The garden dining area is very pleasant. They have a large screen where you can enjoy watching cricket matches. Ruchi Veg Restaurant is right next to Ruchi the Prince, and they are located adjacent to each other in the same place. Few dishes which we tried : 1. The veg Manchow soup was both sour and spicy, making it quite enjoyable. 2. The veg platter : had tandoori and haryali paneer tikka, baby corn, cauliflower, hara bhara kebab, aloo, mushroom, and cutlet-style pieces. This platter was servable for 3 plates. However, the taste was just average. The soda levels were a bit high, and the spice or taste powders had a peculiar taste that I personally didn't like. 3. The veg biryani was spicy, and the toppings were quite good. 4. The paneer fried rice had plenty of paneer and other toppings, making it a tasty choice. As for the ambiance, the lighting was somewhat dim. The candlelight provided wasn't sufficient to properly illuminate the area. Also, the pools and fountains were dry. Overall, Ruchi the prince is a nice option if you're looking for a candlelit family dinner in a garden setting. I personally do not recommend this restaurant for vegetarians as the spiced food tasted differently, and soda or taste powder was overly added to every item. Not a healthy choice ... My family with two children stayed in two rooms in the Ruchi for two nights. We were nicely welcomed by the personnel. We did some nice site seeing in the surroundings. At the end of the stay we forgot important documents and cash in the safe. We already left to Coimbatore. The hotel informed our driver before we even missed anything and arranged an urgent expedition, so that we could receive everything before our departure. Thanks to this, the staff did not only gave us a good image of the hotel, but also of India in general. We would like to thank the whole staff for being so transparent, helpful and reactive!

I visited the restaurant belonging to this hotel recently, and it was a great experience. The food was tasty, the ambience was superb. Even though we were late to enter here, the staff managed us to serve. They have parking space inside and a great location easily accessible from the main road.

Upon stepping into the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the fantastic ambiance. The location was delightful, and the rooms surpassed our expectations with their generous size and proximity. While our overall experience was highly positive, we felt inclined to withhold a perfect five-star rating due to one aspect: breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were rather basic and failed to impress us visually. It would be beneficial if the restaurant could incorporate a wider variety of continental choices to enhance the breakfast experience.

An excellent hotel in an opulent setting and well maintained. The food was as it should be in terms of presentation and taste. The prices are reasonably affordable in comparison to similar hotels having star rating. The bearers were friendly and very attentive. You have a choice of Indian, Continental and Chinese Cuisines. Bar attached with a very few choice of popular drinks, all served in increments of 30ml.

The only good part of this hotel are the rooms The restaurant staff and reception staff are extremely rude and don’t even bother about customers once they pay room money on checkin The restaurant is not worth 4 star standards and doesn’t even serve food as good as roadside dhabas If you are an unmarried couple or bachelor expect different treatment at the hotel compared to families staying there They completely made me upset and any complaints to the manager or receptionist are falling on deaf ears This place is not worth the price tag and I suggest no one should visit here

Air condition did not work. I complained 3 times and they said they had attended and finally had to sleep with fans only. Room was always hot. Breakfast was good, but the waiters can improve curtesy. The guy in the reception was very kind and good. Parking was good, but very tight. Location was good if you pass by mysore, otherwise it is far from city centre. But still you have plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

We have stayed here in August 2022. - Clean & neat rooms - Buffet breakfast is good. You will see a decent spread - Parking is available - Little away from the city. If you don't have a personal vehicle, it could be a problem for commute. - If you get room adjacent to the staff rooms/lobby, you will hear a lot of noise / disturbance at night.

Stayed here during our family vacation. Excellent and pleasant overall service (stay, food, accessibility, pleasantness of staff, pool) at an affordable price for a family of 4. Would surely consider staying here again should we do a trip to Mysore again!

