The guy at the sadar store today was NOT AT ALL helpful to my parents that went to ask about a watch we ordered online which was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but never arrived and cancelled itself. Such poor customer service was not expected from Titan. Truly disappointed.

First of all I really liked the customer service at Nagpur shop. They are very knowledgeable and know what will suit you and what doesnt. They are not just money people who want to just sell you the items which have highest prices. Second the variety and designs are so good. Every watch is unique and nice. Overall this is must visit shop if you need some unique experience for watches.
