My aunt was admitted in this hospital. She was under the sensitive treatment. The staff did not inform the family members about her falling health and kept everything hidden. She had the strength to improvise because her daughter and sons were there to support her. Then the children told the Doctor that we will be shifting her to other hospital because you are not clarifying us about her vitals, they did something to my aunt after that and within 2 hours she died. She even ate her last meal very nicely from her daughter’s hand. DOCTORS ARE DOING BUSINESS EVERYWHERE THIS IS HORRIBLE. We have lost her forever. Doctors should make everything clear to the family members of the patient.

Made Mistake by going there. Wouldn't repeat the same. It's complete chaos, nobody from staff knows how their system works. At every department all I was able to here is "iska bill kahase hoga? System me patient ka naam nahi dikha rha hai" Admitted in hospitals emergency ward for shoulder dislocation 9 AM, with help of their "speedy protocol system" my shoulders close reduction was done by 1.30 PM. Got discharged by 8 PM but left hospital by 9.45 because payment guy took 90 minutes to return Rs.5000 which he took extra by "human error" as described by his colleagues. Only good thing was Doctor Bansal who treated me there. He's really nice guy.

The management is very poor.i have never seen any hospital charging for parking. Also my aunt has CT scan their and doctor told her it's not clear need to go for it again and they charged her again.earlier they said she has Tuberculosis then later said not sure not able to diagnose. Worst experience. Hospital infrastructure does not mean good hospital. Doctors don't give any counseling. I was having thyroid problem so visited endocrinologist. At the same time I was having cough. For which they referred me to chest physician and again asked for consultation. Asked them why 2 consultation. They said for different specialities different consultation charges will be charged. I recommend all not to visit this hospital unless you have slots of money.

Third class hospital and hopeless management.

I had very atrocious experience here. One of the least coordinated team of staff and doctors you can meet in whole country. No one talks politely, even the person who they have appointed to sit on the reception desk, have a tone like they own the place. Doctors are not human but have feelings of some robots and don't care to talk politely even a bit with their patients. Only making the place look fancy, making it equiped with world class facilities won't make it good. It has to be the coordination within which has to be maintained and sustained through. I would not suggest this hospital to my close ones. And if management is diligent enough to read these reviews, they should act upon it.

Worst experience I had doctors did’nt diagnose my father’s problem and start improper treatment and I lost my father ??

I admitted my father at the hospital cause of dengue. I contacted the hospital to know the test results every time a sample is taken which is hardly twice they was no update even after calling he hospital and asking for reports to know if the condition is getting better or atleast stable. Why do you cant provide update of the test sample to know family members even after requesting on call ?

I got detected for Covid last week and was here for Antibodies Cocktail treatment. Was discharged on 3rd day. Admission process and stay was smooth. Staff courteous and room and facilities clean and hygienic. Warm drinking water was available all the time and nutritious food and coffee were served from time to time. The only thing which was off key was discharge process. At 1 pm my discharge was okayed but could come out at 7 pm.

When the hospital start’s they provide best service to their patients & Customer but now they are providing the worst service to customers. We need to wait 1 hr just to take medicine. In a medical shop of hospital there Are so many people standing in line and in medical shop one operator and him only giving out the Medicine. You must need to improve your service and staff.

Radiology and x-ray department are pathetic. There is no cooperating staff. Even pregnant woman's would need to wait more than 4 hours. Staff don’t even talk properly. Our whole day wasted. I would suggest please don’t do x-ray or any kind of scan in this hospital. Prefer to go out and do that.

It's absolutely rubbish, unempathetic and non-convenient hospital. Don't want to comment on hospitals doctors but management is very poor. Absolutely poor. Waited for 3 hours just to take a print of bill. Patient got discharged before 4 days and they don't have Patient records found, I mean what will you say to this. It's one of the biggest hospital with latest technologies and they can't maintain records that too in automated world. They took around 1.5 hours to complete the admission formalities. Patient don't come by seeing ur 9 story building and infrastructure they come for services and Kingsway sorry to say but you lack, way too lacking in providing services.

