Amazing stay, excellent staff, food and ambience. We stayed in deluxe with king bed and room is big and beautiful. 1 star knocked off due to poor management during Breakfast and lunch. Literally we had to wait along with our small baby before we get a seat. That could have been well planned. Apart from that rest everything is perfect. Thank you so much and we will visit again. Sharing some amazing pictures taken during the stay.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff at hotel is also very well trained, humble and attentive. We were with a 2 year baby and restaurant staff was very helpful as they asked us if we need something specifically for baby . The location is also perfect as everything was in 5-10 minutes drive distance. Coming to food,we had both lunch and breakfast at hotel. Breakfast buffet was a lot better as compared to lunch buffet. Lunch buffet had too less options for vegetarians and was not upto our expectations and thus we decided to try out dinner somewhere else,which was actually a lot better and the best meal we had in our trip. Would surely recommend hotel to revamp their lunch buffet. Another thing was related to housekeeping. There was constant noise in corridor from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and we were not able to relax properly as the noise kept us bothering us .

The indoor is the same as any similar hotel. I felt a fungal smell all through the room most likely due to the heavy curtains and the fact the room is not ventilated even when it's empty. Other than that, the room is very spacious for 3 people. The washroom is clean. The wardrobe space is clean but needs to be ventilated again.

Loved the hotel, the rooms were awesome, amazing view of palace from the room. Cleanliness is top notch, bathrooms are amazing. Staff is polite n friendly. Breakfast spread is good. It was nice to chill in this wonderful hotel in our favorite city. Made our Mysore memories even more special. Will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to Mysore.

A very nice hotel and located quite well. Not only is it close to the key tourist spots but also is in a quiet, green, clean, and serene part of Mysore. The service is indeed very good, cheerful team and the food too was nice. Will surely stay here the next time we visit Mysore.

I had visited Radisson blu Spring for Veg dinner buffet. Honestly speaking, there was no much options for vegetarians. Limited starters with average tasting food. The roti/naan will be prepared the time you order, and that too it was rough. I had taken my mother for a party, but she was disappointed by the overall experience. The service was also not so appreciable. Had taken her for a party, but she ended up eating only dal chawal in a luxury restaurant. I myself was surprised by this experience, because i had visited earlier with my colleagues for a office party, the food was awesome at time time, but this time it was really bad. So I doubt that the food preparation will differ for different occasions.. not sure.

The stay was good, the rooms were well maintained, however the food served in the buffet was cold. The staff too needs to be aware of table etiquette’s, as they start clearing the plates even if the person eating hasn’t finished. I was expecting a more quality focused food experience from this stay but I would say it was above average.

Went for the dinner buffet. It is an affordable 5 star buffet, with limited options but enough to be filling. The staff is very warm and hospitable. Food wqs good except the desserts. The restaurant design is an open one and looks more like a cafe, although the outdoor one is nice with good ambience, but summer heat might kill the mood.

Very convenient location. Nice rooms and service. The complimentary breakfast was good having wide range of varieties. Pool was good and maintained well. The room view (mountain view) was really good. Calm, relaxing ambience. Value for money.

The Spring restaurant in the hotel is quite nice. The buffet option has a wide variety of selection from various cuisines. You can even order your choice of pizza to be freshly baked as part of buffet. Overall the taste and presentation was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this. They also have an outdoor seating next to pool which is a great setting for romantic dinners.

Had gone for a weekend getaway to Mysore ( October 2 - October 3) and decided to stay at this property. Had a wonderful stay and the hospitality extended was noteworthy. The food was lip-smacking & there was a great variety of dishes served during dinner time. The breakfast spread was well laid at the restaurant. The property is very well-maintained & had its own grandeur. Would love to go back again ....

My first staycation since the pandemic and it was perfect. The rooms, food, ambience, pool/ spa everything was just what I wanted. We got a room upgrade too which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the concierge were super friendly and accomodating. The buffet had a nice spread. The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions. All in all the whole experience was very nice. Looking forward to my next visit.