We had an event in the hotel for 2 days. Extremely happy about the service rendered by hotel staff. Rooms were hygienic and were provided early than the check-in time. Food was delicious and was served hot. Many thanks to hotel GM Mr. Nicholas Harry and entire managing team for the support.

Very good place to stay. Restaurant is decent and has good varieties in the breakfast and dinner. Hospitality was excellent and kudos to all the staff working there. They take extra care to meet the expectations of customers. Keep up the same and looking forward to stay in the place again!

Room is good, that provided regular items like any other hotel suppose to provide like toothbrush, toothpaste, towel for 2 people and hot water available, room service also good. Everything at your service with a call including food. But they arranged some snacks and soft drinks in the room and those are chargeble almost double the price compared to outside. So better to avoid. They don't provide any snacks as a complimentary. Food is bit costly. It has swimming pool as well but did not get time to swim. Apart from that i Stayed for a night and overall stay was good.

If you are looking for rooms with a nice view this ain't the place. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast spread is very nice. Opt for rooms on higher floors. They also own a restaurant right beside the hotel. Food is good. Staff is quick and helpful. Way to pool is through lobby now that's not the right passage for pool. A bit far from main city. But very nice stay for 1 night

Really pathetic experience of this hotel.at lunch time we ordered a veg soup (we are vegetarian) but they delivered non- veg soup no management. All services are really slow. At the end when you leave some members are beg for the tip. What they provide the room the main door lock was not working properly we waited 1 hours outside coz door is locked and not opening with key.(they told us this lock is not working properly thn why they give that room to the customers)star is also not worth as per there services.

One of the best hotel in Mysore As a seasoned business traveller, I rarely review hotels as there should be an expectation of good accommodation, service and food. However in this instance I have to wax lyrical about this Hotel. Started with friendliest welcome Front Desk Next were the superb rooms and facilities, then the great food (we only had breakfast but it was five star). Topping it all of was the really efficient and really friendly service from everyone; . Everyone went out of their way to help and assist in the happiest of manners. I recently dined at this restaurant with family and relatives, and I must say, it was far from a pleasant experience. The place was clearly under-staffed, which significantly affected the service quality. When it comes to value for money, it sadly falls short. The food, overwhelmingly spicy, left much to be desired. We felt like running away from this place. We even decided to have our dessert elsewhere to salvage the evening. Overall, it was, unfortunately, one of my worst dining experiences. 😕🌶️💸👎

We had visited for lunch in non veg restaurant Only one waiter , for-8 -9 tables , it was very frustrating for us , that we had ask everytime for water , clearing out plates..etc Food - we had ordered two types of mutton biryani, we recieved similar biryani , wats the point of putting it in the menu. For different options of dessert we had to come to veg restaurant.

Been there for a week. The staffs, location of hotel, food quality, services, rooms... Everything was awesome 👍 I appreciate the way they treat their guests. I recommend this for good hospitality. You can enjoy pool, spa and party hall also. Complimentary breakfast is nice, lots of options are there. Good for solo and family visits also.

We hosted an event in this hotel, the staff is extremely accommodating and cooperative. They made sure we had a good time. Spacious rooms , good food and great ambience. All rooms had a balcony which is a rare feature these days. The coffee shop, bar, the swimming pool, gym and the restaurant are all really nice. There is pretty decent souvenir shop too which lets you carry Mysore along with you.

Rooms are just okay, doesn't give you a feel like 4 star hotel as they claim it to be. Washroom is so basic. Doesn't have sofa in the room. Overall it's just a average room, not so good. And breakfast was just average. I will strongly recommend quorum than this at the same price.

Nice place to stay , within city limits and all locations are nearby if you have your own vehicle. Even public transport is available.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at Hotel Le Ruchi. The staff is very welcoming, polite and co-operative. The rooms are very spacious with a balcony. Excellent cleanliness. Had a good breakfast spread as well, with many options. Delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel!