Worst! This hospital don't even deserve a single star. We had a very bad experience here. My father was here for a pancreatitis and covid treatment and they don't even treated him like 1%. Doctors, staff, management everything about this hospital is just worst. When my father was admitted here the doctors were not coming on time for checking the patient and even if they come they checked the patient for like 1, 2 mins and that's it. My father was telling me the staff there was so rude and careless that they were making fun of the patient , used to bully and irritate them and they used to keep the meal or water bottle or anything a bit away from the patient and when the patient needed it they used to ignore and were telling to take it by yourself even if the patient was unable to sit properly by there own.then the patient have to wait hungary or thirsty there. Even the money they charged for every little thing is literally on the next level .This hospital is corrupt! Don't ever think to go to this hospital.

Kingsway hospital was very good, but Kim's is worst. For every hospitalisation they are taking extra 1200 charge 1. 370 rupees For maintaining record 2. 250 approx for hand sanitizer 3. 250 for hand gloves 4. 215 for Syringe 5. 195 Tegaderm These all should service by hospital not by patients... My suggestion: Don't go with Kim's Kingsway Even though staffs and doctors are excellent

Overall experience is ok but I think hospital needs to work on Radiology department. Average waiting time for single patient to get final report is around 5-6 hrs. Patients are frustrated to get their reports. They need to respect patients time. I believe they will work on this.

I want to give a bad feedback of audiology department specially for Ishita Mandaviya who is really doing business there. I had a bad experience today dealing with her. I am taking a treatment from a good doctor's there that's the reason I trusted blindly. However bad feedback is only for this department who is totally doing a business and i can't trust on them now as she miscommunicated on many points while purchasing hearing device and didn't keep transparency. We totally trusted on her which is our mistake. Be aware before putting your hard earned money and avoid going for hearing aid machine. There are many good places in nagpur for hearing aid. Kingsway hospital outsourced this to nagpur audiology for hearing aid devices which I came to know later when i bought it. There are many places in nagpur which are really good and offer good service and take care of patients very well. Thanks.

They waited the kidney transplant patient for 6 hours in opd, knowing that it may cause serve infections. After,that in admission process took 2-3 hours and for the discharge took almost 6 hours. Doctor's are good but the supporting staff like nurses, staff at labs, receptionist and administration staff is very very worse. If someone is willing to go,please once just be aware of staff and if someone from kingsway is watching please improve your administration.

They are just doing business there. My grandmother was admitted in kingsway through WCL panel from casualty. She explained her problem of shortness of breath, excessive cough production, cough and weakness still they neglected her and after seeing the ECG they directly did the angiography without even doing the 2D echo first. Always we perform ECG then 2D echo and then if any abnormalities seen in 2d echo then we do the angiography, but they directly jumped to the angio that was obviously normal. They just did that for gaining money for doing the procedure and kept her in ICU for 2 days before taking her to angio just for money. Main symptoms that was shortness of breath, excessive cough production, weakness was ignored she was kept under cardiologist. No one refered her to a pulmonologist. She was there in ICU for 3 days still not a single nurse who was there with her observed the symptoms what she was going through. After discharge 3 months after she got worse and now is being diagnosed for pneumonia very late in an other hospital. Because of kingsway's negligency my grandmother is in bad shape.

A very good hospital with all modern equipment and a good team of dedicated doctors and staff. Visited Dr. Rohan Bansal for my mother's foot problem and was well attended. Pharmacy takes a bit of time to deliver medicines. Could improve service time. Parking charges for vehicles bringing patients is a thing I didn't like.

For a ₹1000 work outside you have to pay ₹4000 here. Now you calculate how costly is this hospital. They even don't tell you about the charges, they just do unnecessary test x-rays or etc to make a healthy bill but after all this they even don't describe the bill in details. All charges end under one word surgery. The worst hospital I have seen in Nagpur is this. Alexis is even far better than this in every thing. In short this hospital is Completely Loot wala hospital. No standard charges are maintained here. Hospital staff is very illiterate they even don't know the tie up of medical insurance companies. Only to keep staff & machines is not sufficient to run a hospital you need to understand your patients requirements. One only good thing here is it's pharmacy.

