The rooms are spacious and clean. The rate is low and we liked the service. One thing worth mentioning is the bathroom. Customers can use the bathroom with good cleanliness. They clean it so well. Parking is fine, it's great to get such good rooms in mysore, Stayed there for the night on the way to Bangalore. It was good for us to have a tea shop right next door if we came out fresh in the morning.

Its my 3rd visit to this hotel, i have experienced same kind of good service and hospitality. The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained, also the food at all restaurants on the property are pretty decent and tasty. Need not have second thoughts while booking this hotel. I would certainly recommend to others . One suggestion to Management, while checking out, room boys or valet drivers over indulge in helping us out in getting into vehicle and in return we are forced to tip them which sometimes become irritable to us. See these things can be taken care of.

Check-in was fine. Ample parking. Room was clean with fresh supplies. I had requested a quiet room as I was really tired and sleepy after a long drive. I was given room 301. Initially, it was decent and quiet. Just as I finished a quick lunch and set myself to sleep. Non stop noises started from the next room / whatever it was. I could literally hear people talking and things hitting the wall, being dropped etc. Just when I thought it subsided and I was just slowly drifting to sleep, someone started drilling in full swing with hammering as well. It continued for about 1.5 hours that I just literally got up, packed my bag and checked out of the hotel. I was too tired to even complain. I saw a similar complaint in the comments section about the same room, too. But I did find the Staff to be courteous and helpful. Food was okay. Room was clean and all. But if anyone plans to take a room at this place, do not accept room 301. There will be a usual comment below from the management or whatever. Pointless.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Booked a room with king size bed and they gave a room which has a bed where not even 2 people can sleep comfortably. On complaining, the reception says to give a negative review, we don’t care. Charging 10k for 1 night. Dreadful. Even 4 start hotels are cheaper. Bathroom was so small that when you enter, either step onto commode or go to bath. Disgusting. I feel cheated. Think multiple times before visiting this hotel. Behaviour was below average. They don’t care about your feedback. Even oyo rooms are much better than this.

Stayed here last week.. location of this hotel is just opposite to mysore bus stand, so connectivity is good. Rooms are bigger and clean. Breakfast served is good in taste. Overall liked the stay and would like to stay here again next time.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was comfortable and well appointed. The staff was courteous and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and we were served generously. The pool is bigger than it seems in the picture.

Break fast is very nice and good spread The restaurants on the M floor is amazing both on the ambience ans on taste. Not expensive also. Best place for couple and kids ro stay. The stay at the hotel was very pleasant with very courteous and friendly staff. The manager was kind enough to allow us an upgraded room from what we had booked. There was a visitors area with table and chair and a sofa, a cozy bedroom and bath was fitted with a bathtub. The pool on the rooftop was so nice and my family along with the kid enjoyed swimming there. The delicious breakfast arranged at the Andra ruchulu restaurant was a treat to our taste buds. Talking about location it was very comfortably placed at the heart of the city with all major tourist attractions like the Mysore palace, zoo, aquarium and snow city all located at walkable distances. The parking yard was really big which can easily accommodate around 30 vehicles at a time.

We (family of 3) stayed for 3 nights & had booked Luxury double room. Was a very pleasant and happy experience. The room including the bathroom was impeccably clean, spacious & comfortable with soothing interiors. In house restaurants (Gufha particularly)were excellent. Buffet had a very palatable spread. Roof top pool was clean with a peaceful ambience. Staff were very courteous and polite. Location of this hotel is best in Mysore with nearest proximity to the main attraction- Mysore palace. Overall superb stay and loved every bit of it.

Excellent hotel with all amenities, great food choices and quality, kids friendly. The staff were quick and provided exemplary service. One of the best stay experience we had here for 5 days, played a major role in pampering our Mysore trip.

We had a pleasant stay, staffs were helpful and courteous. Good Parking space but not covered. The rooms are spacious but it had an old odour to it. AC was noisy. Food was okay. Overall we had a positive experience

Lovely place to stay in Mysore... Very clean rooms and they have multiple restaurant on the top to try different cusine... Staff where really sweet. I went during Christmas and they sweet to tell us places to visit near by and avoid due to crowd .

I recently stayed at Pai Vista Mysore my experience with the room was quite pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the attention to detail, including the thoughtful placement of charging outlets, ample lighting options, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was also well-designed with modern fixtures and a spacious shower with bath tub. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests I had during my stay. We were put up in the third floor inside wing. There was too much noise at night (clattering noise from plates, chair being moved around) from the restaurant upstairs after closing time. Other than this, it is a very good hotel.

1st January 2022 we have visited with family it’s really well maintained hotel. Food quality so awesome we enjoyed lots.

Excellent Place to stay, feels homely in the midst of Mysore city, Service is Excellent, Front Desk Manager Mr. Ashok in coordinating with guest and the counter Staff's well mannered. Their complementary Breakfast is outstanding and tasty feels like to stay more days. Actually their rooms are at the mark of 5 star standard, but it is 3 star hotel. Have seen many hotels but Hotel Pai Vista is number one.

Great place to stay in the heart of the City! Both Gufa and Jungle theme restaurants served a wide variety of cusine ! Fantastic service and good food! Special mention to Mulbagal dosa, Sabbaki idly and Badam halwa which were my absolute favorites. Given the travel time has significantly reduced between Bangalore and Mysore this is a good place for morning breakfast and carry on for onward journey!

A great place to stay in the heart of Mysore. Very near the palace and shopping centers. Rooms were clean and house keeping was very prompt. Restaurants are very good, food is tasty, can be improved . Their dosas are out of the world . Their restaurant staff are very cordial and very good service . A special mention to Rachita Deb and her smiling service . Was very impressed with the hotel. Thanks to the helpful general manger. Would recommend this hotel .

