I give third try this bus service and now i am writing review on this. This is the worst bus service i can say in whole Maharashtra, I onboarded to this bus (1123) from pune at 8:15 PM and 8:30 PM is a leaving time from that pune stand from bus operator but Bus wale bhaiya and staff did full on time pass and at 09:15 PM bus leaves that sangamwadi bus stand, Same thing happened in all the way, 09:45 AM is the bus arrival time in nagpur, But its 11:31 AM and i an still in bus and still 80 kms. is remained to reach nagpur. Please never take this bus, 1- Worst punctuality. 2- Worst and stingy interior of bus. 3- Bad suspension and AC.

We had waited since 2 hrs, and travel agency intimated us that bus has been cancelled and the time was 1:00am. There was no other transport at that time and they didn't have another bus itself and they were also not sure about refund amount. Which kind of service it is? Worst travel agency ever.

I traveled from Raipur to Nagpur. The ac was not cooling at all None of the bus staff did listen to our complaints. Berths were not clean & the bus was stinking very badly.

I booked in an emergency and now i regret. What a pathetic bus it is . Ac is not working, no compartment given for luggage and unhygienic also while booking ticket the arrival time mentioned is totally different from the actual time of arrival. It is total waste of time and money.

Worst service. Horrible traveling experience. Went to Nashik on 9th April, this bus was meant from Raipur to Surat via Nashik. Bad interior. Foul smell. No punctuality. Boarding time was 11 pm, bus arrived at 0230 night. Reached Nashik at 0230 in the afternoon next day. Very tiring experience. I would not recommend this travel service to anyone. And ticket prices are very high with zero comfort. My suggestion to Mahendra Travels Owners to Stop Travels service Business between the Major District n inter States , You can Run your Bus service in the Village of MP We are Service class people n Business man too, our Time n Money is very much important. ( Bus to start at 11 pm from Mata mandir Nagpur it came 2.30 night n reached Nasik 2.30 pm next day afternoon, 5 and half hr delayed . Actual Time to reach is 9 am Nasik Rd .

I have booked the ticket from Nagpur to Amravati. My seat no. Was 16 but driver denied to give me. Top of that he was not allowing my bags to keep in luggage box. As i had 2 bags which was small anyways and he was very very rude i won't recommend this bus if you are carrying luggage with you better to book another bus or go by train but not this. 👎

Staff is completely unprofessional. I was traveling from Nagpur to Mumbai which was scheduled at 7:45 PM and bus arrived around 9 pm. The biggest issue is 2 people can't sleep on one berth.. it's too much conjusted. Don't ever travel by this operator.

I boarded a 5 am bus from Nagpur to Raipur. I would have rated 5, but since the pickup address was deserted with no one from Mahendra travels and the mobile no of the contact person went unanswered. Otherwise the arrival was on time and bus quality and interiors are good.

Worst bus ever..this is the first time i booked my tickets with this agency because of family emergency i booked this bus to reach Nagpur early but the bus is running 4.5 hours late..and no one will going to inform this until and unless you ask the driver... starting from boarding the bus to reaching destination..the travelling experience is becoming pathetic...

Good service. My brother travelled from Nagpur to Raipur. It's very perfect about timings. Staff was also listening. The storage at the back was full before reaching Nagpur so my brother had to sleep with the luggages. That's why 3 star.

A small office located near to gitanjali talkies, not so much convenient,no sitting place,no drinking water available, not so much hygienic, everywhere you will find folic smell and all over people are smoking...it's better to reach on time and board the bus....

Booked from Nagpur to Raipur, day-time travel on a non-AC semi-sleeper. Bus was in clean and fairly good condition. Late arrival by an hour and a half. Delay was likely due to conductor making countless stops to pick up extra passengers at every opportunity. Two toilet breaks, one of which was along the side of a road -- not a problem for men, but probably more of one for ladies. Staff was neither brash nor particularly polite. All around decent, low-price option for intercity travel, though one shouldn't expect to reach their destination quite on time.

Overall Raipur to Nagpur & Amravati travel experience was NOT GOOD. whenever travel From Nagpur bus carry lots of lagage (parcel). In Deori Toll all members need to down from bus at midnight coz of weight & for Amravati bus not run on time frame. Always before travel (if booked online) Mahendra send a bus number by SMS but its always differ, in that case passanger are unable to find the correct bus if travel by other city or location. Recently traveled on 11.05 SMS received for bus is CG04E3458 but bus number is differ registration number starting from OD even they didn't send pickup man number also. Perticularly travel by this location with Mahindra bus it just a option not a proper solution .

I was going from nagpur to jalgao bus was ac sleeper and my seat was upper corner of double seat. My side seat was empty probably not booked. In amravati they send 2 local passangers in my side seat after refusing bus staff said adjust with them otherwise leave the bus. I was unable to sleep that night. Don't ever travel with mahendra travels.