Placement in this organization is very very worst. Management promise to new candidate for joining & at the time of joining management reject such candidate. They give reasons of several reasons such as our financial conditions is very very poor & we are not able to pay declared salary fixed at the time of interview. After selection of new candidate management give instruction to those candidate that you resign from your previous organization then after resignation management reject such candidate. Employees also in this organization is mentally harrased and not satisfied. Such activities of this organization is come into crimes.

We went the by 8am, staffs has come by 10.10 am after complaint to floor manager.. and our sample collected by 10.20 am.. need to improve cleaning staff behaviour with patients... Also maintenance need to take care.. all common area tiles are broken

My wife got admitted for labour and the services provided by the staffs were too good.The third floor Labour ward i.e cuddles was the best service,the consultant Dr.Payal Agarwal and Dr.Swapnil Bisikar for my baby both were too good and brilliant sevices. All the staffs of the hospital includes all the RMO of labour and pediatrics and all the doctors were visiting very frequently when ever it was needed.The nurses Ms.Midhila,Ms.Ritu,Ms.Twinkle,Ms.Divya,Ms.Rekha,Ms.Pushpa,Ms.Sheela and Ms.Payal from nursing departments were excellent in providing the care for women and child care,I recommend this hospital for Maternal and child health care.

Hopeless hospital .My patient was admitted in MICU and every specialist done experiment and assured that patient will be discharged shortly and continuously in MICU for 40 days and died.Heavy bills have been charged.and prepared in 8 hours.Air bed charges only are Rs.1350..per day although cost of new air bed is Rs.2500..only THIS IS LOOTMAR .BE AWARE OF SUCH HOSPITALS.

Best Hospital in Nagpur with all facilities and services

I have consulted Dr. Ridholkar for my urological problems. Dr. Ridholkar, a very excellent doctor I have ever met. Very experienced, very cooperative, and very well interacted besides a good diagnosis. But the administration of the hospital is not as good. My number was 2 nd in the list but due to reasons well known to the schedule desk, I made to wait more than two hours and able to met doctor after 8-10 patients. Ans as far as I noticed there was not any emergency patients in between.

One of the best hospital presently in Nagpur far more better than other star hospitals. My father was admitted from 07.06.2020 to 11.06.2020. Excellent doctor, Nursing and other staffs. Very couteous yet disciplined. Diagnosis was so perfect and satisfied with the billing which was less than 1/3rd from other hoapital of same category (self experienced as father was admitted to another same level hospital from 17.05.2020 to 24.05.2020). Dr Rajan Barokar was so good with his diagnosis that i was quite impressed with his aura, his behaviour and strictness. Special thanks to Sister Nidhi who was a motherly figure and taken best care during admission. Other sisters were also good. Good housekeeping, dieticians, room service and food quality. Very good and keep it up.

My Parents had a very good first experience.They went for CT scan and everything went smooth.Dr. S Prasad was very kind and helpful.

I had an average experience the last time I went here because of an accident that I'd met with. The doctor that treated me wasn't ready to listen to my ailments and the problems that I was having and wanted to do the treatment on his own without listening to the patient. Even the staff including the nurses don't look after the pateint in the way they are supposed to and the hospitality provided in this hospital is not up to the mark. The Management really needs to look after this and reconsider some of the Doctors and staff on their panel. I'm visiting the Hospital again today for some OPDs and I really am hoping that this time my experience turns out to be better than the last time.

Posting as a visitor. Superbly designed and constructed hospital with plenty of open spaces and seating. Very clean. Single and twin sharing patient rooms are equipped to a high standard. The critical care unit is modern and well equipped. Numerous specialties are offered. This hospital was overdue in a city like Nagpur. It is still new and some aspects are not on stream yet. It gives hope for ethical, evidenced and quality medical and surgical care in the city. Best of luck and best wishes to them.

We had got our mother who was unwell to the hospital and we are thankful to all the doctors and nurse’s of the ICU in kingsway hospital for having taken care of her. We are particularly thankful to Dr Mona Rai and Mr Aejaz Shami for their facilitation and support during this trying time , over and beyond the call of duty for which we will always be grateful.

