It's very user friendly and even though it's not official IRCTC app, I don't have many issues with it. What I like the most is the refund guarantee feature that the app offers. Luckily, I had opted for ixigo assured but there was some problem with my refund. So I connected with the customer service. The agent was very helpful. She heard my issue and helped me out patiently. Dealing customers with utmost disregard and disrespect. I have a refund due of 6k from 21st Nov'21. I haven't had a credit yet. You request patience from all your customers but put in zero efforts in resolving the matters. I am a student and have been literally asking for help at different platforms since your numbers show not help. How do you deal so horribly with your customer services? Don't you ensure integrity and credibility to your customers at all? I have been constantly calling the banks and visiting them since last week. They can't help they say. Also for a refund should I have to keep running to and fro. Does that sound like a very customer friendly service?

I'm surprised I really like this ixigo assured. Travel in Covid times is difficult and when you know that with a single click you will get instantly your refund, it's a deal-breaker. I'm surprised This is a very good app for train booking. You can check seat availability as well as train fare. It is very easy to find the train or route you want to book. But there is a small problem I have found. That is, while booking the train I have ordered the tickets for a specific seat but what I got was different. Here I want to ask, is the seat booking feature of this app working properly or not? Keep it up :)

Worst app ever. They are not giving me my refund since more than 50 days. Keep giving excuses. The auto chat is the worst. Doesn't solve the purpose only. They don't have any phone number where we can call and get the issues resolved. Worst travel agency ever. Will never book anything from here, even for free.

I haven't recieved my train ticket cancellation refund . Its now showing that Refund delayed due to some technical issues . Ixigo have approved my cancellation on 2nd july but still now its Delayed . Need a propper update on this and you people have to provide a number to take to your employes . A 24×7 assistance is showing the same things as on the app interface . I wish there was a negative star option ... I booked a bus via ixigo ... First the bus was late ... second the bus didn't even had charging points ... I contacted ixigo they didn't even bothered to help me so far ... and gave a third party contact of some abhi bus ... that i can contact them ... why should i contact abhi bus when i booked ticket via ixigo .... the most pathetic experience i ever had .... Kindly don't use ixigo for your bus travels

I had made a flight booking for CCU-IXC for 01.09.2020, however, the flight was cancelled by the Airline. Even after 8 months and "27 rounds" of follow-up from my end(calls, mails and chat with Bot), the refund amount has not been credited to my account. This is inspite of the fact that Air Vistara had confirmed on full refund part within 3 days from the date of scheduled flight departure. Also, Air Vistara has given in written that Ixigo has claimed full refund from the airlines. Sad to see such platforms exploiting customers.

Never ever book through this website, my flight was cancelled by airline yet they haven't issued a refund. There is no customer care number, beyond this they don't have even a email address which is cheery on the top. Good luck booking through IXIGO and banging head with AI powered Chat bot :)

I have not received my refund money. They said they have transferred, but still no message from bank side or no reply from Ixigo

Your cancellation process is not working and even 24×7 when i called customer service there is only select language service and flight booking and train booking options when i chuse the train option it says go to 27 ×7 and they dropped my call twice I dont even want to give a star but without giving star their is no option for review's
