Food was great when you come in your seated then they come out with roasted garlic on a plate and some nice fresh bread you pour olive oil over it and spread on the bread it's delicious. I had ravioli in lemon butter sauce with shrimp with mozzarella baked over the top was amazing. My wife had the chicken parm and it was also cook great. Everything was exploding with flavor.

What a fantastic little spot to eat! The building is some kind of old railroad warehouse - very charming. They have a great variety of Italian foods. Our favorite was the lasagna - thick and packed with flavor. This place gets crazy busy at peak hours, so prepare for a wait or go in an off-time.

I'm not from Nacogdoches. The guy at the city visitor center recommended the place. I was a little concerned it might be a "Tourist Trap". I can't say it's not, but I can say I'd gladly go back. The atmosphere is casual and fun, but nice enough for date night. The table of ladies next to us were a bit raucous ("girls night out I guess"). We had the "shrimp wonton" appetizers. They were not what I expected, but they were very good. I'd recommend them. I had "Mama's Spicy Chicken and Shrimp". It was very good. My son had some kind of combo platter. It was very generous and apparently very good. (He didn't share!). One of my pet peeves is restaurants with lousy beer selection. Auntie Pasta's has a reasonably good beer list including some local brews. If I recall, the beers I had were from the Fredonia brewery. They were decent beers, but more importantly, I had the opportunity to try a new (to me) and local brew. Our experience would have been awesome if it were not for the wait. It took way too long to get our food. Maybe if I wanted to drink more (like the ladies "next door") I wouldn't have noticed. Our waitress apologized for the long wait. She told us there were only two cooks in the kitchen. It was a Tuesday night. My dinner was also not piping hot (my son's was). It may have had to wait on his! If I could give half stars, I'd probably take half a star away for the wait. On the other hand, if it weren't for the wait, it might have been 4.5*.

Our server was wonderful. Gave us a menu tour and recommended her favorite dishes. Food was delicious. Portions were generous. And I can't say enough about the bread you get at the beginning...awesome.

Came here for the first time for a birthday lunch. Really shocked I’ve never visited here before either. Had a lovely time! It’s on the back side of Clear Springs in Nacogdoches. I never even knew there was anything past that area! Granted, I don’t live here, but I’ve visited Clear Springs enough. There’s some pretty flowers upon entering the restaurant, with a decent patio to the right. I’d actually spiff up the patio a bit more but that’s just me. Upon entering you walk down a ramp and into a weird bar area. This is another area I’d change up to make it more inviting. The food, though I got zero pics of it, was quite good. We had lasagna, chicken Marsala, chicken Capone, and some other things. The Capone was super spicy so be forewarned! And the bread they serve is delish. One major thing that needs changing are the Italian cream sodas. We ordered a few and they all were just substandard. They used way too much cream with hardly any syrup and I’m not even sure carbonated water was in there. They were very lackluster. Will definitely return again next time I’m in town, though! Good service and nice experience.

I’m a fan of non-chain local restaurants and we enjoyed the food and casual atmosphere in this historic building. The Parmesan encrusted salmon special was a large portion and yummy. You get a large loaf of garlic dusted bread for to start off. Neighboring tables had some fantastic looking fried nachos and huge portions of lasagna. Somehow we had enough room for dessert, which we had the chocolate cake. It was okay; I totally did not NEED more food. I’m glad we veered off the Highway to visit.

A fantastic experience, perfect service, and amazing food. Here’s the story. I’ve gone here a handful of time over the last couple years, and other than the vibe - I wasn’t really impressed. Food was decent, but nothing special. They have a new kitchen manager - and I’ve gone twice in the last week. The Chicken Piccata was flawless, and the service was amazing. One of my best meals I’ve had in Nac in the last couple years, and they’re going to be in my regular rotation now.

We had a wonderful experience at Auntie Pasta’s. The food was incredible and the prices were average for an Italian restaurant. Our server was truly a gem and I could not ask for a better dinner. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area.

Solid Italian restaurant. A complementary loaf of bread was provided with lunch. Too much for just one person, but perfect for 2-4 people. I created my own pasta dish, which was delicious! The ingredients were great. Decent price. The ambience was great, too.