Very well equipped... Clean n hygienic surroundings . Highly qualified and amiable and efficient staff... Very spacious and AC which is much needed in Our Nagpur Climate.. Kingsway is one of the best hospital we came across. The admin staff and building block has been perfectly constructed and well trained. Dr.Barokar and team is second to none. They are so precise on their work and protocols. Not seen such discipline and rules in place in any other hospital in Vidarbha! The nursing, secirity and support staff are all very well trained and compassionate.

I won't be wrong if i say this is the best hospital in the city with awesome staff, best nurses and great doctors. The friendly and polite atmosphere of the hospital almost made it feel like home. Hospital facility are good but resourse management is poor it took 7 hours to shift our patient from ICU to room after doctor has given clearance. My father was waiting to meet the patient for whole day but it took midnight to shift the patient.

I am just giving these 3 star to the hospital because of one doctor "Dr. Saurab prasad" I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saurab prasad he was treating my father a year ago and we were so happy with his treatment that my mother you to say that my father half of disease are get ok just by talking with this Dr. He is the best Dr. I have ever meet he is very genuine. But now this time when I suggest this hospital to my friend I had the worst expirence ever. His mother was admitted as she is having pain in stomach so she admitted on 09/12/22. And till 12/12/2022 Dr. Are just trying to figure out the issue in body 3 test were done, sonography, CTscan and MRCP and they did all 3 test in 3 days each test took 1whole day. And after this much also no conclusion another 4th test recomended.dr. recieved MRCP report 2 day prior but they refused that report doesn't arrived yet and we got this from mail timing of report. All the test are performed by admitting patient in ICU. The patient was not seriously Dr. Said they want to stabilize patient if they required to do surgery but these 3 days no no conclusion got just test done which could be performed in general word or twin sharing room as well. Also after discharge they overcharged in bill and after a big conflict with insurance desk they had given the difference amount. I will not refer anyone after this. Please do care of your patient physically and financialy as well. Patient want five star treatment here not five star hotel. We are lacking with our basics.

Excellent Kim's kingsway hospital 7th floor department ICU staff. all staff is very polite and helpful security saff pallavi lanjewar and co ordinater archana mam is also good human being doctors staff is too much good treatment is also very nice Dr.ganjewar Sir's treatment is very good and he is also a very polite person.

Do not go for Preventive Health Check up.Poor service .I have to wait almost 12 hrs for consultation. Cardiologist was not available .All other department was good but important Cardiologist consultant was not available. Consulting doctor was not even picking call of his colleagues and patients.

I went here three time,one time for Dr. Pramod Gandhi and two times for De. Roham Bansal. Doctors are good a big let down from Scheduling desk(Online Appointment). They take your appointment,send WhatsApp and call twice for confirmation and won't call if doctor's appointment got cancelled or he is busy in OTs. Then come here and be seated for two-three hours. Worst...thing atleast call and inform us.

Kims-Kingways hospital is the best hospital in Nagpur. I recently visited the hospital and the staff was very polite and helpful. Mr. Shubham Borkar took care of us right from the joining formalities till the discharge. He was very helpful and made sure that we didn't face any problems. He kept checking on the patient from time to time. The hospital staff including floor coordinator Nivedita was also very nice and polite and took good care of the patient. From housekeeping staff Mr. Avinash made sure the room was clean and. Properly arranged according to patients needs. The food provided for the patients was appropriate with the diet thanks to Mr. Nikhil for taking care of patients meals.

They will take payment first and after waiting for 1.5 hour, asking how much time is require, rudely said that go and sit there. Experienced very bad behaviour by scheduling desk person by miss. Shivani rameshrao Ambolikar. One can visit if person having more than 6 hours for OPD.

AC Facilties is not available on the top floor of canteen 8 th floor. It should need to be improved . Passenger lift and patient lify should also be separated . Only inner lift go upto the 7 th floor in which patient and other person are full and uncomfotable for patients . I hope kings way will take decision for this .

The hospital is good and Dr and support staff is also very good. The pharmacy don't have the required medicines prescribed by the doctors also the person who is incharge of pharmacy at 2nd floor is very rude and waste time while billing.