This place is well connected and is at a strategic location in Mysore. Bus stand is right across the road. Palace, guru sweets, couple of old churches, other restaurants and even the mylari dosa places are all at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. They were well maintained and i didn't face any issue. The staff was helpful and cooperative. There is gudha restaurant in the premises. Haven't been there, might be good.

Good Hotel for transit. Appreciate the fast check-in & out. Car parking is good, a bit of shade would have been nice. Food was a major let down! Eventually I had a stomach problem on the 3rd day. Bathroom was clean but lacked toiletries. Location is central of the city, close to most of the places. Could be a negative point too, if you are on vacation and not work transit. Outside is dirty, noisy, thankfully none of those could affect the experience inside the room. The staff, all of them, are courteous, efficient and friendly. The reason for lowering the stars are: not so good food; outside is dirty, noisy - market location; restaurant (non-veg) was not good, service suffered due to huge rush. Better to get food in the room but not breakfast. A couple of days stay at most, should be okay. Pool was like a public bath but clean and the entrance was through the restaurant at the roof top. No privacy, so forget about using it. My kid used it a couple of times.

Looks like a decent hotel from outside. Agree with the cleanliness being good and all that. But our room in 3rd floor was so noisy from the kitchen and restraunt in the 4th floor. Not only difficult to rest or relax at the night but also during the day. It has been a torture staying here and the management should have known better. The rumbling and pounding and dragging goes on from 6 AM till midnight.

Very good experience, great service and staff. The rooftop pool is very refreshing and the gym has all of the basic equipment you would find in any other gym. The only reason I’m not giving the hotel 5 stars is because of the WiFi being very bad. The only way to get good reception is by sitting right next to the door to the hallway. Other then that a great hotel!

The Hotel Pai Vista is an awesome one, clean and spacious rooms, everything is at walkable distance, the food here is Super se bhi upar, be it Andhra Ruchulu, The Guffa or the Mulbagal dosa center.Their Hospitality is amazing and all the staff are well trained and good. Definitely recommended to stay there while in Mysuru.

The hotel is centrally located with access to all tourist spots in Mysore. The rooms are well maintained and clean. We had our meals at the hotel, and the food was great. The restaurants have a good ambience. Overall a good stay, would definitely recommend. Only one suggestion: Please change the checkout time on booking.com website to 12 noon. It mentions 1 pm and we were told it is 12 noon at the Hotel. I was told that they will be able to give 1 hour grace time subject to availability, but check out is at 12 noon. I also understand that due to the peak season, providing grace time may be difficult. So suggest the check time on the website be changed so that the confusion is avoided.

Our usual hotel where we plan to stay when we are at Mysore, stay at this hotel is as always pleasant and staff are very courteous and friendly, always going that extra mile to serve the guest and help them with their request/needs. Much recommended place to stay in mysore without a doubt. Recommendation to hotel would be improve breakfast options/quality of certain dishes served in breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, staff were very courteous. The buffet served is one the best i have experienced ever. There is valet parking and adequate parking space. Taste is subjective - i felt the andhra meal wasn't authentic. Could be improved. However opinions vary on this! Very close to bus stand. Entering and exiting the hotel premises was a challenge. Most often we had to beg, plead the rogue auto drivers who block the road parking their auto. Wish the hotel authorities could do something on this. Nevertheless, nothing should take away the 5star rating the hotel and their staff truly deserve!

Visited this hotel after 9 years and happy to see they have maintained the quality along with great service! Even the restaurants are too good with delicious authentic tasting food whether it's South Indian or North Indian. 5 star rated and greatly recommend.

Staff were courteous. Bathroom shower was nice and there were two bathroom in my room which was helpful in getting ready fast. However minor improvement can be done in fixing wall clock in room, also safe locker in room was not working. Overall good experience at good location

We organized my daughter's first birthday celebration at Sammilan hall, hotel Pai Vista and I must say I had phenomenal experience with their services.. Starting from initial enquiry and until final settlement everything was smooth and transparent. Mr.Ashok, senior manager, explained us everything very clearly related to our event. The entire staff here starting from vallet parking person to senior managers are all very professional and has excellent code of conduct to delight customers. Coming to food, its their trademark to delight guests with excellent taste. Many of our guests made a special mention about the taste of the food they served in the event. There is ample parking space behind the hotel, it is located at the heart of the city. Very convenient for tourists to stay here and visit all places. Rooms are very well maintained and hygiene. The ambience of the entire property is excellent. Highly recommended hotel. Thanks to entire staff of the hotel who were involved in making our birthday event smooth and pleasant. Very good service. They respond quickly, the house keeping and food from the restaurant serves to your room on request is quite quick. It's better because both the restaurants in the building are always crowded! Spread of breakfast is good. Rooms are good , hotel is good which is why 4 stars but the Ayurveda massage in the hotel is extremely horrible . Went for a full body worth 2000 n stopped it in first 5 minutes only as the woman knows nothing but to simply apply tons of oil n put no pressure at all wasting time as much as possible . When told to put medium pressure she started to rush the whole massage n said to put pressure she needs to do it fast I was so angry n disgusted that I stopped her in first 5 minutes only . On telling her to put more pressure she climbed on me with her body weight. Clearly the woman knows nothing about any massage simply hired by hotel to waste their guest money . The woman has no experience nor the interest to give service I'm glad I just stopped the service as it would not only put my money in gutter but also had damaged my body. The idea of relaxing massage is far from what they have to offer . The ladies massage is pathetic . Otherwise the hotel is thumbs up .
