    A student known to me fractured her foot one day. After coming back from the hospital in a wheelchair, the warden didn't allow her to bring the wheelchair into the hostel as it is not "allowed" in the hostel. She had to take permission from a dozen authorities before being let in with the wheelchair. None of the authorities or staff have the basic humanity to let a wheelchair in the hostel premise. Also the mess run by the hostel doesn't provide breakfast for the hostelites nor Sunday dinner. No drinking water facility available in the hostel. Hostelites buy drinking water from outside sources.
