I won't give it 5 stars because I don't want to setup an impractical overall expectation. That said, my meals there have all been fantastic. Given that it is literally a mom and pop shop (presumably Giuseppe and what i would guess is his wife), the place runs pretty smooth as well. Prices are good and service is efficient. The restaurant itself is a little plain and I don't care, but figured that is useful to know if planning on bringing a date. I've read other reviews about the the owner's rudeness - I wouldn't say he is bubbly, but he always seems pleasant enough - I think he just has rbf.
