Room
was
good
and
comfortable.
The
buffet
breakfast
was
also
good.
I
found
the
place
wanting
in
terms
of
hospitality
and
service.
The
front
desk
staff
were
stren
faced
and
i
found
them
very
cold
in
their
behaviour.
I
had
booked
the
room
for
3
nights.
But,
everyday
at
11am
they
used
to
deactivate
my
key.
I
had
to
go
to
the
front
desk
to
get
it
reactivated.
I
found
this
very
strange.
I
told
the
staff
very
calmly
in
the
first
instance
that
I
need
my
key
activated
until
my
last
day
of
stay.
But,
the
didn't
need
at
all.
Again
the
same
problem
happened
on
day
2.
When
I
went
they
had
a
customary
apology.
When
I
gave
my
car
for
valet
parking
they
had
parked
it
in
the
open.
There
was
some
maintenance
work
in
progress
and
my
car
was
covered
with
a
layer
of
dust.
The
staff
didn't
even
offer
a
customary
apology
for
this.
For
the
kind
of
money
we
pay
and
the
poor
service
we
receive,
i
would
prefer
other
places
which
offer
value
for
money.
Very
disappointed
and
aghast
with
the
service
that
Fortune
group
is
offering
to
its
customers.
