Today I had been here at this place for my requirement of TV table. But after entering inside Home Town, I was amazed to note that every thing required for any house is available here and that too at moderate cost. It's situated at 3rd floor of BigBazar, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur... Here I experienced that you dream for any household and your dream seems to come true due to politely spoken staff of this shop. I would request all my friends to visit at least once to this place, though not for shopping but to have your mindset clear about your needs in home....

Don’t go here if you’re looking for great services and first class behaviour from after sales guys who manage services and installations. Point 1. No body told us that installation is to be done separately (not while delivering that article) Point 2. Installation manager Rahman Sheikh informed me rudely ( hamare yaha toh aisa hi hota hai) upon asking that while paying nobody told us about these he got ruder, at that point disconnecting the call was the only option. ( All I asked was that kindly arrange the installation today only as I’ve to come all the way from another location) Store manager kindly look into it.

Hello I had purchased Dining from so called super showroom Home town. From the day one I was faced defects and damaged in the product. They time to time deliver their services to rectify the problem. Within six month I am facing deep crack on the dining table top when I report about the defect now they are denied to replace the table however the product is not covered six month and it is under warranty. I am regularly following with the Store Manager Mr Patle and Service Person Mr.Rahman but both are denying to replace the product also I was asking for their senior's contact number but simply they said don't have contact number. How Can we trust on HOME TOWN product? Still Home town team is not ready to replace defectives parts with new. Now again deep crack found on chair also. It is proved that Home town is cheating with customer by selling cheap quality furniture on high amount.

Yesterday I had been to the stores and overwhelmed with the range of products and especially impressed with the staff how they detail their products . Store Manager Mr Patle has helped us like anything and spent good time with us for the selection option. Every furniture they have is kabad Every look very classy but once you purchased it will become kabad in not more than 2 months … and if you have any complaints about the goods they will never respond and not gave any service.. total paisa fizool furniture..

The store is located on 3rd floor of the erstwhile Big Bazar at Sitabuldi. Parking for four wheelers may be a problem, but two wheelers can easily be parked both at the entry and exit gates. The store is huge and has almost all furnishing essentials from bed, wardrobe, chairs, tables etc. They have demo bedroom, living room set-ups as well to get an idea of the decor. The staff is least caring and empathetic. The pricing is on a higher side. Not recommended!