Dear patients...my sincere advice to you that you can visit this physician (can be called only pathologist) "Dr.UNEQUAL...SOMA.." if you want advice for your issues in the following manner.. 1. If you are suffering from some issues but test report doesn't show. 2. He will not listen to your explanation of your problem he wants the report should tell him 3. He will receive you with an angry or uninterested face. 4. Even if you are suffering from your issues, he will not advice any medicine without getting the test report after a day . 5. If you are ok then next day you can go to him with your report.

If you want to kill your patient admit them at KIMS-Kingsway rather keep them at home to die but don't ever treat them at Kingsway. They take lakhs of rupees from you to kill your patient and service of Doctors and Nurses is too poor. If your patient die at Kingsway even they can't inform you to take out money from you. Gabbar movie perfectly describe *Kingsway*. Doesn't deserve even half star. No of murder cases could be filed on Kingsway if they don't belongs to medical field. Big hate and Curse to Kingsway. Pros- I am giving 5 star only because of the khetan sir. Khetan sir has provided accurate diagnosis for kidney related issues. He provides necessary knowledge and cater to all the patient queries. He always takes close follow up for the petient. In my case, he was the main consultant for kidney transplant for one of my family member. He is continuously helping patient maintain health resulting in patient's good creatinine output. Cons- 1. However, considering this hospital has more than 300 beds, it doesn't have sufficient number of staff. 2. Sisters/staff are not educated and are not punctual. 3. Additionally, the tpa/insurance department is worse or rather i can say pathetic, they don't have expertise in their own field, multiple time I have been misguided regarding insurance coverage. Apart from doctors, hospital with small infrastructure could provide you better services.

I was treated by Dr. Padole for acne treatment and she analyzed my symptoms and gave the best treatment. Staff is very nice and cooperative especially Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava.

Worstest Hospital Ever..If possible ,I won't give even one star to this hospital.Nonsense staff ,not all but few..specially receptionist of 4th floor..I would call her make up box who is sitting there for PDA and not for help of patient.And Dr.Paunikar pediatrics department is also the most nonsense one..Even I was having emergency EEGof my 4 month baby they were playing with us like a dummy and was asking to go here n there.Not provide any treatment and that chubby make up box receptionist was doing misbehave for money inspite we are having WCL referral form with us.We paid money for nothing and done EEG of my baby to Wankhede hospital at Ramdaspeth by doing payment at evening after wasting around 5-6 hours at this most worstest Hospital ever..

Excellent Doctor Dr Ashish Kamble. But faced issue with insurance people on 6th floor. They are not fully loaded with knowledge. It was wastage of time having discussion with them

I was posted in gastroenterology department under Dr. Rahul Deotale sir, he's highly talented, extremely professional and is very knowledgeable. I'm thoroughly satisfied with his treatment. Alas! That's only good thing about the hospital. They have hired good doctors but happen to have rudest para clinical staff ever. I was admitted in room 501 and floor coordinator Mr. Rupesh talked very rudely during process of discharge. He unnecessarily lengthened the process, he even asked my caretaker to travel for one hour to bring dress before discharge as one I was wearing at hospital was covered in vomit. He did not allow me 'a lady' to leave premises untill my husband(caretaker) brings the dress. I understand there's a policy for such things in corporate hospitals but there has to be some exception, regardless there definitely must have been a better way to deliver the message right? I hope this review reaches HR so that they can look into callous behaviour of their employees which can definitely ruin hospitals reputation. Mr. Rupesh I hope you read this too !

The Kims-kingsway multiple speciality hospital has good doctors and staff. But I am giving a 2 star rating because the hospital has below flaws which cannot be ignored. 1) ICU is not treated as an ICU. The ICU guards are allowing family members to sit around the ICU patients for hours like it is normal wards. 2) No strictness towards how many people can enter the ICU. The legal guardian does not know about who is meeting the patient. 3) Gaurds in ICU are bad mouthing about patients and their family. 4) Nurses are dressing the ICU Patients in open in front of visitors. 5) Cars arriving in the hospital are honking like it is a normal place. Even government hospitals are strict in honking policy whereas in KIMS the cars of doctors, patients, and staff are honking without the sense. I hope the responsible party should take strict against these points as these are basic common sense.