Went to have dinner it is quite extravagant we had buffet there were a lot many options but basic stuff. The taste is quite plain and simple which is why we choose to come here the food is not spicy. They had everything pizza, pasta, dessert,soup which I liked a lot. But obviously the price was on the higher end if you take buffet and eat a lot it'll be worth it but it's mostly Italian so how much can you eat really is upto you

Stayed at Radisson Mysore for two days in Jan last week and it was really good. Rooms are luxurious and have a good view. It's very close to Mysore palace and zoo. We didn't like the food at the restaurant but we liked how everyone from staff understood our concerns

TATVA SPA. Therapists are well trained. 5 stars. However the lady spa manager requires basic training in supervising and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the spa. Negative stars. Treatment room floors are sticky, robes are drenched in oil and reused multiple times. Towels too sometimes are stinky perhaps reused. We are repeat customers and multiple feedback on sticky floors and drenched robes have been given and see no improvement over months. Hair Dryer in one room was in the original packaging box tucked away in wardrobe. I had to find it and open it to use. In another room it was missing. Managers response is its given only on request. My feedback is how is wet showered customer going to come out of room and walk to reception in towel requesting hair dryer! Her response was refusal to take feedback and walking away!!! Spa manager is combative and need to learn customer engagement and relationship management. And basic spa management skills. Therapists offer good treatment and need to be acknowledged.

Very good rooms. We gad 2 inter connecting rooms. The buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is quite ok. Variety is good enough but my only issue is that everything is so crazily spicy. There's hardly any flavor in anything because everything is way too spicy. If they tone down the spice level then maybe we could taste the flavor of the food. A small swimming pool. A well stocked gym and ample parking. I would visit again surely.

They don't even care about the customers. Worst service ever. Claims to be 5 star but no concern for the people. Denied check-in at midnight so calmly and doesn't even bother to refund the amount. They make their own rules. A strict no no if you want a good hotel to stay.

I was staying here as a part of a conference organised in Mysore. Absolutely loved the place. The Hotel is located close to the Zoo and Palace. Good variety during morning breakfast.

Nice , comfy, large rooms. Excellent location and nearby to many tourist attractions,. Staffs and service were good. All amenities like swiming pool, jagguci, Sauna were available, neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was average, lunch and dinner was good. Nothing much happening in the myst bar, only 4 of us were there on Sunday night and was missing the bar vibe. Good for stay with kids. Overall great experience and will stay again when i m back in mysuru .

Nice & clean place for a relaxing weekend. Restaurants serve all popular menus and have a climate controlled pool with gym, sauna etc which comes clubbed with your stay. The hill facing rooms are a bit on a higher side 15# but worth spending if its your first time.

We stayed for a couple of days. We had a kid and it was very safe and convenient to all locations. The food quality is good, rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful. Will surely visit again.

We stayed at Radisson Blu during a family trip. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a very well maintained hotel. Mon at the front desk upgraded one of the rooms, and we enjoyed the beautiful Chamnundi Hills view. The breakfast buffet was yummy. In room dining services were great. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable. Large soaking tub and shower in the bath. If you want to get pampered, then stay at this hotel.

