One
of
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had.
This
is
one
of
the
worst
hotels
to
stay
if
you
have
slightest
of
the
expectations
in
terms
of
service.
They
call
themselves
5
star,
while
their
services
are
no
more
than
a
2
star.
My
husband
and
I
checked
in
on
15th
of
November
and
stayed
till
17th
of
November
2023
for
our
first
anniversary.
Anything
and
everything
went
wrong
during
our
stay
there
and
they
totally
ruined
our
experience.
We
had
booked
the
pool
view
business
class
room.
Starring
from
check-in
on
15th
Nov,
Around
1
pm
we
checked
into
our
room,
and
around
2pm
we
reported
the
tv
wasn't
working.
Hotel
recommended
a
room
change.
After
following
up
with
3-4
different
people
5-6
times,
our
room
was
changed
around
5
pm.
First
3
hours
of
check-in
wasted
in
arguing
and
following
up!
Secondly,
we
went
to
lounge
around
6.30
pm,
they
bring
us
cold
starters
which
were
cooked
at
5
pm.
We
requested
a
fresh
batch,
the
staff
re-heated
it
and
brought.
We
again
had
arguments
with
4-5
different
people.
At
the
same
time,
we
called
in
for
their
menu
and
double
checked
if
what's
mentioned
in
their
menu
is
available.
On
confirming,
we
chose
a
preferred
beverage,
upon
which
the
staff
informs
us
of
its
unavailability.
Now
they
brought
us
another
wine
in
cheap
bar
glasses
(not
wine
glasses).
Not
expected
from
a
'5star'.
To
makeup
for
it,
they
changed
the
starter
and
offered
us
a
complimentary
beverage
dinner.
We
weren't
hungry
that
day,
we
asked
if
we
can
move
this
dinner
to
next
day
i.e.
16th
Nov,
they
agreed,
to
which
they
denied
the
next
day
when
we
reached.
In
short,
our
first
day
was
totally
ruined.
Now
comes
the
second
morning,
we
thought
we
would
let
the
first
experience
go
and
start
our
day
afresh!
My
husband
goes
to
steam
after
swimming,
only
to
find
out
that
the
steam
wasn't
working.
Staff
mentioned
about
some
issue
with
the
steam.
We
had
let
it
go
also
but
we're
disappointed.
Had
an
average
breakfast
and
had
gone
out
for
the
day.
We
come
back
late
evening
and
called
up
the
manager
who
had
offered
for
dinner
the
previous
day,
he
denied
of
any
such
complimentary
offer
being
made.
We
literally
laughed
it
off,
and
had
an
amazing
dinner
at
a
dhaba
nearby.
Now
comes
our
third
day
i.e.
day
when
we
had
to
check
out..
We
go
for
the
breakfast,
nd
found
out
this
'5
star'
has
replicated
the
menu
of
the
previous
day.
Served
a
cold
paratha
twice,
cold
coffee
was
hot,
and
there
were
no
glasses
at
the
buffet
counter
for
half
an
hour.
Hot
coffee
was
cold,
again
no
cups
were
there
to
pour
the
beverage
in!
Had
requested
staff
twice
and
then
gave
up.
Now
hungry
and
tired,
we
order
an
omlette..
to
find
a
strand
of
hair
in
it!!
That
was
the
end
when
we
lost
our
cool.
We
left
from
this
place
hungry.
To
compensate,
they
didn't
charge
us
for
lunch
(pennies).
But
they
can
never
make
up
for
the
experience
they
have
given
us
and
ruined
our
anniversary
experience
so
gracefully!
