day road tour of Karnataka. All communication was promptly and efficiently dealt with - the staff excellent. We have booked Dubai package through Skyway Tours & Travel agency. They have planned very meticulously for our transport, sightseeing, dinner and accommodation at fairly good hotel at Dubai. They were in constant touch through out our trip. Dubai is a wonderful place on earth where a desert converted city with strict rules, greenery, well maintained roads, people with politeness can be seen. We traveled by taxi at midnight paying no extra charges and reached our destiny safely. We will definitely book our future travel through Skyway agency only.

Booked the package of both stay and safari together with Safari Lodge. The overall experience was smooth and awesome. No hassles at all. They took care of everything right from checking in. No need to step down even during the registration at the safari reception office. Rooms are well maintained with 25 HR hot water. Food is good and has decent options for both vegetarians and non veg. Safari experience was hassle-free as mentioned. Though they charged around 8k per person (year end charges) for 2 safari (in Jeep) including stay (and food), I believe it is worth considering the overall decent and smooth experience.

The team also ensured by going an extra-mile in coordinating with accommodation about our special needs. They also called us up to check where we are (during transit) and also ensured that meal (lunch) was made available to us even though we reached around closing time for lunch. Called for a visa appointment , the executive told if you have started doing it please do it by yourself , the executive wasn't polite and zero customer friendly!!!

Critical: Customer service, flexibility,Knowledge and Expertise We went on a 5 days trip covering Bangalore, mysore and Coorg- Madikeri. The tour was arranged on a quick call and the service was fantastic. The price is reasonable compared to corporate giants like MMT and goibibo. Mr. Ravi Shankar has took us places in Coorg and Mysore and he is more of a guide and care taker rather than simply driving us places. Thank you Skyway for offering us such a pleasant experience.

Do NOT pay these people any money upfront. I have been waiting over 2 years for a refund of over £300 for a trip cancelled due to the first pandemic. They string you along, saying they will make arrangments to pay back, but they do not - it is just empty words - they have not even bothered to contact me to find out my bank account details to pay the money back to. They are liars and cheats in my opinion. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY UPFRONT, BECAUSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THE TRIP IS CANCELLED DUE TO NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU THE MONEY BACK - BUT THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO TELL YOU THIS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST COMPANY.
