The location is at the heart of everything in mysuru. the bus stand, railway station and palace are at walking distance from the hotel (<1km). I wouldn't say the rooms are very spacious, but for a budget hotel the room is very comfortable and neat. The rooms are best for couples or solo travelers (from the experience of the room i stayed in). The receptionist and care takers are also very friendly and well behaved as far as i know.

Stayed here with my family for one day. I had wonderful experience staying here. I think had almost everything you look for a comfortable stay. I will put down some points here 1. Cooperative staff. At reception met with Rahul and he was kind enough to understand my needs and provided the rooms accordingly. 2. Clean and spacious rooms with decent interiors. Bathrooms were quite clean and hygienic. 3. There a lot of eateries around the place. There is limited car parking space but I did not have any issue with that. Only thing which disappointed was the restaurant (The Purple) with which they have tied up. Food was not at all good. I had shared my feedback regarding restaurant with them during check out and hope their team will have a look into this. Overall you will not regret staying here.

Hotel as it says best hotel but it was not. Rooms were clean but toilet areas were not very clean. No exhaust fans available. Windows were very dirty. As per price, taken this place is shady. For sure not a family place. There was rat in room and in middle of night roaming around here and there.

The rooms were small and to our inconvenience the toilet demolished while sitting. Thankfully my friend was not severely injured but got few scratches. I feel they should maintain all this stuffs. And also the beds if you take a bounce check you can feel the hit of the ply down. So if you are looking for comfort then it is not the place. Parking it can accommodate 4 cars.

Worth for the amount. It's a budget hotel so not much space in room. Staffs are professional. Not advisable for family with kids since it's not spacious. Couple friendly. Wifi available, clean mattress, pillows & Towels. Limited parking space available. Located in heart of city, easily accessible to Palace, Zoo, Art gallery & only 30min travel to Chamundi hills.

Decent Hotel to stay.. Located close to the Bus station.. You can easily find an auto rickshaw or taxi from here... Rooms are neat and clean...but Bedsheets could have been cleaner... we opted for an Ac Deluxe room compared to the price it is not worth paying so much as the room is very small... The staff was friendly and had a smooth check-in and check-out... Overall had a comfortable stay...

First I want to mention about the staff, The staff is very cooperative and friendly , The receptionist welcomes us with a smiley face and she replies to our questions with patience. Coming to rooms, rooms are good, but the Cot is not at all comfortable, if u sleep in that cot for two days u will get back pain. Hot water is available until morning 10:30 only, In the evening we will not get hot water.

Location of the hotel is really good. Just few meters away from ksrtc bus stand. But the room no. 106 which I got was really pathetic. It had fungus and moulds on the wall joints. Also the room was not clean.

Very pathetic response to customer from all of the staff, including the owner or the manager Anand. Non cooperative and their response changes when you book from different booking sites as we get at lower prices than the hotel prices. Very bad experience though I was a repeated customer to their property.

Bad experience .We booked the top most room there.. The luxury one.. We checked in by approx 7 pm Bt the room was too small.. And AC and it's remote was not working.. We waited for hrs to get the towels and that was horrible after a long journey 😐.each time they saying like will get it in half an hour..after that they were saying like will get only after 11.30 pm. Bathroom - ok ok that's all..and ..... The people there and their service and their attitude was not at all satisfying . I felt like why I booked this room..... To be honest this is the worst hotel and hotel experience i got so far in my travel days.... I won't suggest this to anyone... Especially for fam And to Grand inn- Please be more customer friendly

Very good hotel at reasonable rate near the Palace. (One day β‚Ή1400 for three persons in a room). (They showed the generosity to inform me that I forgot to take my JBL speaker while leaving the hotel. I requested them to parcel it to my address).

Seen at least five hotels in Mysuru in various areas mostly under BUDGET HOTELS criterion. This was the BEST in cleanliness and response from reception to your requests is generally positive though little slow sometimes... If it has a smart restaurant providing select breakfast items, it would be lovely. Overall, nice experience...

In was booked room on jan 2023. Checked out There is only morning hot water service available. No drinking water facility. 3 vehicles can park Staffs are very rude and manager Shaila speaking more rules thinking they only providing rooms for rent and they are taking full room rent when check in so once amount paid not bothering anything. If one hour late also they will take next day full rent. I know hotel from last 7 years that old management has changed. Only making money. For that rent rooms not worth.

Decent place to stay, rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs are kind and well behaved. You have nearby hottels like Pievista and some other small veg restaurants as well. Market and autostand are just next to hottel.

Hotel is very clean and convenient. Had visited this place couple of days back with my wife, the rooms are very neat and clean. Many street food places and an abundance of local shops close. Staff extremely helpful.. This hotel is very near to ksrtc busstand and is also near to zoo, palace, city bus stand. So if you are planning for mysore trip this is the best place to stay and enjoy the vacation. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend this for my friends and family.

β€œThe Best” ever service we experienced. They were much helpful and service was very good. And the hotel is easily accessible as it is at heart of the city to commute to heritage places. Thanks Grand Inn Team

A very good budget hotel located in the heart of Mysore. The location is a huge bonus. It offers a no-frills experience, with no attached restaurant. The room was furnished and clean and the washroom was also fairly clean. Only issues were the leaky plumbing, lack of exhaust fan in the washroom and extremely soft and uncomfortable mattress.

Don’t expect good response/respect from the hotel staff, don’t expect any towel or any thing other than 5rs small soap. Don’t expect hot water in the early morning, you will have to park your car 0.5km away from the hotel middle of the road. Pathetic service don’t go not worth for the price.
