    We are so happy with the ring we ordered. The service was EXCELLENT and the end result was way above our expectations!! Our contact person Victor was incredibly helpful and professional, and was patience with all of our many questions and requests. Although our description of the ring we wanted was very specific, the ring came out even better than we thought it would. Victor helped us through the whole process and made us feel safe with our decisions. We give Victor and Vanbruun our warmest recommendations!

    I have got a ring from Vanbrunn 1.07 carat - G color, VVS2, Asscher cut diamond with 1.02 square ratio LG combined with Platin Alexandra with IGI certificate. In the first they had a problem with supplier for my first stone choice. So they couldn't get the first stone (which was 1.01 crt H color VS2 asscher cut diamond)but then offered me something more expensive without any extra cost. So, to satisfy customer they lose profit. This company is my best company now. My fiancé is really impressed by the ring, and all of her relatives too.

    Flawless customer service, with great response times and always helpful. The ring is more than I could have expected and I love it so so much. I would definitely recommend if you want a custom ring.

    Good customer service and I enjoy the rings. But their UK factory has huge delay & error taking us total 2 mths for replacement.

    I highly recommend Vanbruun for their high quality products that are beautifully packaged, but also for their brilliant customer service. I had to adjust my wedding ring size and it was not a problem at all. Very happy customer :)

    Terrible customer experience. They didn’t keep me updated about my order, I always actively had to request updates. We agreed on some custom changes to be made on the ring, which were confirmed but then not actually made. They lost my dads ring, which was meant for my boyfriend and which I had sent to VB to be engraved. They confirmed that they received it, but then couldn’t find it anymore. I wasn’t informed about this, but only found out about it when just one ring arrived (late), two days before the wedding. It’s very sad as I like the brand, but this experience has been horrible.

    I had my custom ring designed with Vanbruun and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service I received. The ring turned out so much better than expected and I felt truly valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

    Vanbruun has made the process of choosing and designing an engagement ring so easy and comfortable. Everyone working there is so kind, sweet and helpful. They are willing to check out all possibilities for you to be able to make the ring you dream of. The service is great and I am now designing my second ring with them. <3

Customer service is on point, they are always two steps ahead (which feels great in this day and age) and the product itself is on the highest level.     Poor quality for premium price. My fiancé ordered my engagement ring last summer. It arrived with yellow patches on rose gold ring so we sent it back. It came back with wrong dimensions (significantly thinner band than in the order) + one of the prongs was not polished properly so it was scratching my skin and clothes. So we sent it back again. When we received the ring the third time it came with wrong diamonds. One of the side diamonds was different size and clearly not 0.15 carat - it’s so thin that it can break any time. At that point it was already many months after initial order. But honestly at this point we lost any hope that we can receive the ring that we paid for even if we send it back again. We will not trust Vanbruun with our wedding rings. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
