I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my family where we stayed two nights. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering a new and unique decor that I hadn't seen in the UK Premier Inns before. The simplicity of the hotel was perfectly complemented by a fantastic breakfast that left us satisfied and delighted. The efficient air conditioning was a true blessing during the hot days, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. What truly stood out was the staff's warm and welcoming demeanour (especially at the reception), which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's convenient location just outside the historic town center walls was a big plus. We enjoyed a pleasant walking distance to all the attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Premier Inn truly provided a memorable and enjoyable stay for my family and me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Rude receptionists. I already have a paid reservation and arrived 8 pm in the evening after 3hr train travel, tired and sleepy. I showed my ID and mentioned my name and the receptionist quickly dismissed me and suggested that I have the wrong hotel. Wow, just wow. Looks like they need some kind of training to handle customers more professionally.

This hotel must have an environmentalist policy as they only cleaned the room every other day and we had to go to reception to ask for a towel, as the double room only had one set. We were unlucky to have access to the hotel under construction. It's not nice, but I hope it indicates improvements in the future.I won't go back to see it, unfortunately, because I like to come back, at the end of a long walk, to a clean and tidy room.

Our recent stay here was quite frustrating. We arrived at 5 PM, two hours after the 3 PM check-in time, only to be told we'd have to wait 10 more minutes without an explanation or apology. The receptionist then gave us only two rooms, making one of us wait for an hour, while guests arriving later were promptly accommodated. This inconsistency left us disappointed, and we won't be returning. A very bad experience. Furthermore, the limited breakfast options and beds not suitable for tall individuals (over 180cm)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with exceptional value for money. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a delightful range of pillows and blankets, allowing for a personalized level of coziness that made me feel right at home. The highlight of the room was definitely the luxurious rainfall shower. Its gentle cascade of water provided an incredibly relaxing and comfortable bathing experience, a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service provided by the reception staff. From the moment I walked in, their warmth and professionalism were evident. They were not only attentive and accommodating but also pleasantly surprised me by offering assistance in Spanish, making communication a breeze. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable truly left a lasting impression. Combining all these elements - from the well-appointed rooms with their thoughtful amenities to the inviting rainfall shower and, most importantly, the exceptional reception staff - this hotel undeniably offers a top-notch experience that punches well above its weight in terms of affordability. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for an unforgettable stay that balances both quality and value.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center and Hauptbanhof. Room was clean and comfortable in the style of Premier Inn. Parking garage is not big enough for the hotel, it was full every night, so you need to come early as they don’t reserve the parking spaces.

Great place to stay. We arrived at 2am super tired after a day's worth of driving. Staff was very helpful to setup our room and price was affordable, rooms very clean and presentable.

The service at this hotel was terrible. I have booked our room + breakfasts in advance, when we got there, they had no idea about the breakfast. I have also asked an paid for a late check out during check-in. We went out, and upon coming back our keys did not work. They said that I have checked out already. Well, I guess they have checked us out... No apologies, nothing. Good that I have paid an extra for this. The sheets were also not very clean and the design of the bathroom was not practical at all.

Excellent value for money. By far the best and cheapest hotel we stayed at during our trip through Germany. The room was decently sized and clean with a comfy bed. Nice bathroom with rainfall shower. Walking distance to railway station and city centre.

Thank you so much to Claudiu and team. He was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed five nights with family (granny and two under two). Highly recommend, child friendly and great location and value.

Recently stayed for 3 nights, and couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet location with only a short walk to the metro or the main market square. Very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend!

Usual low-mid range hotel. The rooms are quite small, but you have all the basics, no fridge tho (not even a minibar fridge), however you get a kettle, some tea and instant coffee. The staff is quite friendly, all speak fluent English, and reception is 0-24. The Hbf area is a little dodgy after about 7-8 pm, but it's managable. Newcomer tip: you have to swipe your keycard in the elevator, otherwise it doesn't work.

The rooms are usually quite small. Some rooms are more spacious, depends on how lucky you are. Breakfast is not varied, after two days the same food again. It has not swiming pool, wellnes, it has small restourant for breakfast... The air conditioning unit was not working properly. Towels were not changed every day. Good location.

Very unsatisfied experience. Rude personal (Paula not) always when I go on reception and I was there pretty often cause my card never works. From 12 days I stay my card nedd to be replaced more than 9 times. No gym, no pool even no drinking water. Place in park garage just for 20 cars so try to park after 20:00 (good luck). Never ever going back

I genuinely think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect staff location cleanliness rooms beds. My only niggle was at breakfast, the hot food wasn't hot, warm was probably an overstatement too. Such a shame (and I hate t nit pic) as the food quality and selection was again, perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean and it had air conditioning. The hotel is just outside the city center, and the old town is like 15-20 min by foot. The hotel is easy to reach by car and there is a parking related to the hotel (in addition to the room). It is perfect for staying in Nuremberg!

This was a very good choice. Managed to get a room here 2 days before the stay for under €70 euro. The building is new, rooms super clean, staff friendly and a short walk to the city centre/station. Highly recommend staying here if in Nurnberg and looking for a good value place to stay.

150E per night without breakfast and any amenities is already quite bad for B&B - but the freezing cold temperatures in the rooms without working heating system topped it up. I will try not to come back ever.

As you see in other reviews, this hotel has totally poor customer service and management. This hotel might be good for business for ONE individuals. One man at customer service desk was rude. I asked for another key and I couldn't recall my room number since this hotel was the fourth one for me in the trip. This tall skinny Arabic? man got very upset with the fact I could not recall my room number. I told him I could gibe him my name to check the room number and he was very disturbed by my simple request. The tea cups in my room was dirty. I had three people (One child) to stay in this hotel and they kept leaving just ONE towel. This place was not just welcoming.
