Great place for kid's with a nice mountain view and relaxing setting, the food is average.

Honestly, disgusting. Unqualified life guards who watched a little girl stop breathing and done nothing. Disgusting staff who watched a grown man beat the back of the unconscious girl and again done nothing. Thief’s who stole expensive glasses from a womens head as she tried to administer correct cpr. If you want your children to die come to this so called resort. Absolutely disgusting

Nice place in the middle of the nature. Needs more organization. Staff are nice. Pool water is so dirty and overcrowded. Chalets and beds are clean. Housekeeping staff do regular rounds, AC system is so good. I recommend it. I would like to visit it again.

The only thing I liked here is the view. The pool isn't deep at all. The waves pool didn't work. The slides were nice, but as I said, the pool isn't deep at all.

Where to start… first of all, the guy at the door tried to scam me, for some reason, he kept saying that my bills are not in good condition and you have to pay parking 2$. Secondly, when you get in, you see that the floor is filthy, garbage leaves all over the place and even in the water. After that, the wave pool was full of garbage and there is no waves, it sucks… the little store to buy drinks and snacks is so overpriced it’s ridiculous. Anyone who’s saying that this place is good is delusional 😂 DO NOT give a try, I prefer to go pay full price at turquoise rather than come back to this 🤮 OH AND let’s not forget that most of the slides are not even safe !

This place had horrible service, the workers and people around were extremely rude and disrespectful to my aunty as she was only trying to help someone that was dying. I do not recommend this water park/resort, people were making fun of us and stole our things. Disgusting service.

despite all negative reviews, we visited the place, staff is nice, chalets are clean, pool water is clean, we really enjoyed it. you can smell the sewer near the waves pool a little. i recommend this place, the kids will really enjoy.

The whole experience was good but the pool wasn’t clean at all and too much clore. Also the chalet wasn’t clean enough. Just they need more hygiene and more cleaning then everything will be perfect!

Its fun, but the slides werent all turned on, only one or two at a time, and the waterflow wasnt that strong

They need to work on fixing the kids pool and parks We came last year and we had a better experience Multiple slides are broken and some are non functional Most of the staff are kids Limited food options

First, the place cant handle the huge amount of visitors. Second, half of the games were turned off even the Dj and lastly the place was dirty including the water plus their was a very bad smell all the way of the stairs. Overall the place is overrated

It was fun spending a day there, overall experience was acceptable, however: 1. I have question marks about water cleanliness, it was obviously turbid. 2. No safety measures taken at the end of the slides, i could have bumped into a child standing just at the end of the slide, this is extremely dangerous! 3. The water level at the end of the slide is considerably low, i hit the floor twice.
