In my opinion while rating a Hospital top two things to consider must be 1. Doctors 2. Support Staff. MPUH has both of these. Extremely qualified, caring, hard working, dedicated and driven doctors. My dad has gone through a robotic surgery at MPUH lead by Dr. Arvind Ganpule, he and his immediate associate/resident doctors are fantastic. They had explained everything with super clarity and never rushed through the information and processes. I don't have to talk much about Dr. Ganpule's qualification and his attitude, you can google it, you will find plenty of positive info around it. Technology and facilities in the hospital are modern and upto date. Hospital has very comprehensive processes that they follow before each surgery to make sure there are no last minute surprises. When it comes to supporting staff, nurses are really qualified and caring. Specially Kinnariben Patel, Veronika Macwan, Urvashi Parmar and several other whose names I am unable to put here (sorry!). They always do their best to make sure patient and his/her family is comfortable and well taken care of. Attendants, cleaning staff and guards know their jobs and performing them diligently. PRO Twinkle Patel was very helpful in explaining what were the options for us from room's perspective, she matter of fact helped us save alot of money by guiding us in the right direction, she helped us at each step starting from registration. Canteen food is nice (service is slow though). Though everything said above is all great but we need to understand that every big organization has a few things that can be improved and MPUH is no different in that sense. Following are a few things that I feel can be improved: Staff in post operation ward can be more attentive. This is busy hospital and adding more seating setups will help patients. An information desk near the entrance could be a good addition so people can be directed as soon as they arrive to the hospital. Of course if medicines from the hospital medical store can be provided at a cheaper cost for the people in need that would be great as well. This is an old hospital not a five star hotel so be cognizant about that before judging it on small cosmetic issues. There are a lot of places to eat, buy medicines and stay outside the hospital. We loved chai (Tea)/snacks from small tea/snacks vendors infront of the hospital, they are there from morning 6 to 10 night. Overall: An excellent hospital, qualified and caring doctors, caring and friendly supporting staff, modern medical facilities and techniques, patient and visitor friendly clean campus with lots of trees and birds, good access to food/accommodation/medical stores. I want to give only 2 star because 1) Juniors Doctor act as they own hospital and very rudely behavior with patients ( All senior doctors are great and understand each issue which patients facing) 2) They are following government system like go to account no.2 and do this and that, when you go there guy probably not there and after 2-3 hours waiting people will say that he is not leave Please improve these things to be kind with the patient and be supportive for them

I wish i could give zero star. The worst hospital in my life i see ever. No care of patient. Doctor and nursing staff beahve with patient very badly. My father had a normal UTI due to prostate. We went to Dr ravindra sabnis. But after taking his advice my father came to get kidney damage and high critinine and urea level. And there after when we went to MUPH they told us that you are totally fine and it is just becoz of Diabites, no need to worry. After their misguide my father got kidney problem becoz of urine retention due to prostate. They misguide us for one year. And in that all time kidney got dameged. Now my father is suffuring from CKD because of idiosity of MUPH doctors. Never go to this hospital. The worst experience in my life.

I had been a frequent visitor to MPUH since 2012 due to my father being both an indoor and outdoor patient. So for me it is "family vali feeing." Had to visit it on 29th and 30th april as my father-in-law as an indoor patient. This also has been a nice, smooth and hassle free experience of hospitality due to its generous and courteous staff and specialist and highly qualified doctors. If you find any major urological issue with yourself or people around you, I would like to suggest all to seek MPUH immediately. Special thanks to my freind Mr. Vinod Solanki of marketing department. Visited the hospital on 26th May. Doctors are good but hospital management is pathetic. Witnessed late comer patients treated early than registration process. This is because managing staff is very irresponsible for their duties. I did registration at 10 am in morning, and couldn't see doctor till 6 pm . So be cautious while visiting.

We had a very great experience at MPUH. My father had a robotic surgery and the team did it very well. Special Thanks to Dr. Mahesh Desai and his team for treating in a very positive way. We were admitted in a General Ward.The doctors and nurses were very supportive to the patients. The ward was very clean and secure. Overall best experience. Hospital and Staff 5/5.

