脇本陣の建物と、博物館が隣接しており、どちらも無料で観覧できるのがすごい。尾西というよりも、美濃街道・木曽川などについて、江戸時代の様子が良くわかり、楽しめました。
ただ、とても残念だったのが、この日は脇本陣全室をイベント展示に使われており、雰囲気をゆっくりと味わうことができませんでした。
せめてイベント開催は、裏座敷に限定するとかしてほしかった。
なんだかバタバタと人が多く(イベント関係者)、挙句の果てに邪魔者扱いされている感じで気分が悪かったです。
