Spectra is a wonderful well equipped with great environment gym in this location. Good service , super clean and a comfortable gym . I used to do my routine workout every day evening at the GYM. The trainers was very friendly and supporting and guiding me during my personal training. I Treasure their advise (diet & workout) and am putting it to use . Recently they started a cafe for gym bunny. All food necessary for gym goers are available here and very useful for beginners. Definitely I recommend this gym for fitness freaks. I had a hard workout with happy people here especially Mr. Shashi & Mr. Pradeep. All staff were always been very welcoming, kind and generous. Highly recommended 💪😇

Excellent gym with amazing certified trainers. With all the equipments you need. Very nice ambient with lot of positive vibes. All the trainers help.you a lot with the exercise and knowledge. Most recommended place to work on your body and look great.

Worst gym in jp nagar No trainer is certified and intrstd to help u even if u r doing wrong exercise. Too much suffocation. Exhaust fans don’t work Treadmills r broken The owner keeps switching off the lights to save the power If anything is not working the owner won’t get it repaired and say it is not broken by him so why he would get it repaired😂😂

Awesome gym with experienced trainers and I'm able to achieve good workout everyday

I felt warm and friendly environment at Gym. It has been 6 months for me to start going to Spectra. Ms.Krupa is well coordinated and communicated. All trainer is good in their representation. The trainer Mr.Pradeep is very friendly and easily accessible for any kind of in gymnastics position, to get info about stress on muscle and dietary info. Group class is best part of the Gym and other group events like trekking, exercise at outside of gym environments. Overall it is 4/5 for me. Thanks to all trainer and instructors @Krupa, @Pradeep @Shashi @Mallesh