Well maintained and welcoming ambiance. Dining hall and banquet halls are very spacious and thoughtfully build. Staff is courteous and friendly. I had a chance to attend a marriage with veg menu and it was simply superb. Food tasted very well and served in quality containers. One of the worst experience I've ever had. This is one of the worst hotels to stay if you have slightest of the expectations in terms of service. They call themselves 5 star, while their services are no more than a 2 star. My husband and I checked in on 15th of November and stayed till 17th of November 2023 for our first anniversary. Anything and everything went wrong during our stay there and they totally ruined our experience. We had booked the pool view business class room. Starring from check-in on 15th Nov, Around 1 pm we checked into our room, and around 2pm we reported the tv wasn't working. Hotel recommended a room change. After following up with 3-4 different people 5-6 times, our room was changed around 5 pm. First 3 hours of check-in wasted in arguing and following up! Secondly, we went to lounge around 6.30 pm, they bring us cold starters which were cooked at 5 pm. We requested a fresh batch, the staff re-heated it and brought. We again had arguments with 4-5 different people. At the same time, we called in for their menu and double checked if what's mentioned in their menu is available. On confirming, we chose a preferred beverage, upon which the staff informs us of its unavailability. Now they brought us another wine in cheap bar glasses (not wine glasses). Not expected from a '5star'. To makeup for it, they changed the starter and offered us a complimentary beverage dinner. We weren't hungry that day, we asked if we can move this dinner to next day i.e. 16th Nov, they agreed, to which they denied the next day when we reached. In short, our first day was totally ruined. Now comes the second morning, we thought we would let the first experience go and start our day afresh! My husband goes to steam after swimming, only to find out that the steam wasn't working. Staff mentioned about some issue with the steam. We had let it go also but we're disappointed. Had an average breakfast and had gone out for the day. We come back late evening and called up the manager who had offered for dinner the previous day, he denied of any such complimentary offer being made. We literally laughed it off, and had an amazing dinner at a dhaba nearby. Now comes our third day i.e. day when we had to check out.. We go for the breakfast, nd found out this '5 star' has replicated the menu of the previous day. Served a cold paratha twice, cold coffee was hot, and there were no glasses at the buffet counter for half an hour. Hot coffee was cold, again no cups were there to pour the beverage in! Had requested staff twice and then gave up. Now hungry and tired, we order an omlette.. to find a strand of hair in it!! That was the end when we lost our cool. We left from this place hungry. To compensate, they didn't charge us for lunch (pennies). But they can never make up for the experience they have given us and ruined our anniversary experience so gracefully!

Really it was a good experience, the staffs were very friendly and maintained proper etiquette, food taste is in a different levels, the food quality provided by them was fantastic. Rooms are really spacious, had a comfortable stay with family, dear guys it will give you a wonderful experience kindly visit it.......

Overall, a great hotel with excellent ambiance, decor and facilities. Everything was well maintained and world class. The rooms had a little bit of a musty smell whenever the AC is turned off. The service at the Spring restaurant was not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The wait staff seemed untrained and did not know how to handle a restaurant that was only half full. We had to ask them multiple times about our orders which they kept forgetting. On the other hand, the service and food at the Mysouth was very good.

Did a pit stop here to have some tea and snacks. Place is kept very clean, it's spacious with a grand lobby entrance, having a restaurant alongside the lobby and then facing the pool. Tea was good and also the fish fingers. Presentation was also decent. Staff though can do a much better job at being more courteous and smiling more. Didn't see the rooms but overall seems like a nice place to stay at.

Rooms are big and clean. Affordable during pandemic time. Dinner was not great, but breakfast was good.

well one word,pathetic! 2 times experience we had....dirty rooms...specially washrooms,dust and stains everywhere,extra slow service.First time when we went for our baby birthday they did even have a piece of cake....forget about any special arrangement they could do... As far as spa is concerned....u cannot take the services u want....making sillly excuses all the time....only saviour was the kitchen staff....they were good.

I would definitely recommend anyone this place for staying in Mysore. It is fabulously designed and maintained. We had stayed in the superior room which was well sized with a walk in closet space, bathtub, workspace with a table and chair, a seating area with a couch, chair and table and a queen sized bed. All the basic necessities are provided. The buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing with much variety. The staff is courteous

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area near to the Mall of Mysore.It has a beautiful vintage architecture, being situated near the foothill gives you an eye-soothing and ecstatic scenic experience. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. I especially relished the complimentary breakfast served with ample dishes starting from Indian to continental. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location. The hill view from the room is great. Very thoughtfully done rooms with all amenities needed. Good customer service. Slightly pricey compared to equivalent options but probably the best hotel in Mysore.

