Very disappointed with the behaviour of staff in the reception. Today I had my procedure, on call I had already mentioned that I would like to have an appointment for my procedure & follow up as well. But after taking appointment on call why there’s so much waiting for just a follow up? This is not the first time I have been asked to wait for a long time, it has happened earlier many a times. Just because I haven’t highlighted the issue that doesn’t mean we as a patient should be taken for granted. We also leave our working space & then take appointment so that time is being managed. Otherwise what is the point of taking appointment on call? I am connected since a very long time now with the procedures & follow up here & most of the times I have just asked to wait which is not good at all. Sometimes it’s understood but most of the times it cannot be understood. Also, when I took back my file from the reception, that staff is not even concerned to talk to doctor once. That attitude was like, “you’re going, Okay go” No doubt, the doctor & the assistant doctors are just perfect & 10/10 with the handling of patients. But the reception staff is completely irresponsible.

Overhyped , no professional staff, my only concern is if you call us at a particular time then attend us well. Staff is rude , they called us at 11 AM and now it is 3:30PM. They have no idea what is the value of your time and trust me time will only make them realise, worst staff and no punctuality. We have so many good options in Nagpur , please opt them if you want to be treated well.

Mr. ANKIT Since the day I consulted (sept21) till today for hair fall issues. I curse this doctor EVERY SINGLE day & I ask myself why did I choose to believe him. He prescribed me steroids without even getting necessary tests done to check that do I even needed that or not. I'm suffering from hormonal imbalance since that very month I started that medicine, even worsen my condition, suffering from other issues too now & I'm now helpless. Today I have nothing to do than regretting my decision of trusting this man, absolute carelessness, liar, using his patients to do his experiments & putting their health at stake.
