Ambazari
Garden,
a
once-beloved
oasis
of
tranquility
and
joy
in
Nagpur,
has
had
its
fair
share
of
ups
and
downs.
As
a
frequenter
of
this
park
over
the
years,
it's
disheartening
to
witness
the
decline
in
its
maintenance
and
overall
appeal.
In
its
heyday,
Ambazari
Garden
held
a
special
place
in
the
hearts
of
children
and
families
alike.
It
was
a
place
of
wonder,
exploration,
and
simple
pleasures.
However,
recent
visits
have
revealed
a
noticeable
deterioration
in
the
upkeep
of
the
garden.
What
used
to
be
lush,
vibrant
greenery
now
appears
somewhat
neglected,
and
some
of
the
play
areas
and
structures
have
fallen
into
disrepair.
During
my
most
recent
visit
last
week,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
the
garden
closed
for
public
access,
likely
due
to
ongoing
maintenance
or
improvements.
Nonetheless,
there
was
a
silver
lining
as
the
lake
train
remained
operational,
providing
an
opportunity
to
relish
the
picturesque
lake
view
while
taking
a
leisurely
stroll.
The
provision
of
4
and
2
wheeler
parking
is
a
convenience
for
visitors,
allowing
easy
access
to
the
premises.
However,
it's
crucial
to
note
that
the
state
of
the
garden
itself
plays
a
significant
role
in
determining
the
overall
experience.
The
serene
atmosphere
and
beautiful
sights
around
the
lake
can
indeed
offer
moments
of
respite,
especially
during
the
early
morning
hours
when
the
crowds
are
thinner,
and
the
air
is
crisp
and
invigorating.
While
Ambazari
Garden's
glory
days
seem
somewhat
distant,
there's
still
potential
for
it
to
regain
its
former
charm
with
dedicated
efforts
towards
restoration
and
maintenance.
For
now,
the
lake
train
and
the
scenic
lake
view
remain
highlights
that
can
be
enjoyed
by
those
seeking
a
pleasant
outing.
With
a
hopeful
outlook,
let's
anticipate
the
revival
of
Ambazari
Garden
as
a
cherished
spot
for
families,
friends,
and
nature
enthusiasts
to
once
again
create
beautiful
memories
amid
its
natural
beauty.
