We visited this store on 1-Nov. Thyagaraj, the store owner is a knowledgeable gentleman and explained us in detail what suits our age, body and health conditions. We purchased a cross trainer as he suggested instead of a selecting something randomly. He also provided us with an exercise routine to be used so that we do not overuse the equipment dreaming quick results and ending up in more troubles. Thanks to him. I highly recommend to visit this store. One can then decide what to buy. But at least one will get good idea. He is certified to make recommendations.