Wonderful experience! I had chicken picatta, mom had garlic chicken, dad had Guadalupe chicken, all three dishes were delicious! My picky daughter had a special request which was met without issue. Our waiter, Hunter was the best! Even with multiple other tables, one of which being a large party, he was still attentive and was even thoughtful enough to be sure to ask my kid if her meal came out as she requested. Rare to find a restaurant with delicious food AND outstanding service! We will definitely eat here again and recommend that you give it a try as well!

Watching wait staff clear tables entertaining! Dishes are wrapped in paper (foods are served atop this table "cloth") & I have never seen 25+ glasses stacked & carried, with the bundled dishes, to clear a table! Perhaps just the one servers preferred method..but notable! Excellent foods & service; knowledgeable about menu..& if not, found the answers for us. As a previous customer commented ...would again drive those two hours (Medical appointment) for this dining experience! Crab cakes for the hubby...flavorful; perfectly sized for him as he has to have smaller portions so would suggest ordering the two patties ( choices are 1 or 2 patties)..& they are not thin! Full bar as well & yes, enjoyed that too. My chicken was excellent as well & the bread with garlic pieces in oil...my oh my, the loaf stayed warm in that paper sack doubling as it's container!

Can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Cool decor (including the rumble of a passing train) quick, friendly hostess staff, and our waitress Anna, was upbeat, and attentive. The free starter bread is better than most you can find pretty much anywhere, and our pasta dishes were great. Worth driving into town for.

Large portions at good prices. Could use an upgrade in some of the food quality. Pizza is thin and tough. Bread is good, and servers have great attitudes about customer service. Open concept, but tables are close.

Nice decor but the service and food was disappointing. We ordered two sides of Alfredo sauce to dip bread in and it came out cold and thick. Then we had to ask for the bread. We assumed they’d bring it without asking. I had the combo and the lasagna was lukewarm. Chicken parmigiana was good. Wife had the Chicken Marsala and said it was very good. Might try them one more time to see if it was a bad night for the restaurant.

Arrived about 5:30pm on a Sunday, wasn't busy at all. Our server was very nice, but left us empty for a looong time, they seated 2 other tables plus got their order before taking ours. Food took a while, but we ordered an item that would take longer, it was soooo worth it, it was the peppercorn sirloin, only thing was I ordered medium rare, it came out medium well. My SO got a build your own pasta, same Ole same Ole. Ordered Alfredo sauce as an appetizer with the bread, they give a good amount, it's ok. The dining area is good, lots of snoody folks giving the stink eye, so yeah totally normal for Auntie Pastas.

I had the lasagna, and was told to get dinner portion to really get the flavors of it. Must say I was really happy I did. Staff was really helpful and food was served at a very timely manner as they were very busy.

Great atmosphere in an old warehouse, but it is loud on the inside! Super attentive staff. Friendly and energetic. The food was for the most part tasty. The jalapeno glaze on the artichokes is super sweet, needs some acid to balance the flavors. Diavolio needed lots more spice to be devilish. Over, a pleasant dinner, needs a bit of fine tuning.

This place was charming. It's a building with a lot of character. They have zoodles, so people that have gluten allergies can eat and enjoy Italian Cuisine. There is a $2 upcharge to get cheese baked on top of your food. This charge is ABSOLUTELY worth it! The lasagna, chicken alfreado, and piccata were wonderful. However... The chicken marsala which was my husband's dish was awful. I'm not sure if the wine they used was bad or what. But, everything else was great. I reccomend asking your server for the lemon basil sauce to dip your bread in. It's wonderful!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I totally would !! Came here on a Saturday night. The service was very good, for we got seating really fast. The atmosphere was really nice, and I liked the aesthetic of the place. Parking itself was not an issue, for there is a big parking lot located outside of the restaurant. As for the food itself, it was so delicious and at such a good price! I ordered the Chicken alfredo, and it was soooo good. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend for you to check this place out !

Such a great experience! We came in about 7pm on a Saturday night. It was very busy, but we were seated in about 15 minutes. Server was very nice and tended to our needs (refills on drinks, extra napkins, etc). Food was fantastic. Great prices, great portion sizes.