Stayed there overnight, great place with good facilities, lovely service and a well planned rest area for the drivers... Was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.. Would recommend it for people with disabilities also.. Only thing missing was options in vegan dining !!

Nice place to have lunch or dinner. Ambiance is really nice. Food is good. We were sceptical to go buffet but the quality and taste was really nice. Price was also reasonable. I will definitely go there if I am in Mysore again.

Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM. This is a bad policy. If anyone is starting early from Bangalore and reaching hotel at 11 AM then they need to wait for 2-3 hours. Also, hotel asks for Rs 2000 security deposit even if you have done booking from travel websites in advance by making full payment. Hotel is otherwise very good.

Loved it! We were travelling from somewhere and we thought we can take a break for lunch but we were late we couldnt find lunch at 4 o clock.. but Radisson blue was saviour.. and the food was really very nice!! The place was hygienic and covid precautions were strictly maintained!!

This is a 4-star, big hotel. The decor is really nice. Rooms are quite spacious and well done. The location is quite good with all the attractions of Mysore close by. There is a good restaurant with buffet and a-la carte options. Only glitch was the slow service. Otherwise no complaints. Will definitely stay again when in Mysore.

The place is very good. The staff friendly as they need to be in a star hotel. The restaurant buffet could be better. There food was cold though on heaters and the staff were not aware if the dishes were dairy free or not.Language seems to be a major barrier with the restaurant staff, works if a person is multilingual.

This is a very neat and clean hotel and it is strategically located in Mysore. It has a mall attached where you can go for movies and can eat food and do shopping too. The rooms are pretty clean and are of decent size with bed placement and a good table for work. Everything in the room is elegantly placed like 1. A Queen-size bed, 2. TV panel, 3. Work table with power connection, 4. TV facing Sofa, 5. Closed enclosure for Bag and Hangers. 6. Safety locker, 7. Tea coffee sachets for refreshment with Mugs, wine glasses. 8. A small refrigerator, 9. Iron and Iron-table for ironing clothes. The bathroom is spacious enough and also has a bathtub if you like to use. Breakfast has a full menu with almost everything that one can eat in the morning. The only thing that the Hotel needs to work on in my opinion is the room service, I had to request them thrice before they could honour the request. PS: The hotel also has a charging station for EV vehicles which in my opinion would be a good thing to have for a hotel.

Had been there recently for a buffet dinner. Food isn't that great. Had just 2 starters ( fish n chicken ). And main course was not that great. Felt that i paid for the ambience and service. Which is quite amazing. These star category resturants should concentrate more on the flavours rather than the service n ambience. In my opinion food tempts us to go back to the restaurant not the service or a ambience. Service was good. Staffs were very friendly as well.

They taken good safety measures compared to other hotels, Rooms are really nice and balcony view is cool. Price is good compared to the facilities offered. Food is on costlier side. Overall nice experience, better to book through online sites rather than book at hotel, if u want to save money.

Very good hotel situated close to mysore zoo. Good spacious rooms but needs maintenance . Service is very slow though. Food options for breakfast are decent enough. Decently priced. Recommended for friends, family and couples.

Stayed here for 2 days. Hospitality is top notch. Upgraded me from superior room to suite since there was an AC issue (becoming bit too cold). Also provided with a heater free of charge. Best hotel in Mysore. Dinner buffet was not so good and fish had sharp kaanta. Would recommend not tp use such fish for main course. Best thing is view is amazing especially the hill view. Also amazing bath tub even in superior rooms made it an amazing stay as my baby really loved it.

Well located and good ambience. Vegetarian buffet lunch spread was good but south Indian dishes were just average in taste. Service with response and reaction time of the staff not being quite up to the mark. Will definitely keep visiting anyway as the experience was quite pleasant and satisfying.

Everything is Perfect - Location, Room, Service, Facilities and Food. In Mysore, probably the best hotel to stay in. Very close to Mysore Zoo and Mysore Palace. Spacious, calm and neat. Complimentary access to Steam Bath, Sauna and Jacuzzi. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Definitely will stay again when in Mysore.