A very honest review about MPUH hospital is that it's totally worth it. My dad had kidney stone alongwith urinal infection, before visting MPUH we consulted doctors from different hospital, but they never gave a positive response and it only got delayed. We at last came across MPUH through Google reviews and visited the hospital. We consulted Dr. Abhishek Singh a trusted expertise in this field, he explained the thorough procedure of removing stone and simultaneously taking care of urinal infection and to our pleasant surprise, my Dad received immediate treatment the same day we visited the hospital. During our period of stay in that hospital, we learned each and every member of the hospital whether it be nurse, consultant doctors or the other staffs each and every member is hardworking, took good care of each patients and their companions. Talk about the environment, to me this is the very first hospital which gave a very positive and good vibe. We didn't face any kind of mistreatment or troubles during the whole time in the hospital. Doctors are very good but very poor management OPD schedule 4 to 5 hours waiting and very important is laboratory staff because they are very lassy and In and Out time should mention for LAB.

Doctors are good but the management is worst . No schedule for any appointment.. Just make the patient and their attender stupid on the name of token..But the call of doctors not depend on any token system and make the patient sut for 8 9 hrs in OPD. Those who just stand on the doctor OPD cabins like an illetrate person there number come fast and those who obey the token system rules reamin sit for hours.

" Food..@ canteen 3* All facility under 1 roof....5* Twinkle Patel ( insurance dept). 13 yrs experience....Full Dada giri Manipulative and helping people with cash less facility to convert into post hospitalization. And having too much attitude and same threatening and delaying nature of her personal staff. 20000 .....deposit you have to pay ....if you have cashless facility. Zero and Minus star for her.

The people were very cooperative....staff was very nice and attending.....Team of docters were amazing...Dr. Aravind Ganpule and his team made amazing diagnosis....Dr Kartik, were our attending....they resolved all our doubts and queries...Dr Vijay Chauhan had crucial role in boosting moral of my father. The place is clean and very sanitary.

Worst behaviour of doctors and staff as well. Also not providing proper treatment and dr umapati hegde has no sense that how to treat the patient in their critical condition. They are only working for money not for patient health.

Good neurological hospital in Nadiad gujrat Kidney releted all facilities available in this hospital

I am going to review w.r.t two aspects: 1. Doctors: They are good. However, main doctors for which you take appointment will come after 2-3 hourse as they take OT and OPD patients at the same time. Untile then some intern/junior doctor will meet you and prepare the notes of history and problem for main doctor. 2. Hospital Management: it is worse ever I experienced. There is no queue system. They are understaff and poorly trained. All the charges taken for laboraotory,OPD or IPD are as per latest standard but facilities are inferior. There is no system where you get to know laboratory report notification. No system of call as well to know laboratory report. The only way to know about it is to visit the assistant on the counter. Overall it might be good research hospital medical wise so it is rated highly. However, if you consider overall management, it has long way to become best hospital in asia.

Worst service i have ever seen in my life i am coming with my patient around 9 am the junior consultant visit my patient advice some investigation the reports were come around 11:30 after that still we are waiting for main consultant to come and visit my patient whenever i go and ask for main consultant he says sir will come soon its around 3 pm and we still waiting we are coming from ujjain (MP) around 600km to see this kind of poor service Really very disappointed. No one can answer here properly if you come here you only have to wait and wait and wait no one when doctor is coming. Poor services Not recommend.

My father went to the hospital from a village of Madhya pradesh near indore, his experience was very unsatisfactory. 1. High fee of 1600/- of Doctor + 800rs for assistant. 2. Dr gave less than 1 min to talk to patient, dind even described the issue, causes, precautions, dos n donts etc. 3. Too much crowd (patients) My father in one word said, bakwas experience tha, Indore hi achha h isse to n he said he will never go there again. Jesa suna tha wesa kuchh b nhi h waha.

I can't give you eveone 1satar because the service in the word is very rubbish nurse staff is not responsible there is no good facilities for patients like no emargancy bell or any accessibe thinks anywhere that's why my mum fell down in the toilet this morning nurse arrived after half an hour is this the service they provide??? They should hire a qualified nurses for each word!!!!!
