The hotel was just ok but not for the high price that we paid. They don't provide disposable slippers and there was no parking lot available. Room was clean but not very well-kept and after midnight there was really loud noise! Breakfast was extra and was good but not anything special. Service in breakfast was very friendly. The location is very good near the center.

The hotel is well located near to the train station. The staff were friendly but didn't explain to me that front door gets locked at night and you need the card to open it (had to figure it out ) The hotel was clean and had a nice waiting area. Nothing to reproach about the room. The bed was really comfortable and I had a good sleep. Let's talk about the Wifi, they offer a free wifi with a limited speed and a premium one(High speed) for almost 10€/day. I mean in 2022 offering limited speed is a bit lame. I would expect that on a flight but not in a hotel.

This is quite a nice hotel and also near the Central Train Station. It's about 10 mins walk. The room are well maintained and clean. The bed and pillows are also comfortable. There are also a kettle to boil hot water and a safe in the room.

Very good hotel with excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms are very nicely decorated, with space to open the suitcase and the bathroom has the right size. There are transparent and opaque curtains, so you can let or block light when you sleep. It is less than 20 minutes walking to the the center, but with train is around 10 minutes. There are limited parking slots, they cannot be booked, so you need to be lucky to get one (I was), but there are other parking that the hotel may indicate you another parking closer one.

On first glance it seems like a normal and functioning hotel but me and my girlfriend just had the worst experience. We opted out of room cleaning since we could exchange it for drink vouchers but this morning we were left terrified when one of the cleaners just barged into our room unannounced and tried to tell us we need to check out (it was around 9:00 and check out is at 12:00 at the latest). Absolutely rattled me and my girlfriend, we genuinely thought we would get assaulted or something and it was especially traumatic for her due to terrible experiences with assault. The front desk seemed apologetic yet not really willing to do anything about it. We will absolutely not be returning, this has ruined our holiday.

The quality for value is outstanding. Room clean and large enough. Bathroom has all needed and clean. This used to be holiday Inn express Hotel. Location is excellent. Breakfast is good (note to staff get rid of the cold scrambled eggs). If you are looking for affordable hotel that does what a hotel needs to do, this is it. If you need above average luxury book another hotel, likely more expensive.

The price was reasonable. The location is fantastic. Bed was comfy, the shower is great for couples and the hot water is instant and plentiful. Tab water tastes ok. Shower gel, small/big towels, hair dryer, TV, tea, instant coffee and tea kettle are provided. There was a noticeable but not dominant smell in the bathroom. There was a super polite and professional young man manning the desk who was great. However, the day before there was also a rude lady. She also didn't bring us an extra towel as promised. You can leave your luggage there even after check-out. They let us check in an hour early, which was super cool. So all-in-all it was a great experience and I will book again with this hotel.

Best price to quality ratio you can get. My partner was worried that this was not a real hotel and that we were being scammed because 55€ a night was way too cheap. The hotel does exist and we checked in successfully. The lobby is trendy and nice and the customer service was very friendly. Be mindful that there are no water fountains to fill water bottles. You need to do it in your hotel sink. The hotel sink is very small so that can be difficult. The room itself is small but adequate. The shower is larger than expected. The deisgn is very stylish but you can see some usage (carpet has stains), and the armchair is really hard. The bed was comfortable for us and the bedsheets have a nice silky soft texture. The pillows... Are bad. Lumpy and hard. The towels are very large. Very nice and fluffy. A really big con for me was the smell of the pillows, bedsheets, and towels. Especially the towels. I'm not sure what detergent they use, and maybe I'm just over sensitive to smell (my partner did not smell anything odd), but it smells a bit like vinegar. The first night was hard to sleep because of the smell. Otherwise, I liked the bedding. Overall, a solid hotel and a good room for the price. Would book again, but would bring my own pillow

Loved how close it was to the old town. Clean place, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Location is good … short walk to city center and central train station. No restaurant in the hotel. So I went to the restaurant in the Novotel next door. Room is small and dark. There is only one charging socket next to one side of the bed but it does not work. The hand wash soap dispenser does not work. Generally clean enough, even though there was a used Qtip in the trash and hair on the sofa from previous occupant. Hallways are generated lly clean except a guest spilled chips and it don’t get cleaned up for the whole day. Parking lot is open surface lots, shared between two or 3 hotels. Very limited parking spots. If you arrive in the evening, you will most likely not find a spot. There is supposedly a big public parking lot nearby. Payment on location. We prepaid for our stay, but the hotel claims that we hadn’t paid yet. We also prepaid for breakfast, but each morning, we were told breakfast was as not included in our booking. We provided proof of payment for room and breakfast , but still the employee at the reception could not provide a receipt at check out. Renovation works on the 3rd floor during my stay. Personally, I would not return. I’d take a chance with other accommodations in the vicinity.

My friend and I went for a short city trip to Nuemberg.We chose this hotel because it was not that expensive and it was near the train station and other nice attractions. The room itself was clean, easy and comfortable.I was sleeping sosososo good, when suddenly somebody (hopefully just the room service 😅) opened our door at 8 am and 9 am.I woke up because of this and couldn’t sleep further :( Thats my only - point.Everything else was fine👍🏼

Place is great for a short trip to Nuremberg. Pluses: affordable, great location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, good beds (slightly harder mattresses to what I'm used to from hotels, which is a big plus for me) Points to improve on: Breakfast menu is very limited / barely fits the definition of 'continental'. One type of bread roll, one type of bread, that kind of thing. Potentially Covid related, and also not the most outrageous price for it The room was not cleaned thoroughly, as happens sometimes in hotels, slightly less frequently touched surfaces / areas were still dusty or had toothpaste spatter on them. Inner duvet sheets were dirty The room and the hotel itself were pretty narrow, not much to improve on i suppose, but in the corridor to our room it was impossible to walk two people abreast In conclusion, I can recommend this hotel for someone who has normal to low needs and is looking for a quick and uncomplicated stay. Edit: before I forget: the wireless internet was very good, no random connection drops and consistent 5mbit up/down, which is more than can be expected at this price point. They also have a premium option I did not need to use.

Tidy, clean and comfortable rooms. Hot shower and good sound insolation. Friendly and helpful staff, they helped us after checkout to leave luggages in reception. Walking distance from central station/ bus station and city centre.

I have visited Nürnberg monthly since last year for my work. However, i have met a quite unfriendly Service at the reception in this hotel. However, the Service during the breakfast is quite nice (the Cappuccino is not so good compare with other hotel in Nürnberg). Btw, there is a Flyer and a piece of hair in the Toilette & the free Internet always disconnected (unstable) bcz the hotel want us to buy around €9.99 daily Internet.

I really enjoyed my stay. It is a great value for the price. The service was friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are designed well. The breakfast has a wide selection. The hotel is close to the main attractions in the old town.

A great hotel to explore Nuremberg. Good price, nice room and best hotel shower I have ever experienced! Shame about the breakfast, which was very sub standard!
