We stayed there in Jan 2024. We took premium room as it had a balcony and the view which the hotel has can be best enjoyed in the premium rooms. The hotel is located nearby McLeod Ganj. The location of the hotel is superb. The views from the hotel are mind blowing. Though I found the parking could be allotted somewhere else as it directly is in front of the balconies of the rooms thus invading the privacy. Anyways hill stations has its limitations. The room size was pretty decent with all the required facilities. Though in our room the television was little defected with the display not being proper and in spite of complaining the defect was not rectified. Hotel has a roof top restaurant also from which the view was absolutely mind blowing. They have live music on weekends. That was very beautiful experience. You need to have your own vehicle, as the main road is quite far from the hotel. Special mention to hotel restaurant staff Mr. Vikas and Mr. Ajay for their courteous service. The food was also good with buffet breakfast having many options to choose from. So overall it was a very nice stay for us. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Enthralling views of the Dhauladhar Range as far as the eye can see, a beautiful sunset, a sky full of stars. A sight that mere words cannot explain was the view from my balcony at Western Plus Revanta. Staff made sure to uphold the standards of sanitation and cleanliness. The rooftop terrace sets an example of how rooftops should be done. We made sure to wipe the plates clean for the food was so delicious. The staff strives to improve our stay by their hospitality, and suggestions. We were dancing to music on our phones, the manager suggested a speaker, and out of nowhere we were playing our tunes on a Bluetooth woofer, while dipping our feet in a lukewarm indoor swimming pool. If my words don’t move you enough, then you should come to Western Plus and experience it yourself. You won’t be disappointed. I would love to include specific names who were a delight during my stay but the list would include all of the staff.

Our stay at best Western was really nice. The deluxe rooms were not that huge but had good enough space and nice view with balcony. Service at the hotel and the restaurant is really good especially arti, they provided us off buffet dishes as well. The staff is very courteous and helpful, overall a good experience.

Our stay was absolutely comfortable, all the staff (security, reception, housekeeping, restaurant team)were polite, friendly and extremely prompt and helpful, always serving with a smile. Breakfast spread had good variety. The view from the balcony and the roof top restaurant is spectacular! Do opt for the rooms with a balcony. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Kudos to the team!

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel and it was amazing. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was outstanding too as there were ample options for vegetarians and vegans. Vikas, Aarti and Ajay were helpful and warm as they catered to our special vegan requests such as providing warm coconut milk in the morning.

Dining service is slow in restaurant. My other issue with them is they took 50 minutes to make the final bills during check out. Staff are more humble, polite & obedient. Their behavior is quite good. Rooms are good.

The view from the room was breathtaking..although rooms were little small..the staff was very helpful for everything and even the restaurant manager Bablu was very cooperative and always went out of the way to serve us different delicacies. The service was excellent. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good. Ms. Kiran was also very helpful. Must stay in McLeod Ganj

Loved this hotel! Very cosy rooms, the balcony and roof had amazing views, the food was great, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa treatments were also really good. If you want a quiet stay just a short taxi ride from McLeod Ganj this is perfect.

Had an amazing stay at Best Western, Macklodgunj. The hotel is located at lovely and scenic location. Rooms are very comfortable. The food here is very delicious and the serving staff is very vigilant, polite and sincere in their work. The hotel staff is also good at their work. Do stay at Best Western, Macklodgunj on your next visit to Dharamshala.

We had a very pleasant stay and amazing experience at this place. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely spic and span. The service staff was well mannered, very prompt and arrived almost immediately after any call. The reception staff was very caring too. Really creditable. Five star rating is less.

Nice hotel, awesome view in great location, amazing food. We had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Everything was amazing about this place. Right from the room to the service and the food, it was excellent. The only feedback is on the swimming pool, not ideal for winter months. But other than that no complaints. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers

We had booked a superior room for our 2night stay in dharamshala. The location of this hotel is a bit far other than that they made everything possible to keep us comfortable. The food here was really good and a biggest plus point was the whole bakery was pure vegetarian. The service was too good. Fully satisfied with our stay.