For the price I paid, every penny worth it. Best part was staff was very courteous, food was great, rooms were spacious, beds and blanket very comfortable. Only little minus was that chair and sofa covers were little dirty and pool was smaller than how it appears in photos. But I would strongly recommend staying here

Nice hotel for those who plan to visit mysore. Staffs are very helpful. Helped to get my luggage’s well to and fro from room and car. Breakfast was good with lot many options.

Rooms are really good, service was good too. Pool was well maintained. Parking is quite small but their are guards who will assist with parking always.

Good place for a short stay. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and bed linen was soft & clean. Breakfast included in room price was with ample in south Indian dishes, some north Indian items, fruits / tea / coffee. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We got a room overlooking a big garden of the next hotel which is also named Ruchi. It is maybe 3-5kms away from the shopping area / market but nearer to Mysore Palace. Will recommend to people for a short stay enroute to Coorg which is what I did.

Good food with a classy ambience. Respects personal space for each table with a nice touch of candle light! Apt for photos with good natural background. Well maintained, hygienic place. Polite and friendly staff. Food is a little overpriced considering the quality, but the taste is really good. Overall a very good place to visit and have some quality time!!

Room are clean and breakfast is good. But not worth for the money spent. I had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for 3000 per night per room. They don’t have dedicated people for indoor games and you need to pay a security deposit and ensure you are cleaning up after your play, considering we are going for vacation I would expect to have someone available for us to guide in the indoor area. Also the indoor is not so great it is maintained for name sake. Same with swimming pool as well we don’t have anyone overseeing and there are no towels even provided in the pool. For the same cost I have been in accord and their service and the amenities provided are awesome. Also during our stay we had issue with the door lock which was not resolved till our return.

It was a perfect stay, I love the way you guys have greeted us during check-in to the hotel and appreciate the cleanliness which you have maintained throughout the hotel especially the rooms which is spacious and neat. We had a good time staying at this place. The staff at this location was helpful and informative regarding the questionnaire. I enjoyed the taste of the restaurant's food and the unlimited free breakfast. The room I was given was tidy, with all the necessities neatly arranged. We used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-kept and wasn't overly busy. Parking cars there was secure because it was in the basement. But it is quite a distance from the city to visit the palace-like Mysore centre..

Great ambience and outdoor seating the restaurant is good. They have a variety of food to offer and serve them promptly. The waiters are friendly and also the staff take orders with meticulous care. A clean parking space outside with great views from tables.

The garden at hotel Ruchi the prince is beautiful but we couldn't sit there today as it started to rain. The food was good, we had ordered veg platter and non veg platter, the variety in both was very good and also the taste too. The service was a bit messed up because everyone had shifted inside because of the rains. A very good place to have a relaxing dinner.

We had ordered food from zomato from this hotel, we had ordered all veg items. When we got the delivery we were shocked to find non veg, we received chicken instead of baby corn. Coming from a pure veg family it caused us a lot of inconvenience, when we called the hotel manager they told they will refund the money but haven't heard back from them and never planning to order from here. Be careful to order from this hotel as they are very careless and care nothing about their costumers. Its been one day and the hotel hasn't taken any action. IT DOESN'T DESERVE ONE STAR ALSO.

The food was horrible and so was the service today. I'm not sure if the chef has changed or the management. I've been visiting this restaurant for the past 11 years and never faced any issues. Nobody is bothered to take order or provide you a good service, they're just least bothered. Would request the management to look into it!!

The location just beside the main road and parking is available. Ambience is good and property is mid size. Outside dining is also available. Food is ok.

I had visited this place for dinner with my family! And it's at very good location on the highway! The ambience is really good, a garden sit out but the food on the other side is exactly the opposite, It's pathetic!! Some chicken dish was actually sent back because it was stale, none of the dishes matches any level of expectation! But this wasn't the case when i visited 8 months ago! They really had some good dishes! Bottom line: IMPROVE YOUR TASTE!! Service was pretty good
