I handed in my watch for a battery change and removal of a link for which I paid SEK 500, when I got the watch back it was broken. They then send it in for repair and say it will take a few days until I get it back. Now it's been two months and I still haven't got it back, I've gone there 5 times and asked how it's going, got back the answer that they're going to call the factory and ask how it's going and that they're going to call me in the next few days which NO ONE has done. Repeatedly I received this response. The last time I was there, I was met by Anna who was standing at the till. I myself work in service and have done for 8 years, I have never been treated in such a nonchalant way as by Anna, she stood and scoffed and did not want to listen to what my problem was and provoked me and my girl a lot. I hope that I will receive compensation for this as well as a refund for the 500 kroner I have already paid.

Always check the price elsewhere before buying! Bought a CASIO watch at Ur & Penn in the Ringen shopping centre. The clock was "off" 50%. Sad that you found the watch at a cheaper regular price elsewhere. A year later we wanted to buy a new bracelet and asked the girl in the same store about the size of the watch - she could only answer that question if we ordered it from her, which turned out to be twice as expensive as the Clas Olsson next door. Best to avoid buying there.
